Lazer kraze is very affordable and hospitable! Great place to have fun with your friends & family. The customer service is unmatched!

Went here for something fun to do as a family. My 8 year old son, my wife and I spent $45. That’s a $20 game card and 1 round of Lazer Tag for the 3 of us. Had a great time, good clean location and the Lazer Tag equipment worked great. Newer arcade games and everything was working. Good prize selection for the kids, son love it! We will go back for sure, would recommend.

Butlerville is in the building creating valuable memories with the family. The facilities was clean and the employee’s were fantastic,friendly, and professional.

We love this place. We come a couple times a year. We live near Toledo. The young employees are great with my son when he is trying to figure out what he wants with his tickets. Very patient! Great place for family fun!

Love it for a party kids had a ball

This is a nice enough place, with nice staff. The Lazer coarse is small and they allow too many people at once, which makes it difficult to have a good time. This setup allows people to follow you and keep shooting you.

I am here currently. They made it seem like both myself, and my husband had to bounce with our five year old. There is not a single family here other than us... I got on , and because of a huge medical issue with my spine. I sat down. Considering nobody else is here and I got yelled at. We will NOT be back!

Great experience, went there with a group from church. High end laser tag gear that worked perfect. Multilevel play area, fun arcade games, and good pizza. Excellent customer service, will will go again for sure.

Good place for kids birthday parties. The arcade could be bigger but the other things are definitely cool. The Lazer tag area is well done with two levels and plenty of cover and sneaky spots to find.

Great place to take the kids. Only reason its 4 stars is because there was 2 games that have been broken since I was there the time before. But laser tag, trampoline park and games were a blast for the whole family.

Really fun! Party room needed a little more cups, etc but overall great experience. Very clean feeling in all spaces.

This option doesnt give you arcade tickets, so if thats important, youll need to pay for a set amount or tokens instead. There is a large parking lot so parking shouldnt be an issue.

Kids loved the blazer tag and the help for spacing between events. Kids got tired and 20 minutes was too close between. But second event they were ready to go back and enjoyed the experience.

Game selection was very minimal, kids had fun jumpin, service seemed to be disorganizedsmall party room, only have a short time in the room, took 15 minutes + for their speal, this all coulda been done before going in there, or start the clock after youve wasted time...

I won’t come back here again. Came for a friends sons birthday party. There was a child who was about 10-12yrs old, Not with our group, but he’s bullying my 6yr old. When my 6yr old wouldn’t back down and my 9yr old had to step in, the boys mother comes cussing and trying to fight the kids. I step in because I’ve been there watching while she’s been on her phone. You don’t cuss at a kid (especially if it’s not yours). You come talk to the parents. She made threats to fight, yada yada...Her son had been causing problems since he’s been there, I know because the staff reviewed the tapes and said so. But yet that family doesn’t get put out? The mother was still trying to fight. Now if I had put my hands on her or I would have been the “disruptive one” they would have had the police there and kicked me out in a split second. Yet this ignorant woman and problematic son got to stay? I’m so confused. Well whatever your policies are on those kinds of issues, your policies are TRASH. I won’t waste my time or money on this place ever again and neither will my friends. This place was a joke

We had our daughter’s birthday party here and it was fun for the kids! The party attendants are very helpful and keep you on schedule for your games. The only thing is the food policy, you can only bring in cake. I would have preferred to provide my own snacks for the kids.

It was really fun, lazer tag was good, but i wish that they would have more to do in the trampoline part. Maybe they could add some basketball hoops in there to dunk on. That would be really cool

I was there for a Birthday party and wanted a coffee and it was $2.00. Once I recieved the coffee, I asked was there free refills if not can you at least fill the cup since it was only about 6oz. In it. The young lady said they dont give refills and then looked at her male co-worker and said I dont know what to do. I decided to just leave and make sure not to purchase anything else.

2nd day in a row we came. My son and daughter loved it. Pricey but worth it.

The staff here is amazing. My son and 5 of his friends came on a night they had 3 parties going on. They made sure we were taken care of and that everyone got as much playtime as possible. They checked on us often, just asking if there was anything we needed.

I love this place so much my kids always enjoy coming here I will always remember The really tall guy with glasses at trampoline he’s my favorite I always see him when I go in and the kids love him !!!

Great Lazer tag system! You must hold the phaser with both hands (to prevent covering sensors) and power ups were a really cool feature. Lots of cool arcade games and angry birds was great!

My wife and I had a bday party for my step son and a lot was not up to our standards. The check in was chaotic and nobody could find our party coach. Once we finally found him, he was very nice and informative. My biggest complaint was the payment. I went up to the front to pay and it was absurdly high. When I asked the person at the front why it was so expensive, he clearly had no idea what to do/say so he just got a manager. The manager went over everything with me and I found they had charged me for things that were not previously discussed (extra cups for drinks was the biggest thing). I told the manager that nobody informed me that these cups for the parents to drink water were going to cost extra, and he essentially said sorry but tough luck. The party itself was 5 stars, but the front desk and manager need to learn how to communicate to customers that have questions/concerns rather than just blowing it off and worrying about other things

Beer, laser tag, trampolines, etc. What more do you need.?.. Although, the guy explaining the rules was a tiny bit unclear and they didnt tell us we werent allowed on the trampolines after drinking alcohol until after they sold it to us. But still had a blast!

Brought my kids for a birthday party and they loved it. The trampoline room was really fun and then to do a mission in the laser tag room was fun. Even for those not playing, they have an observation deck to watch.

Lazer Kraze is amazing! I went there last night with a large group (50-100 people) and they were all ready for us when we pulled up. The lazer tag arena, trampoline and room we went into was very nice and clean. When I got my pretzel from the concession stand I waited about 5 minutes for it, and thats reasonable time for me. Workers there was amazing and always had a smile on their faces :)I give it a five out of five :)

It was fun but they need a little more arcades in my opinion

We just hosted our sons 9th birthday here! We have been many times before but never for a party. Every experience we have had here has been excellent. They provided a dedicated event planner for our party to keep everything on schedule and helped with any of our needs. They also provided plates, napkins, drinks, cups, and even cleaned up after. The kids had a blast and we did too!

Very fun most stuff is competitive and atheltic so if not very active or competitive would not recommend if you are this is the place for you

My siblings and I really enjoyed ourselves. We played a few of the arcade games while we waited for our match to start. I think we’re gling to try the trampoline room next time

Super clean and fun for the kids. Pizza is nothing great but the entire staff is friendly. The manager was so patient with our kids picking out their prizes, which took forever. The laser tag is fun and has its own viewing area. The bathroom was also very clean. I will definitely go back and look forward to trying the trampoline park.

If you want to avoid crowds, Sunday is the time to go. Prices are reasonable, place is clean, equipment works.

Went here for a company event...laser tag and the bumper cars were a fantastic time, didnt get to the trampolines...maybe next time!

Attended for a birthday party. My oldest had fun but it seemed like the guys running the actual laser tag part were hating life. There is not a lot for toddlers to do there besides the arcade games. Also would be nice to see an employee close to the entrance/exit in case a child wandered off. Also the staff was really pushy to get us out of the party room so they could get another party in. I dont think they allowed for any time between the two!

Very fun place. They have a huge trampoline, laser tag room with props complete with sound effects. Also they have many video games. There is also a team building game. Its somewhat of a cross between wheelchair basketball and lacrosse. Didnt play but looked fun.

Laser missions every 20 minutes, lots of fun games. Great time!

Great place for a birthday party or any event. We love the ability for individual play in just about any laser tag round. Allows us to drop in without worrying about waiting for the fun to happen.

We had a group of 50 kids and didnt call ahead. We had a problem with our card and bought drinks for everybody. They handled it so well!! Like amazingly. They gave us the party room because of our group size and none of them had a bad attitude about anything. Would recommend this location to anyone!!

My two sons have so much fun here. There are plenty of activities to keep them occupied from laser tag to trampolines. We love it!

Great place to have some quick fun. Friday nights are great with the unlimited lazer tag at night. I actually won the highest score of the night and got t-shirt. This page also has trampolines and a cool bummer car lacrosse type game in addition to the lazer tag. Great place for kids.

Having never been to a laser tag facility, I left pleasantly surprised. They have a solid selection of arcade games, including classics like skee ball where you can earn tickets for trinkets. The prices are reasonable, the only reason I gave Lazer Kraze Gahanna 4 stars was because half of the staff were very unattentive and unengaged. However, if I had to deal with toddlers full time who could care less about house rules I suppose Id be pretty disengaged too. Definitely family friendly. Will go back again.

*Laser Tag arena is really good*. Id love it if they did an adult only night or something. Their laser tag gear is pretty nice, you can see the green laser when shooting. As an adult with no kids, it was pretty funny to pick off little kids from across the room. The rest of this facility was expensive and boring. Only a handful of games, mostly modern [angry birds and plants v zombies stuff]. Pretty loud, but I guess kids like that. Their games are expensive though and they dont tell you how much a credit is worth. Most games are 2-4 credits, $10 got you 50 credits [I think?]. There are better deals in town for sure.Maybe as an adult with no kids im too hard on this place, but I do recommend the laser tag here.
