Such a nice facility. My cousins brought me there, while I was visiting from out of town. Lots of amenities, and wide assortment of weights and cables to choose from.

My daughter and her friends had an awesome time here, last weekend!! Very clean and safe place! There are life guards everywhere. The best waterpark in this area. There is something for every age.

The lazy river is better than those at many resorts. Great facility including the gym. When my kids were younger they loved the summer art classes that were held here. Also, a fun spot for kids birthday parties. Amazing place. Amazing place.

I’ve been going here for a few months and have had a great experience. I only wish they never turned on the TV in the childcare rooms or that they did more activities with the kids such as taking them out in groups to the open court gym area to play organized games/sports. I had that at the gym that I moved from and it was incredible. When you take your kids almost everyday it becomes incredibly important to have stellar childcare. The staff is really great though!

If you live in Frisco, TX, you’ll want a membership here. Great place to work out and in the summer you get access to the outdoor water park. They are also slowly upgrading the exercise equipment. Could be slightly cleaner-hence the 4-stars.

This is a good place to hang out with kids. Water slide is so much fun. If you dont want to do anything, lazy river is the best thing you can do with floats and tube. I had amazing experience here with my kids.

As gyms go the FAC is average. But the water park and the child care are awesome. My kids love coming here. The price is also so reasonable. I also love that you can bring your cooler and spend the day at the water park.

So much.From the big exercise equipment area, to the full size basketball courts, private classrooms for yoga or spinning classes, to the indoor pool area, or the now greatly expanded outdoor pool area with big lazy river that goes around it, theres a lot to do for a basic yearly fee.You can also get day passes if you just want the water park for instance. Sometimes certain areas are closed for cleaning, or special events, so it may pay to call in if you dont go regularly and see the posted notices.

Just starting working out after an extremely long absence. The water aerobics are the perfect place to start. Great leadership and kind classmates . Giddy up!!

First time experience was great. We signed up for a family membership. The gym was great. Pools were great, clean and the lifeguards were very attentive.

Was a member here first and a personal trainer second, in addition to teaching classes (7yrs). Couldn’t be happier with what they had to offer, cleanliness of the facility and friendliness of the people. Haven’t been in a few years but miss it very much. My other gyms haven’t compared to the Fac. If I lived in the area still it would be the gym of my preference.

FYI-- Guest, not member status. Great facilities with a ton of group fitness class options. Im particularly impressed with the upkeep of the pool and the cleanliness of the facilities, esp. the locker rooms. They provide showers, lockers, and even a machine to dry spin your swim suit before you go! Just awesome! The service is friendly from staff, though I could have found them a little more helpful in one experience. One of the staff did not return my drivers license to me after I turned in my group class card and I had forgotten. The office held onto my drivers license for about 2 weeks, with no phone call. (At guest sign in, you must provide telephone number.) Granted, my responsibility. However, that would have been one way they could have really shown up with exceptional customer service. Otherwise, my experience here has been nothing but awesome.

Very clean, love working out here. Pools are always fun for the kids and love that they have year around swimming. They also provide life vests.

First time at This location and I was excited about the warm water pools. Wish they had a deeper ft of water. They also gave so much for children like a air hockey, ping-pong and more.

Nice place to take the kids and have a b day party. Big enough for the kids to run around and have plenty to do. Have small medium and large slides. The large slides are really fun for kids and adults to ride together. Clean place, clean restroom, they sell snacks and friendly staff.

Very nice place for weekly workout. There are a lot of cardio machines to select. I swim here at least once a week.

This is by far the best water park for the little ones. I have a 2 and 4 year old and they love it. Theres 2 water slides the adults can also cool off and have a little fun but its mostly kid oriented. Bring your cooler with you, load it up with snacks and water.

The product is amazing. The price is fair. I wish I wouldve been here sooner.

Beautiful atmosphere inside. Extremely clean equipment (sanitary wipes provided everywhere)! ALL kinds of workout machines and tvs on all the walls make working out less painful and/or boring! I love this place! Monthly and annual memberships at great prices!

So much to do here! Plan to make a full day of it. Coolers aallowed.

Ummmmm ..... soooo great place .... lots of water oriented amenities, a real deal water park. BUT .... and thus the reason for this post. We drove 25 miles for some late afternoon SUNDAY fun. The Google hours, affiliated with the water park says closes at 6PM. Very misleading. The WATER PARK CLOSED AT 5PM. Thanks for 38 minutes of fun.

Very good value for the cost. Equipment is well maintained and they have a wide variety. Check their website for on premise child care options.

My family always has a great time when we go. We have become friends with people we met there. Our children get together year round, building on the friendships we made at the FAC!

Just started coming here. My 4yo and 2yo love the Fun Club (I love the free childcare while I work out!!) and we try to come to the pool at least twice a week ( and a lot on the weekends). I am trying to keep a healthy pregnancy weight but after this place is going to be my best friend for post patron re-training! I love that my whole family can change together in the Family Changing Suites! So helpful around pool time!

Excellent facility. Fantastic and diverse selection of equipment, loads of athletics opportunities, amazing aquatics facility and incredibly well maintained. Its always very clean and even during high traffic times theres enough equipment that I can easily workout without waiting. Definitely keeping a membership here.

Nice facility. Wish the toddler Skyhawks program had more structure.

I dont live in Frisco, and the FAC is about 25 minutes from my house. I still prefer driving herevover every Planet Fitness, Lifetime, 24 Hour, etc. Its just as nice as Lifetime, and WAY less expensive. Variety of classes available all day long. The water park is awesome too! Love the lazy river and events they have each month. It can get a little cramped during popular hours, and it would be nice if they were open 24 hours... Those are my only complaints.

Went there for a trial class to Rare Learning preschool and got to know about this place. There’s lot here... basketball, volleyball, soccer training, skating, takewando, gymnasium, yoga, aquatic Centre, training classes, frisco play!! Didn’t explore much but there are lot of trainings happening here

My son loves the childcare here. And the machines are always clean and available to use. Win win!

This is such a beautiful facility. Everything is well maintained and cleaned. I really like that a service offered here is child care, makes working out a bit easier. All the staff seem friendly and are very helpful. If you want to book a reservation for a park in Frisco, that is done here too. The process is easy and painless. There are amenities for whatever your passion or hobby is, just ask where they are located!

Ive never been at fan of gyms/athletic centers for many reasons, but this center is hands down my favorite and it makes wanting to work out that much more enjoyable.

Awesome place with gym, indoor as well outdoor pools and very much worth it of its price value ....my kids love to visit it a lot.

Water park was fun, I was the 5th victim of robbery in the parking lot. 16 chevy truck broke in the right the locks .... got $1500 in cash, 3k in credit card not to mention all the hassle of replacing ALL my of I.D.s . Never again will I be a target at this place.

Ive been a member for a month and absolutely love this gym! The staff is friendly and the gym itself is always very clean. 10/10 recommend.

My family has been going here off and on since they opened. Good staff here who tries to be helpful and has a good attitude. At least that I have seen. Lots of options for the machines and/or free weights. LOTS of treadmills and elliptical. Racquetball as well if that is ur thing. Indoor and out door pool. I don’t think they should allow lesson (private or parent taught) in the lanes while swimmers r trying to do laps. This part of the pool is pretty small already. U can get there to swim laps and be sharing with several swimmers. I can’t comment on outdoor pool because I avoid the little kids whenever possible. Mine are grown so I guess I will be checking it out when I get some grand kids.

Was very impressed by the facility, all the classes, kids area, multiple swimming pools, free weights, weight machines just an awesome place. My family has lived in Frisco for over 5 years coming from Florida and this by far tops any of the big chain gyms in the area. Pricing for a family of 4 was only 65.00 for ALL of us!! Tell me a gym that can beat that??

We take our child here for swim at the indoor pool. The instructors are AWESOME! Mike has so much patience with the kids, we love Miss Sophie! Highly recommend this location for swimming!

I’ve had a membership here for only a week and everything has been great until today. One of the teens training lifeguards was extremely rude to me in front of two teens she was training. I’m not going to go into what happened but there was some confusion over what swim lanes were reserved for lifeguard training because of bad placement of signs. The teen training the other teens was smirking at me, rude and rolling her eyes. After I finished swimming I spoke to the facility manager and she didn’t seem to care. She proceeded to tell me about the importance of their lifeguard training - totally missing the point of why I was upset. So, if you are okay with disrespectful teens training your kid to be a lifeguard or disrespecting you because of a mistake the facility made, then this place is for you.

I love this place, the last time we were there they gave out healthy snacks and treats, my kids were so stoked!

The childcare center is the best Ive seen at a gym. This rec center is truly great, just wish they had a sauna!

This place is cheaper than other waterparks but is just as nice with a toddler area, bigger slides, and a nice lazy river

This place is 53 miles from my home and I only know of it because my cousin invited me to her daughters birthday party she had their several years ago. We loved it so much that we return every summer to enjoy theyre great prices, clean swimming pools, and slides. Worth our drive =)

Nice place for family fitness. Got a good child care facility and youth zone. Nice workout stations and ample treadmills elliptical instruments. They do have swimming pools. Indoor and outdoor. Indoor is open year round. Pool team is bit strict. More dont s than dos. Guests are not allowed as spectators. They do have a seating area they call as cafe for guests.

Swim, watch dive in cinema, fast and exciting lazy rivers, thrilling slides.

Awesome water park for kids and having summer fun in the sun️

Fun for the while family! We went for a birthday party at pavilion 1 on June 2nd. It was a hot day but the tables were shaded which kept it much cooler. It was near a pond and water slide so the breeze coming off the water helped. Music was played through speakers to keep the ambience and lifeguards were on hand to assist with our needs. There are multiple areas for all ages. Such as a toddler splash park indoors and out, lazy river, a splash park for the older kids, a pool, and large water slides. I saw there were facilities for changing/showering with lockers, bathrooms, sunscreen dispensers, and life jackets available. Rafts are provided to go down the large water slides. There is a spot to buy food as well. There are bag checks for glass items and kids under 7 have to be with an adult at all times and wear a wrist band. You can not bring your own floats unless they are coast guard approved which only includes safety vests and middle jumpers from what I could tell. The only thing I didnt like is that there is a horn that blared every few minutes when a giant bucket of water dumps in the toddler splash park. It is scary for younger kids (my 2 1/2 yr old and 7 month old) so I felt it was poorly placed in the park considering thats where they play at. Overall it was a nice experience. I would recommend this facility to friends.

Excellent equipment for working out but the indoor and outdoor water park is awesome. Well worth the membership fee. My wife loves the classes. Recommend the family membership for all to enjoy.

The gym is clean and well maintained and kid care is nice as well. The outdoor pool is amazing. The price for the services is great when compared to local gyms without all the additional amenities the athletic center includes.

Nice clean Athletic center. I go after the morning rush around 8am. I enjoy all the options to workout plus the employees are all so helpful.
