We love our Express Family. For the past 2 years our daughter has participated in the Impact Elite program with is an Allstar Prep Program. They have a season that goes from September to May and they do not travel outside of the metroplex. They have had in the past 2 years that Ive been involved 3 levels L1, L2, L3.2 so if youre not ready for the commitment or travel that Allstar brings it is a great way to get involved in competitive cheer. With your team fees you also get a tumbling class. Our daughter has been in tumbling at Express for a little over 3 years and she is a much stronger athlete because of it. We love the family aspect of the gym and everyone is super supportive of every team. The coaches are amazing as well as super supportive. We highly recommend you give Express a shot.

Was not happy with my daughters progress, tried to cancel her monthly classes on 3 separate occasions. Was still charged for months after requesting to cancel. Finally had dispute the charges with our bank. Called to confirm that in fact the membership was cancelled and we would no longer be charged and was laughed at by Lori. BEWARE! Very unprofessional & Immature! If you are canceling be sure to get their confirmation in writing.

Best decision!! My daughter decided to come back to Express after following her friends to another facility. When she decided to return, she was a little nervous, but the gym director welcomed her and told her she was happy to see her back. As a parent, that made me feel good about the decision of coming back. She had a great season and her team went to Summit. The coaches expect their athletes to be 100% committed and they are. They push the kids to be their best and it shows. They had 7 out of 8 teams go to Summit!! The owner is always friendly and approachable. Hes also very supportive and encouraging to all the kids and coaches.I would highly recommend the gym!

I have been to express for 11 years and never want to leave. we are all one big happy family. the coaches push you to your full potential and our teams are very successful. i have never felt neglected at this gym ever. I love it so so much.

We are thrilled with our experience here! The coaches are well trained at working with kids and helping them reach their potential and the professionalism shows. They really have a desire for the kids to learn to do tumbling correctly! My daughter came from another local gym and her tumbling looked awful once we got here and saw the difference. She has improved so much and the coaches were very patient at working with her to correct her bad habits. She is only 10 yrs old but saying she is going to work at Express Cheer even after high school she loves the gym. We are thrilled to call Express Cheer our gym!

My daughter LOVES coming here. Its a good atmosphere with knowledgeable instructors. We have had nothing but positive interaction with the staff.

I have been here since I was 6, 8, 10, 11, and 12 this is a great gym i dont think you should hate it. The only reason that u people hate is is that you are over exaggerating please.... The coaches are only picking on you is to make you stronger and better and cheer it is not to be mean same with teammates geez...
