This place is beautiful! By far the best looking place to shoot. The staff is attentive and passionate about their craft. They answered every question for our group, from the experienced shooters and the novices. Nick is amazing and hilarious. Highly recommend this place and I cant wait to take my family that is visiting next week!

First time ever going to a gun range, husband surprised me by taking me and it was AMAZING the customer service was 5Star!!! The restaurant was so pretty and great food as well , our server Mark W was beyond amazing to us! We will be returning, highly recommend!!!

This is the best gun range I have ever stepped foot in. I would 100% recommend coming to shoot here! The staff is very helpful and can always be counted on to do a great job. When visiting, John Brand is your guy to speak with for all questions regarding guns. The guy is a genius!

The staff at Frisco Gun club have been amazing. They helped my wife and I get acquainted with firearms when we knew nothing, and have now been going back for 2 years. The range is excellent, well kept and well stocked. Everyone there is ever so helpful. Whether you’re a complete novice like I was or an expert, Frisco Gun Club is a must visit.

This place is AWESOME! We took the LTC here based a friend’s recommendation. Great class! Been back twice now to shoot and all we can say is WOW! The sales staff was super friendly, the cafe food was delicious, and the employee that helped us with gun selection and rental (Nick) really knew his stuff. Never been to a range this nice or this clean. We will be back soon!!

This is a really great place to go and shoot. It’s always very clean, staff is top notch, extremely friendly and always eager to help where they can. I honestly can’t say enough great things about the staff. I find myself talking to them for just as long as I shoot. Rarely do I shoot anywhere.

First off, the gunsmith Kyle, is a genius, and was able to restore my faith in my tac pro shotgun, and get it back to me in better shape than I left it, and was expected given the scope of work defined. If you ever have a need to have a firearm serviced, look no further.Second, what is there not to like about FGC? The entire staff there are B.A., and the facility is second to none. Why the heck would you want to go anywhere else, when you can sit in the AC and send lead downrange.

The nicest indoor range I been to so far. the acoustics here are amazing. very nice building. I dont come here often because its so expensive. but if you want the nicest indoor range in the north texas area come to frisco gun club

The 100 yard indoor rifle range would be cool enough, but they’re also super friendly staff. 100% highly recommend.

Awesome place to spend time with family. It was our first time here and it was my sons first time ever being at a gun range. Nick was awesome and very patient with teaching him the basics. The club was very clean and the staff was friendly.

My friend and I went to FGC this evening for the first time and Ian was incredibly helpful. We are beginners and have limited experience. Ian guided us to the rental guns that would be best for us to try. He demonstrated a few basics so that we would feel comfortable. He really went above and beyond our expectations to help us feel at ease. We will definitely be back and plan to sign up for a class soon.

Great place to spent time with friends and family to get educated on firearms. Took the LTC class from this facility and the experience was great! Instructor John made the class fun and informative at the same time! Will come visit again soon.

Ive been coming here for years, and was actually offered a job here having been on both sides of the experience the staff genuinely cares with the majority being on first name basis with the customers who are regulars. I no longer work here but now I continue going exclusively as a customer. Nick and chris have been the employess there the longest and they genuinely care about the customers always taking the time to ensure the customers have a good experience. the selection of accessories for building is limited to say the least but they do carry a lot of firearms and the consignment guns are always worth checking out.

Great place with knowledgeable staff. Everyone is always helpful and the smith is does excellent and very quick work.

Now this is Texas! Coming from out of the country, the gun range was exactly what I hoped it would be. What a wonderful way to spend the day. And the bar staff are phenomenal.

I took my LTC class Saturday. The instructor John Brand is extremely knowledgeable and he does a great job making the class fun. He has a great personality and he likes to keep you entertained. My only complaint is the sales pitch for Firearms Legal Protection was a bit much. You have to sign up for it on the spot or you lose your lower rate. Overall it was a great class!

Done wasting time and gas driving here, they offer the same services as all ranges. This is the 3rd or 4th time I have called prior to driving out from Plano. I call and I am told there is or will be rifle lanes open. But when I get there...more than 2+ hrs before closing...I am told now the rifle lanes are closed for the night. Dont bother calling ahead and checking because when you show up you get a different story. I have been turned away from this place more than I have actually been able to shoot at it

This is a two part review.5/5 for the gunsmith services. Kyle is a great guy and his customer service is great.2/5 for the retail staff. They just seem so indifferent and put out when you ask them anything. I was waiting one day for something and just witnessed three male employees awkwardly huddled around some teenaged girl that I assume was an off duty employee for over 15 minutes smiling and laughing but the second a customer walked in the smiles faded and they acted all put out. I think the college aged kids running the counter is a detriment to the business.

Visited tonight for the first time. We were astounded not only by the facility but the service from the attendant at the gun range. Very polite, accommodating and professional. We were equally astounded by not only the food but the service there as well! Very impressed and will be going back.. thank y’all for a great time Boot and Katelyn!

Ive been here four times now for shopping and FFL transfers. Their customer service and staffing needs work. Most of them seem content to ignore customers and flirt with their female co-workers than help paying patrons. Every time I walk up to the front counter, 3 or 4 of them will just ignore me and therell be one that will walk from the opposite side to say hello. Ive never seen one of themcovering the gun counters either but they will all be in the front desk hanging out with themselves. Feels like incompetent college kids at the front desk.The premium prices arent supported by the sub par staff experience. Improve the staff or lower your costs.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My first time here but definitely loved it! Shout out to wes who answered all my questions over the phone (dumb ones) haha i brought my gf also to show her guns arent that bad. She still doesnt like them but liked the staff and place haha thank you for the experience i loved it!

We went to LTC class instructed by very handsome instructor, John Brand.I would have to give him an “A+” in public speaking. I cannot recall a moment of anywhere during his class of uummm and sooo or ahhh. I am a former LEO and have been to few CHL classes before.. theses classes are usually so very boring and drawn out...butMr. Brand kept his large class very awake. He had very captive audience with clear and concise messages and instructions.The whole staff at the facility of Frisco Gun were very friendly & professional.I would definitely take private lessons at location if my instructor was John Brand.SincerelyBeth Anne

This place is a disappointment every time I try to go here. I say try, because most of the time the wait is 2+ hrs or completely booked the entire day. Thank goodness Rifle Gear finally opened.

This place is ok, the people behind the range counter are somehow always upset and customer service isnt really great. They strictly enforce the 1hr lane even tough there might be like 2 or 3 people there only. Ammo selection is very slim or expensive and so are the guns. Website is very hard to look trough especially to see if they have something in stock. They are also kind of rude over the phone if you call them like its somehow youre issue on why they have to answer the phone at all. Overall, not a friendly place for a first time gun person and bringing somebody with you that is well versed in guns is adviced.

Took my daughter to shoot for her first time. I Took a ricochet to the stomach from someone three lanes over. I’ve never been to a range where they don’t check your ammo. No apology or explanation from management. It’s been over a week and still have pain and a large bruise. Will never go to Frisco Gun Club again.

We come here all the times, some of the stuff are nice and knowledgeable but most are just there and have no clue. Today we waited 45 minutes after 45 minutes they called us and they didn’t let my wife in because her driver’s license has been expired. Although we had the same issue with her driver’s license before but they had let us go 3 times before this with a different manager. This manager just gave us his name TY and he didn’t let us in. Never coming back here again, going to the new one in Allen which is way better....

I finished 8 hours of LTC today. John is our trainer and he is AWESOME!!!!He made everything super easy to understand and most importantly, he is so funny and making us laugh the whole day! I highly recommended this place!

Got my LTC there a few years ago and continue to go back to the range with the kids for practice and to try out different hand guns. Helpful and friendly staff, reasonable prices, extremely nice facilities. Only downside is that they are usually pretty busy - try to avoid the obvious busy times and you should be fine.

Wasn’t too happy with the customer service. Staff were rude and not very helpful. There are a lot better gun ranges.

Extremely dishonest, poor customer service, almost everyone has an attitude for no reason, but have a great time talking with co-workers (they just dont care about customers). Theyre rude, inconsiderate, EXTREMELY DISHONEST, and not knowledgeable about their products. Better than Texas Legands Gun Range at least, but they just dont care is the problem, and the range has too many rules, keeping people from actually having fun. They just lost touch, I used to like coming here. They dont have any of the same staff they had years ago, and that explains a lot. No one thats genuinely passionate

John is the bomb! Made LTC class most definitely more enjoyable. All the other staff members & instructors well just as sharp & nice. I just came here for the LTC class, and I think they might have won me over! Once the opportunity is right, I’ll most likely join here as a member & eventually a VIP member. Weapon selection, cafe, and building overall is real huge, clean, and nice! Thanks Again John for making LTC smooth!

Unfortunately, FGC gets worse every time I visit. With the exception of a their great LTC class, this place needs a major customer service overhaul. They seem to be very complacent due to the high number of visitors and lack of competing ranges in the area.Todays experience - Put our groups names on the wait list, wait ~25 minutes, THEN were told that our full group must share one lane and must share one box of 50 rounds between all of our guns. We packed up and left.I understand that ammo is in short supply. But make it known up front that your customers have to all jam into one lane and share just 50 rounds between multiple guns. Id love to discuss this more with FGC management. Feel free to reach out to me.

Well maintained and lots of lanes. It can get crowded sometimes but still one of the best indoor ranges to shoot in North DFW area

Extremely negative environment, my family & I walked in and felt immediate discrimination, which also lead to terrible customer service..We were profiled and kicked out not even 30 min into our visit.. Long story short DO NOT go here if you are a minority of any sort.. BUT “TEXAS LEGENDS GUN RANGE” in Allen TX is amazing, first time going and felt like home.

Online store is perfect for checking inventory before going to the store. I have recently purchased a CZ Bren 2 from its website thats hard to find in stock at most gun store. Shooting range is clean and all equipment work as expected.

I went to Frisco Gun Club for the first time yesterday. Had an excellent experience from start to finish.They were the only local range to have a Glock 43X for rental. I walked in and was on the range within five minutes. Very easy process. Their range is exceptionally well kept with ample lane count and spacious bays to make you comfortable.After wrapping up the rental shooting, I saw they had just received a new stock of 43X and I bought one right away. Cliff made the background check very easy and I loved how all the paperwork was done digitally. I was complete with gun-in-hand inside of 30 minutes. That easy.Their Director of Training, Chris, also stepped in and deducted the range and rental fee from the price of the new Glock. Super kind of them.Bottom line: Very nice building with a huge range, straightforward rental and purchase processes, and Ill be back for sure. Plan to complete my LTC course here in the coming weeks and practice up on their range.Thanks to Cliff and Chris for the first-class service!

LTC course was very informative, however I would prefer if instructor would speak slower and more legible.Also, there was no written material offered to students, which could be taken home and reviewed over again to cement the new knowledge, as well as used as a reference in the future.Knowledge of firearms regulations and laws, as well as instructions for proper behavior in critical situations, paramount for any LTC holder, and can make a difference between life and death, freedom and incarceration, as well as financial ruin.Verbal instructions, no matter how thorough, will not stay in memory for extended period of time without reference material.The shooting ranges are well equipped, instructors are diligent, helpful and patient. They put the safety of the range users above all.Would I recommend Frisco Gun Club to firearms enthusiasts? Yes, I would!This place has everything you need to learn, practice and become as good, as you can be in using firearms safely and responsibly!

The Staff are Amazing! Unlike most gun clubs where you can just walk in. Here this is normally a wait during peak hours so be sure to call in advance. The food is great and LTC instructors are awesome! This is our favorite spot for shooting and having meetings.

Good luck with your experience here! I will not say too much because my experience has not been that different of other reviews already documented here. Pay me $200 bucks an hour and I still will not visit this facility, make your own conclusions.

I took their license to carry class. It was very informative, easy to follow, and the instructor was awesome! I was surprised how informative it is. Even if you don’t end up carrying a gun I would recommend taking the class just to learn about the laws. Definitely money spent well!

Nick was beyond helpful! Knows his stuff was very grateful to have someone who could answer my questions.

Today was the first and only time I will ever go to Frisco Gun Club. I came in to inquire about a complete AR lower that was for sale on their website at around 7PM. When I asked the guy at the front desk about if they might have it on location he quickly replied in a rude way that there is no way for them to stock everything on the website there. I told him that was understandable. I then asked if I could order it here. His reply was a quick no and that well I guess you could use your phone. I told him I meant for him to place an order and he said again no, thats what the websites is for. I then asked if I do order it online could I pick it up here since I would have to do a FFL transfer and his replay was well yeah, you can do that. I then thanked him and left. I hope the way I was treated was due to the individual and not what is normal for Frisco Gun Club. If it is I suspect they will lose business just like they have lost mine.

These guys went out of their way to give us a proper fist time experience. They took us through gun handling in proper detail. A simple heads up, if this is your first time you will be intimidated by the pros coming around.

As a platinum member I called FGC half an hour before arriving to confirm details about calibers and hours. Upon arriving I tried to check in at the rifle range, only to be told the ranges were full and werent taking any more people. This was the same person I spoke to on the phone who didnt feel it worth telling me the lanes were full when I called half an hour earlier.Waste of time even with a membership.

Employees were very rude and non-welcoming from the beginning of my time at the facility. They didn’t explain/go over any range rules as most facilities do, and when one person in my group ACCIDENTALLY violated ONE rule, we were immediately kicked out in a very embarrassing manner. Will NOT be returning to this gun range again. Went straight to Texas Legends Gun Range in Allen and had a much much better experience, and I will be using that facility from now on. Don’t waste your time at this gun range.

I really enjoy this club. The older team members are very hospitable and helpful. The younger team members, not so much. I’ve been a platinum member at the club, but my membership lapsed by one day. Membership is required to reserve a lane on the range. I’m leaving for a hunt tomorrow afternoon and asked the man on the phone if he could reserve an hour for me tomorrow right when they open (they have completely open availability all day), and I would renew my membership upon checking-in prior to shooting. Not only would he not hold a spot for me, he wouldn’t even allow me to put money down to hold it. Given the history of money I’ve spent at the club, and a request to renew membership on arrival, very disappointed I won’t be able to sight my own rifle in time for my hunt. Seriously disappointed with lack of flexibility or willingness to serve customer.

I came here for my LTC coarse and it was a great class. John is thorough and makes the class fun! I was not ready to qualify the same day and they did it on a separate day. My 2nd time at the FGC I came in early to shoot for an hour before the qualification. My gun was giving me trouble they gave me help and Nick was beyond helpful. I received great information on ammo and cleaning practices that I will NOT forget. I can say as a women I felt comfortable and was treated respectfully. They have a great selection and I was able to try one of their rentals and I was able to get a feel for another caliber. I will be bringing my husband and kids along for our next trip here!!

My son had bought a rifle from a friend. We took the rifle to the gun shop to have a scope mounted. When we dropped the rifle off they told us it would be 2-4 weeks. After 5 weeks I called and complained. They mounted the scope the next day. Then they charged me $192 to mount a scope. Definately will not take any weapons back to the Frisco Gun Club.

1st mag through my AR and I was sitting in a cloud of gas, poor ventilation if any! after 60 minutes I was told my time was up, although there was no wait and only a few other shooters on the lanes. Showroom is decent but good luck having someone show you a firearm, you literally have to flag someone down to show you a gun. good looking facility but appearances can be deceiving!

Had a Free Range Pass for one hour. Had no expiration date or restrictions besides one person for one hour. Was denied because it was too old. If thats the case, then add an expiration date on the card to help prevent a wasted trip.

The Frisco Gun Club seems to be having trouble financially, as they can’t seem to afford good help or equipment to maintain the standards they charge per customer. I’ve been in three times in the past month, and have received unprofessional service, and equipment consistently breaking down durning my rented hour. If this were a restaurant Gordon Ramsay would shut this place down!

LTC class was awesome. Very thorough info, and good support from pro instructor. Itbwould have been 5+ stars if Sales Pitch for Insurance was shorter & less pressure.It is big place with deli shop with good menu items. Frankly, I liked their sandwich better than Schlotzskys. It is not just daddy alone weekend shooting cave. You can bring whole family. In fact, I saw so many kids under 10 yrs old came with mom & daddy. Im taking my 13 yrs next time.

Amazing facility. The staff have been friendly, the facilities are clean and in great working condition. I really like the gun store/show room although I think the prices are a little on the high side. The VIP restaurant is amazing and actually quite reasonable.

Yes, this range is a little on the pricey side, especially for memberships.... but you get what you pay for. This is likely one of the top 10 gun ranges in the whole state.They have a state-of-the-art facility and expert instructors to go along with it.

I took the holster class with Brian and Bryan last Saturday. They were fantastic, very patient and low pressure. I took my concealed carry class with John and he was also great. I highly recommend these guys for continued training. I was very pleased.

Been here twice. Range is well kept and well ventilated; however, staff is rude and pounces on opportunities to belittle customers on the range, especially when business is slow and they get bored.Do your family a favor and make the drive to Eagle Gun Range.

Terrible customer service. I walked around for almost 10 minutes and no one offered to help. There were at least 3 employees standing around conversing. One employee in particular was talking to a customer and once the customer left, he went to join the conversation of his other colleagues. I wish could do 0 stars.

I’ve been coming here almost weekly for a few months now, and I can honestly say I really enjoy the place. The facility itself is top notch and I find the staff consistently friendly and helpful. I’m not a noob nor am I pro yet I am always comfortable and satisfied here. If you come here often, join as a member. At the platinum level it’s not terribly expensive and it makes getting in and out of the range even easier. Very satisfied customer.

The nicest gun range I have ever seen. Its like the one from Beverly Hills Cop with Eddie Murphy. Get a better selection of ammo and this place would be perfect.

Great facilities, the staff is amazing. We went for a bachelor party and got to shoot the full autos. Matt and Wes were working with us and they were great!

Was a big fan when they opened and I have taken several classes there. It has been steadily going downhill. Went in tonight to sight in a rifle. I was told 10 minutes for a lane... well after 30 minutes I decided to leave after I was told there was no one there to help me because of some in house policies. Most times I just drive the extra 10 miles and go to one of two other ranges but I really wanted the indoor 100yd range today... If you have money to buy the high end membership and get in the private lanes I guess it may be OK... other than that just search for ranges in Carrolton, Dallas and Lewisville... you will be happier at them.

This is a great range. I also took a class here and it was one of the best I have taken. I will be taking more courses and using this range a lot more.Edit: I have just taken a different class at another gun range. Whoa! Vastly different teaching. Frisco Gun Club was much better. I feel like if you are serious about gun ownership and carry, the classes at the Frisco club are the way to go.

FGC is a great facility and all of the staff are very welcoming. My husband and I took the Intro to Handguns class with Brian Garnett, and then returned for several 1:1 classes with him on the range. Brian is an excellent instructor. He is very knowledgeable about gun safety, the different types of guns, the best posture, and more. His knowledge, friendliness, and his helpfulness in all areas has made our introduction to guns very enjoyable. I highly recommend both the club and Brian.

Had serious reservations due to their posh reputation, I need not have worried. It is definitely the 90210 of gun ranges with none of the bad attitude ! Use to be a platinum member, but after a huge decline in facility operations and rude employees I canceled the membership. Tonight was second time Ive attempted to go shoot at the 100 yard lanes only to be told they are broken again! And the wait for the operational lanes was way too long to get in before close. Save your time and money and go to Shoot Point Blank or wait for Bullet Trap next year

This was my boyfriend and Is first time at a gun range. Terry was very helpful and instructed us on how to properly use, hold, and shoot a gun. I was a little nervous about the recoil but Terry was very polite and a good teacher. Also enjoyed the dinner. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend based on our experience.

Little pricier than expected but definitely a great gun club, gun range.

I spent about an hour the other day looking for and reading only the bad reviews. I wanted to get a good understanding of this place before making my first trip.As soon as I walked in I was impressed by its cleanliness and friendly staff. The gentleman at the front desk welcomed me and pointed me in the direction I needed to go.I proceeded to the back where I met Kelsi who helped me rent a pistol and a rifle. I quickly got into a lane and spent the next hour testing out two guns.The checkout process was easy and the staff was friendly.I was honestly expecting a bad experience based on all of the negative reviews. Maybe management has stepped their game up and wants to turn things around? Who knows.Bottom line..if you’re extremely skeptical and hesitant, like I was, then don’t be. I tend to be very critical on first time experiences however I can confidently say this was by far a great first experience here.I will bring future friends and family here for business.

My love and I truly enjoyed the LTC course here. Out instructor, John, was awesome! You think about an 8 hr course and dread it but he kept you alert, attentive and laughing. His course is taught in such a way that you retain the information because he provided different scenarios and shared stories while also allowing us to ask all the questions needed. The whole staff here was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! I dont remember his name but he had the really awesome sleeve tatts...he was so helpful in showing us the best options for guns all off us of explaining our needs and what we were use to. I so glad I did my research and chose this place! Thank you Chris and staff!

This range is a great facility for indoor shooting with an amazing staff. The classes are top notch and very informative. The instructors keep you interested and engaged the whole way through. Even if you’re not a huge gun enthusiast I would recommend classes here to learn firearm safety.

Great range with great training courses as well.

The facility is nice, the retail area is gorgeous, but the range feels cheap, except for the ventilation system. They dont allow photos or cell phones which is super odd and makes it a terrible place to go with friends. There was not a range safety officer present 80% of the time I was there. The staff was not very helpful/engaged/friendly. Overall it just looks a lot nicer than it actually is.
