Goodness! I had such a AWESOME EXPERIENCE! My puppy is absolutely wonderful. And the employees are just friendly, understanding, and overall FREAKING GREAT! The wonderful employee I had is named Kyah. She’s super great at what she does. I drove 3 hours to get my baby. They completely understood that and were able to accommodate all my needs.

*(READ BEFORE YOU BUY A PUPPY)*I used to always beg my dad to bring me here, until I finally got a puppy from there, she was in great condtion! I love that they provide you with everything you need, but here is the big thing you need to consider POTTY TRAINING, at first it can be really stressful, but then the dog will become better, there is also a private trainer which is awesome! But here is one big issue that made almost not buy a dog from here.... almost ALL THE PUPPIES are 6,000 to 10,00, bucks!! And that is just for one puppy.... its kinda too much, if you adopted a dog from a shelter it would be no more than about 250-300$ depending on which shelter. So before you buy one from here, heck out a shelter first!

Several years ago, I purchased two puppies from Petland Frisco for about $800 to $1,200 each. Last weekend I called to ask about the price of a puppy they had because I had my heart set on a certain breed even though I usually adopt now, and I was told about $8,000. I asked why the price is so much higher, and the employee admitted to inflation due to COVID-19. He stated because Petland knows people want to adopt dogs right now, theyve decided to charge far more than they have before.He said that a brand new puppy will be possibly $10,000, but as they age and need to get rid of them, the price goes down. He admitted none of the puppies were actually worth that much and said the puppy mills are increasing their prices, but mostly the several thousand dollars more that youll pay is Petland taking advantage of the pandemic and good intentioned people.We adopted a dog from a local shelter for $185 instead. Please do not get fleeced by Petland. Shelters like Operation Kindness have plenty of dogs, and you can do a tele adoption thats contactless. There are also rescue groups for almost every breed you could want. It may take a bit longer, but you wont be spending 10k on a dog.

Called this Petland in Frisco and was advised that the bunnies are 95.00 with out kit. I drive to this location and was then told the bunnies are 200.00. Once at the register I was quoted a price with supplies165.00 then with my own eyes see the the cashier overriding the price of the bunnies to 200.00. The cashier then says oh let me fix our register and then quotes me 280.00 for the bunny and supplies. So I then ask the cashier why was the price override? She said because it is harder to find bunnies and thus was the last bunny. The crazy part of all this earlier when I was shopping the cashier told me if that bunny was not what I wanted they will get more on Tuesday. I just don’t get price gouging for a bunny that is not trained. I did my research and you can adopt a trained couple bunny for less than 200.00 in the same area.Buy from a shelter

I truly recommend this place! The store is always clean, the staff is super nice and professional, they have the knowledge to answer every question you can have about your pets. This is a big store that has quite products and organized to easily find them. They have dogs breeds for sale that are not as common and easy to find in other stores. So 100% recommended

First time at this location. Husband and I were looking to purchase a puppy for my birthday. When we walked in, we were not greeted. We stood looking at the puppies for about 10-15 minutes. One worker (Cole, is what I was told his name was) in particular walked past us about 5 times. Didn’t ask if we needed help or anything. I noticed another woman walk in and was looking at the puppies as well. Cole immediately walked right past us and asked the lady if she needed any help. That is completely unacceptable. As a business owner myself, my employees acknowledge and greet ALL customers. ESPECIALLY if the customer is about to spend several thousands of dollars. Needless to say, we will take our $6000 to another pet shop. It’s unfortunate that as a family owned business, customer service was not welcoming and friendly.

I researched many places to find my forever pet. I found Petland Frisco to have what I wanted. Made the 3 hour trip, went into store, met Dannise, and the rest is pure satisfaction. Left with my own puppy and couldnt be happier

I usually buy supplies at the store for my dog and have never had any problems, plus their staff is very friendly and professional. Some of the puppies they have are so cute that sometimes I feel tempted to bring one home, I just do not have the space to add one more to the family, otherwise I will definitely get it from here. Bought a dog in late Sept that had kennel cough. Turned out that was a lie! Poor dog had pneumonia AND strep!! I followed the procedures and submitted a claim for the $1,000+ vet bills so far and they’ve ignored it repeatedly. Now I have to get a lawyer involved. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! Puppies are sick!!!!

Dear All, I am writing this review after a long search. All the staff were very friendly and professional also explained the details about the pets very well. This is one of best pets store in Plano-Frisco area where DOGs are available. Me and my little daughter spend time with the DOGs and played with them very well. I recommend this place for those who really love DOGs and needs any assistance in the caring.

In the search for a healthy bulldog pup, I came across Petland. Discovering Petland had discounts on puppies, I called Petland to inquire more information. The receptionist could not give me the exact cost of a bulldog pup, so I asked for a price range. She quoted me anywhere from $900-$3k for a bulldog puppy, so I schedule an appointment. After 45mins of playing with the cutest bulldog puppy, the manager came back with the pups cost. I was utterly shocked to find out the puppy cost $11,500. Yes, I said $11,500, and this quote was the discounted price. Needless to say, I sadly gave the puppy back, and I would not recommend buying ANY puppy from Petland. Furthermore, I would question these peoples intentions on pricing the puppies so expensively. Comparing the cost to the small and cramped wiring kennels they are living is truly sad.

Went there and the customer service was amazing!!! They let me see the dog of my choices, was gentle and nice, and gave me a lot of information and details on Adoption a dog. Conner was a great customer service helper. I would recommend talking with him if you need help with a dog!!

Great service, Jordan was amazing. However, first night home was sick, vomiting and seizures. In pet hospital last 3 days, blood transfusion, enemic and low blood cell count. May have to have surgery to toe off veins to liver.. You cannot tell me she was eating or healthy, the vets are wondering as well, they will look into that side. I can only say she is fighting for her life and had I not purchased her what would happen to her. Again, great service, higher prices, how many dogs are lost though. We are fighting and continue to fight. Purchase a pet, a family member, its not monetary, save a puppy not a dollar...

Looked at a puppy as a birthday gift for my 4 year old. I was absolutely shocked that the asking price was $8,800. They try to justify the price with what they offer after the purchase, but it is absolutely a complete overcharge. When I asked what the price would be if I just wanted the puppy without all their after purchase services, they quoted me around $8,300. I wouldnt invest in lifetime services when this company probably wont be around for a lifetime with their outrageous prices. Good place to go to pet a few puppies.

Although they are solely the reason why Im giving the location three out of five stars instead of one, I believe its imperative to mention the minor setbacks observed during my visit:For starters, its a Petland and first and foremost: a business. Its not a social gathering nor is it The Puppy Central comedy show; if customers are walking in, employees should quickly greet, assist, and direct a customer. The young man and girl at the counter failed miserably at the basics of customer service 101.For those looking to stay safe during the Covid-19 Pandemic, the location fails to provide adequate CDC-recommended safety precautions. As one of those fighting the pandemic on the front lines, I was both amazed and astonished by customers having no masks, huddled together, and no order on six feet distancing guidelines. For those concerned with safety, perhaps Id advise you to reconsider visiting until the firm follows with CDC-recommended guidelines. A report has been submitted for audit.Lastly, like a previous review mentioned: its Frisco, not Highland Park (and Im from there). The whole time, there was a negative vibe, employees being short and snobby with customers (I had one employee respond I may not be able to afford the items I wanted to purchase because they were premium. Be very careful to whom you make remarks to like that because not everyone is nice about it.) Overall, the entire facility, with the exception of the girls (man I wish I remembered their names) working the puppies, is in dire need of customer service lessons.Nevertheless, a big thank you to the girls for making it a fun, interactive experience!

We didn’t have a good experience with the training sessions. We are never able to get any appointment and there are no reminders sent out. When we got our puppy they said it will be unlimited training but we never are able to get any appointment nor are we able to get in touch with anyone nor are there any proper reminder getting sent out. Why they ask us to pay thousands of dollars when they are not able to accommodate our puppy training. Very frustrating experience.

Our puppy was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection a few days after we brought him home. Upper respiratory infections can include kennel cough. He is on meds and seems to be on the mend. The paper we signed said he wasnt sick that they know of. It may just be expected when living with multiple puppies, but just something to be aware of. Otherwise, we love him and the staff was friendly.
