Been here so many times. Well like 5 but still best place every time. Good selection great staff. Today i meet a lady who was bald and she literally made the experience 1000 less awkward than it is for both me and my gf. She made sure we were taken care of all while putting stuff up and training. Super knowledgeable on everything

The reason why they dont respond to their badd reviews is because they dont believe in customer service...I went in the store 5 days ago and asked for help in locating an item. I asked if I was in the right section and was told yes But offered no other help when I commented that the item seemed small. in infact the item was in the wrong section. it was too small and I never wore it. I live out of state and came back today to see about exchanging the item for the correct size. Two employees were in the store. one of which was the same one that wasnt interested helping me and making sure that I had purchased the right size when I asked for help. She said nothing. The other employee spoke to me in the most Condescending manner informing me that all sales are final. When I explained to her that it had not been worn the pricetag wqs still attached to it and that the other lady was there when I asked for help and told me that it was in the right section when it obviously wasnt. she said she did not care, all sales final.Theres no customer service in this store. They dont care if you buy the run bank they will not help you they are strictly there to take your money no matter if its the item that you are looking for are not. Theres plenty of other stores plenty of other Saras secrets that will help you Find what youre looking for and will treat you with respect and understand that we all work for our money and dont want to waste it on items that we cant wear or that are of no use to us. Ive already called another Saras secret that is willing to help me while this one is closer, I will never go to the store again.

We had a very unfortunate experience here. extensively at many versions of the product we were interested in, and asking many questions of the staff, we asked if they could open one of the boxes to look at the product, which was not visible in the packaging. We were told that they were not allowed to open items. On their recommendation we bought a particular item and when we got it home found out that it did not work as advertised, was defective, and was completely useless to us. We contacted the store immediately and were told that there was nothing they could do about it. The issue was escalated to the manager the next morning and she also told us that there was nothing she could do about it - no refund, credit, or exchange. We received $80 worth of product that was completely useless, and we ended up throwing it in the trash. I work hard for my money and this experience certainly doesnt make me want to go back to this store. Beware.

So my fiancé and I just walked into this establishment and the female working there didn’t acknowledge us at all. No she wasn’t busy. We were the only ones in there. Customer service is very important when running a business or working at an establishment.

The chick with the blue hair was super helpful for me and my friend and would highly recommend shopping with her. Definitely will come back in the future

New to area store medium sized but well supplied with quality products. A bit on the price side $75 or so will set you up good for a fun night.

Small shop but decent selection. Prices run a tad on the high side but convenient location for Frisco dwellers and open late.

Pricing was decent on costumes HOWEVER my Hispanic husband and I were followed around the store making us feel like thieves and rushed to get out if youre going to be racists at least try and be subtle about it.

They told me a device a has a one year warranty so keep the receipt. I take it back the next day because of issues and they didnt honor what they told me. The device was a wevibe and its useless bought it for the wireless functions and it wont stay connected. They lost a customer and future referrals
