Beautiful, well-maintained park. Walking trail, tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, playground for kids big and small. The playground for the little ones has a soft ground. There is plenty of parking, trash cans, areas to sit. Park benches convert into tables, there are awnings to sit under if there is bad weather. Just discovered a dog park nearby... it has another walking trail to get there.

The Fairy Trail led to a beautiful stroll around the park. Each station had the wooden little houses which were ingeniously crafted with real wood and working little doors. My six year old was enchanted! Too many people in the park were not setting the example of social distancing, though. Other than that, it was a great opportunity to have a relaxed time outdoors.

Stevenson Park is a nice small park in the center of Friendswood. It has a trail pathway great for walking and running. Im fond of the recent garden added to attract butterflies.

Great playgrounds, splash pad and fairy trail. Theyve posted signs stating play equipment not sanitized regularly. Play at your own risk. We played on everything and had a blast.

Theyve added a new wooden butterfly exhibit. The splash pad is running smoothly and the painted designs are all well kept. The trail is pleasant and theres several different parking zones to choose from. There are three restroom areas, several picnic tables, a large pavilion one may reserve and a gazebo area. I dont have information about the pool onsite. The butterfly garden is thriving and the tennis/ volley ball courts are usually active.

A great opportunity to have a relaxed time outdoors. Super clean and friendly environment for me.

It is nice well kept park. A nice track to walk and run. There are many activities that they do for the year. Maybe not this year because of Covid-19

Beautiful local park. Lots of tree cover, especially nice in the evening for a walk or a run on the path. One of the trails was slightly under water and had yellow tape around the area but was pretty easy to avoid. A great park area for kids to run, climb and slide. Also a nice park for a picnic.

One of my fave places. Stretch your legs on the paths. Theres shade from many trees. The paths are gravel. Theres a gazebo, play ground equipment, sand pit volleyball, restrooms, outdoor swimming pool, splash pad, and outdoor pool. People are friendly / courteous. Parking is easy on non event days. I love the farmers market events.

This is simply a beautiful and peaceful area. Awesome trees and grassy areas. Its well kept. Walkway to Old Town Park and to the Dog Park add to the appeal for dog walkers.

We enjoyed PokémonGo community day a lot, good music and lots of nature around, friendly squirrels. We had the chance to cool off during high temperature weather. We had a great walk.

One of our favorite parks. Big playground for the littlest and a walking track. Theres a splash pad. And a basketball and volleyball court. Great place to play HPWU as well

Lovely, clean and close to me. Walking trail is clean and goes through the park and the outskirts. Farmers market held here every first Saturday of the month. Has a splash pad and a playground.

I have read reviews about small portions and big prices. Please dont let those comments get in the way of going to this restaurant. The taste makes the value here. Amazing flavor and I promise you wont feel slighted when you finish your waffle.

Our family really enjoys this park snuggled in the great city of Friendswood. The half mile loop around the park is one of the highlights that allows for great exercise and the ability to take in all the park has to offer. We also frequent the playground, which has a lot of hands on equipment that you do not normally see at most playgrounds. There are also three seperate playground areas, which allows for a lot of room for running around.We also enjoy the monthly farmers markets and other events that the park puts on throughout the year.

I stopped to do some work and sat outside on a park bench surrounded my lovely trees and sunshine. I seek out parks to log in my daily work being an outside sales person. It gives me peace in the day to soak in the beauty of nature and have the sun on my face to rejuvenate myself to ready, set, go, again for part two is the day. I loved the trees in this place much.

A nice park. Has multiple pavilions, tennis basketball and volleyball courts. There is also a pool, childrens playground and a water sparkler spot for kids. Has a walking trail bit its a bit narrow enough for 2 people side by side. There are many who walk their dogs too.

This park has a lot to offer families and the city uses it to host some great activities.There are tennis and basketball courts, sand volleyball courts, a splash pad, pavilions, a gazebo, plenty of benches and picnic tables. Its handy that there are 2 restroom spots and that the playground is a very decent size that caters to very young and older kids (parents too).The only thing holding me back from giving 5 stars is the greenery. The grass is slowly disappeared over the years and after it rains it turns into a huge muddy mess, BUT even though thats the case, the trails are still usable and the playground is unscathed.

I love coming here. Its a great shady place to socialize while running, and there are working bathrooms. They have farmers markets often and hold carnival stands around the holidays. Good place for kids

Best place to go any time of day, or night if you prefer moon and star energy. There is a basket ball court, tennis court, big play ground, beautiful gazebo, volley ball, and there is almost always an event happening on weekends. Im sure I missed a couple details, but there is so much to say about this park. Also 2 restrooms and a public pool.

This is a beautiful park! There is more than one restroom and a nice playground with 3 areas. There are benches and picnic tables around as well. Its great for pokehunting or playing Wizards Unite.

Excellent park! Clean, fun, and kid friendly. Definitely would recommend to everyone to visit. The splash pad is nice but the overall layout is great. My princess loves squirrels and there were plenty willing to say hi but more than likely wanted to eat a snack. No issues here besides the summer heat, which was resolved by cooling off in the splash pad or using the vast amount of shade provided from all of the trees.

I love walking at this park and this environment is very friendly to anyone that visits. On a sunny day, the trees can keep you cool which makes walking more enjoyable. I like to come here when I need alone time or when I want to come play tennis with friends. On Holidays, they will have festivals and parades. This is definitely a family friendly park that I can see myself going to for years to come.

I love this park. Its a great community gathering space and always hosts dynamic events. The monthly farmers market is one of my frequent haunts.

This park is enormous! It includes: several parking areas (one large enough to host a decent-sized farmers market on Saturdays); a tennis court with 4 nets; a basketball court; a sand volleyball area with 2 nets; a small flower garden; a splash pad; a big pool, open in the summer; 2 pavilions, one large and one small, and with electrical outlets available; a large play area for children with 3 different jungle gyms; and several big open areas for picnicking or tossing a ball around, with some regular and picnic benches throughout. Surrounding all of this, there is a (concrete-free, for those with knee pains!) walking trail that seems to be at least a quarter mile long.

Went here for the 2019 Christmas Parade. Stevenson Park is your quintessential small town park; a place to relax, away from the city noise. Wish communities had more of these.

I love coming to this park with my friends and my brother. This park has a lot of features worth seeing for yourself, including a treat shop for your canine companion. Theres also a gazebo, a few event centers, and a new water park theyre working on. This park is always active, Pokemon go included. Lots of awesome, well-designed playgrounds that look very fun, and Im an adult. Check it out sometime and see it for yourself, the trail around the park is always beautiful at night.

Wonderful park full of trees and walking trails. Also, there are plenty of Pokémon Go stops and gyms for everyone to enjoy. I had a marvelous time visiting here and will definitely stop by next time Im in the area.

We love coming to Stevenson park. My kids have fun at the splash pad in the summer and the playground during the cooler months. I like the walking path, and the park hosts a lot of fun community events.

The lighting around the park is decent, but could use some improvements. The volleyball courts could use some work specifically on the marking of the courts to be more consistent. I enjoy this park a few times a month for running, volleyball, and reading outside.

I absolutely love this park, its always full of people. Theres a shade-covered walking/jogging path, a playground area for kids, sand volleyball courts and a basketball court that both always seem to be full. The city put in a free splash pad for kids a few years ago, and the public swimming pool is actually better than some country clubs Ive been to. Covered picnic areas and barbecue pits make this a great place for a family day out.

Clean peaceful charming

We love this park. The walking/running trail is dirt so its not as hard on your knees. My daughter and her friends go play volleyball. Theres a splash pad for younger kids and a swimming pool for everyone else! Tennis courts, basketball courts, and enough Pokemon Stops and Gyms to satisfy everyone. If you just want to come chill and take in the beautiful surroundings its fine for that too. They have 2 restroom areas on both sides of the park, and they are also building new ones for the pool area. Have fun yall!

Its really not too bad. Luckily it is located at a Dead End part of the road so the children are much safer regarding vehicle accidents and such.The park is mildly worn down but still stands as a proper place to take a child that is looking to play around and wear themselves down. I recommend this place for casual playtime.

Its a gem. Very well maintained with convenient parking and clean bathrooms. They also seem to have sprayed the trees to keep mosquitoes at bay. The childrens play area is somewhat small and does not have swings, but it is still nice. They were also thoughtful enough to add nice cushion on the ground! Other than that, they have the beautiful gazebo, basketball courts, swimming pool etc.

This park is amazing. My favorite is the splash pad. Best Ive seen and my grandson loves it. They have 3 playgrounds, big pavilion. Bathrooms (Real nice one by splash pad) Volleyball. Huge park and so much to do. Friendswood pool is right next door by splash pad. They also have a very long walking/running track. Many picnic tables, many benches. Too much h to name, but a must go to place for children.

A very nice park but the trails are often soggy. Would be great to raise them up a bit.
