Gazebo with picnic tables, restrooms, slide, swing, climbing tower with monkey bars, 2 bouncing frogs and a bouncy duck to ride. A little shaded from trees, nice paved sidewalks. Good for a short walk with a dog or quick stop for kids to play. Downtown Fremont neighborhood. No parking lot since it is a neighborhood park.
Me and my friends went to this park at around 8 at night with my friends mom. We had fun and hung out. Later me decide to contact a ghost with a necklace we did the “what is yes what is no thing” and asked questions. We figured out it was a nice witch and she kept us safe. Later on my friend got of this swing then 30 minutes later it was still swinging a little. Then the marry go round started turning when we were on it... no one was pushing it...
Very nice small park in a residential area. Used to be an old graveyard which gives it a little history.
Beautiful!!! Relaxing!!! The squirrels are a little bit mean they were laughing at my dog and teasing him
Well maintained park with a older vibe
Nice little park ate our lunch there on the way home from UNMC.
Nice day, nice quiet park
Great place to take grandkids
Well kept park in a nice historic neighborhood, would have gave it five stars, but they removed a water hydrant a couple of years after they removed a drinking fountain from the south side of the restroom building. There is access to water in the bathrooms but they are never clean enough to keep me from gagging at the thought of drinking the water from the sink spigot.
The play yard needs to be cleaned up. Lots of weeds.
Very well kept clean a nice park a great place to relax and enjoy quiet peace
Good place to go if you wanna relax to the soothing sounds of traffic with all its wondrous aromatic quality and health benefits. Also probably no perverts except at night when the local troubled homeless addict holes up in the bathroom then relieves them self on the floor and leave their needles behind
Kept kids busy for a good hour
The pop tastes really bad and the arbys sauce tasted like it was almost straight vinegar.
My son loves this park! Its hardly ever crowded and I dont really have to worry about the traffic.
Took my 5 year old grandson and he loved it! Nothing fancy just nice :)
A simple city park with playground (with tall slide & even a mery-go-round), lighted gazebo, picnic tables, benches, grassy areas to run around in, trees, old-fashioned lamppoles, restrooms, & a haunted story to go with the fact it used to be a cemetery! Also known as Dead Mans Park
I dont live too far away from the park but every Saturday and Sunday we host AA meetings its a great park!
John C. Fremont Days is the annual celebration that takes place in the park and is always a ton of fun for family outings
Good place for kids to play and a very large gazebo to have picnics under
