Great historic building, just beyonnd the strip of stores in Niles Canyon. Fairly easy walk to the stores. Only street parking. Typically no street parking available right next to the hall, but there are typically spots available within a 5 minute walk.

Nice and roomy place, parking in street not an issue. Will use it in future functions.

Nice old building with many common community uses in the center of Niles District in Fremont.
