What a fun place to enjoy with your kids. It was my first time here, but kids have been here multiple times for birthdays. We paid for two hours and it was way too much time. An hour is just the right amount of time to jump, and rock climb. The Icee machine was just what we wanted afterwards.Cant wait to come back again. Thanks for reading.

This place is very fun with different stuff from dodge ball fighting to basket ball trampoline games. Music is playing at all times which makes playing there a fun experience. Definitely take your children there for a great time. During the night time, they do a light show so if you want that I recommend going at night. The rock climbing was very fun. Would definitely go again.

The place is good, there have people making sure its safe, just the pizza is not too good. For fun one with the kids, it is good. Make sure you got also of water.

This place is always very clean compared to others! It does get really busy, but just plan your visits accordingly :)

We came here on a Monday and for general jump play (not part of a party) [Lot of people come here for birthday parties on weekends, so ymmv]This is a very large trampoline place - since it was a weekday, there were hardly anyone else there. You sign an electronic waiver if its your first time and pay about $20 - which includes a sock purchase. though they say its for an hour, since it was no-rush time, that was hardly enforced.The kids (and adults) had a lot of fun. Non-jumping adults can also come inside to supervise (which some of the other similar places in fremont dont allow). There are large areas of trampolines and plenty of room to jump around. There are also good foam pits kids (or adults) can jump into, and wade around. There is a separate dunk trampoline area and a dodge ball trampoline area.There is also a small rock climbing area which little kids will enjoy.I did notice a cafe, a few arcade games, and birthday party rooms though didnt use any of them.Overall, a great place for kids to burn their energy and had good fun!

Fun trampoline park, they have lots of chairs that put out this horrible alarm sound. Lots of people must have complete hearing loss, cause they can sit in these chairs for the entire time.Rock n jump must be going broke, trying to raise money by driving thier customers away with these massage chairs and the sirens

Have lots of patience and dont be in a hurry. This place is very popular and always busy. Seating for the adults or patrons not participating in the activities is limited inside. The inside appears to be clean and staff is very attentive to keeping it that way. Staff is super friendly and courteous.

We went here for a class field trip! The students and staff loved it! However they needed more Bistro/Kitchen Staff! Having one employee, take orders, and make them and pass them out is a unsanitary! Not to mention stressful for one person to do 3 jobs!

This place it SO MUCH better than sky high and me and my brother loved it.

It was very loud, which is un understandable, but there is not a lot of comfortable seating areas, especially if you have a disabled person in ur party. The massage chairs, like the ones in the mall, sound an alarm when smitten on without payment, thus taking away the only available and comfortable seating. The overall experience was unpleasant, just stayed for the kids.

Brought my son here for his friends bday party. Fun place. My son loved it. I cant remember the last time I jumped on a trampoline. Its not required that parents jump, but why should my son get all the fun?!

My cousin had a great time. I wished that I was younger and could play like the kids and younger adults.

Great place to start your day

Came in earlier today purchased 1 hour of jump time for my kids as far as check in process absolutely horrible. Only one person was at the front check out super nice young lady despite the line that was super long! I understand that it gets busy and you can not hurry check ins, but for their to be a “ supervisor” on duty whom was just standing upfront pretending to do something and walked away is absolutely insane. Was obvious she was manager due to her shirt... There was more than 4 families in line and only one person was actually doing the check in process. Took about 20 minutes to check in when my kids could be jumping. Overall experience it was a 5/10 super busy, but as for jumping arena wished there were more people watching our children.Will I come back? Sure but As for now not soon

Dirty and lacks maintenance.Place is dirty. Bathrooms and the dinning area is dirty and no one cleans it unless you go n ask. And you know kids spread germs. So they should have antibacterial lotions. But no. They don’t care.Only 1 or 2 employees working hard on food, check-in, birthday party hosts etc.1-2 employees watching kids are mostly on their cell phone.Pizza took 1 hr and 45 mins when there were only 2 people ahead of us. And it was awful. Pizza tasted like Cardboard with ketchup. French fries are very thick and didn’t get cooked properly.Stay away from this. At least don’t order any food. Just let kids jump and get food somewhere else.

This place is a lot of fun. We stayed here for several hours. They cost $20 per hour basically including stock purchase. Without stock purchase a $17 per hour. What I like about this place is that your kids can play and are actively with other children either own age or older or younger. I like that because what causes your kids to be more social. This is a lot of fun here will be back.

It was our first time here and we bought a Groupon for 6. The check-in was smooth and the staff was really friendly. First, we need to sign the waivers on the kiosk screens and then the staff will hand over the wristbands after that. You need to purchase anti-slip socks for $3 a pair or you can bring yours from home. The kids had a blast and by the time we left from there, it was around 1pm and the place was almost full. After reading yelp reviews after purchasing the Groupon, I was really concerned about cleanliness of the Fremont facility but the lobby, game areas and bathrooms were clean and in good condition. Will go again to this place.

Good place to host kid birthday parties and kids gatherings. They need to hire more people to do crowd control.

It was cool until some dude filmed me in the bathroom, with a hidden camera. They should have some sort of security to make sure people that are there are with kids and not setting up cameras in the bathrooms. Google it.

Cali is super awesome! She hosted one of our children’s birthday parties and is always so friendly and helpful when we visit. She really should be a supervisor or manager, if she isn’t already! My children love this place. They should open earlier on Wednesday’s as most kids get out of school earlier that day. Food is ok, reasonably priced. Overall a nice day out for the family.

Last day me and my boyfriend went your park played for an hour, we went in around 4:30 pm, when we came out I found my shoes were stolen! So I called the staff if they can help me check the security camera to find some clues. The staff was very kind and said they will check the security camera then call me back next day. Since I did not have shoes went home so staff give me a pair of socks. I leave my information and went home.But I did not receive any call from your park!!!I know the park does not responsible for losing things.However,your staff was promise me that they will check and call me back,I think they need to responsible for what they said!This behavior makes me very sad！

Rock N Jump is not only a great place to have fun and jump around, but u get exercise and burn fat and calories, however its not what it Used to be...to many little kids and the staff have slacked off and dont really enforce the rules, theyre just young adults there to get money...they dont care for anything else; not the safety of children, not the enforcing of rules, my wrist band wasnt even called after 3hours! Wow! In fact no wrist bands were called if I want to I could have been there forever.

Took my brother to jump for an hour and having to buy their socks as well it was not worth $21. Have taken him to other jump places and they don’t have to buy socks.

We were here tonight for a birthday party and they were not ready for us in the party room the pizza came out Raw they still overcharged us they only let us jump for an hour even though our time started before everybody got their wristbands on I will never go back and its a shame because we used to go with at least once a week and never had a problem but tonight just blew it no customer service the managers are rude if you would like to go to Rockin Jump go to the one in San Jose way better

Fun for kids, but prices and times to jump are backwards! If u come in say 7:20pm, u either wait 40 mins until their 8pm jumping or lose 20 mins. but still pay full price.

I was very impressed that the restroom facilities the mens was very clean. Clean restrooms says a lot about ones operation

This place was awesome do much to do! Rock wall, foam pit, Dodge ball and basket ball plus a cafe. Remember to bring your credit card all this fun is not cheap! 3 people plus socks for 1 & 1/2 hours $ 75 bucks..... And yes I do recommend the socks.

Only because I have to give a star but not even worth it. The staff is terribly trained and there was water dripping from the roof (raining). Had to stay because of a birthday party but the whole experience was terrible.

My kids love this place! Theres the usual jumping area, even a separate area for kids under 6 to jump, dodge ball, jumping into foam pits, basketball, rock climbing, a pit where you verse each other. You have to buy special reusable socks with grip. You are not allowed to use any socks other than the ones they sell. They are inexpensive. Groupon usually has some great deals for this place. Great place to burn off some energy!

Terrible organization. Staff are a mix of competent and totally lost folks. U might get lucky or not! Generally chaotic organization overall. Some of staff have attitude that makes it worse.

I went to Rockn Jump with a group of underprivileged kids. I unfortunately left my wallet, but I called right away. They said they had it and then mysteriously it disappeared. I drove all the way back from Oakland. No follow-up, nothing. Bad Karma!

Jumping around playing with the family was good but honestly food and service needs work. We ordered Buffalo chicken strips and were cold from the inside when I went to ask if there was a way they could warm them up the girl there was so rude and said it was the sauce that goes on top mind u I keep telling her its not the sauce its from the inside she started getting rude with me and said theres nothing we can do at all so I told her (u cant do nothing at all) let me ask my manager if we can refund your money told her yes please,but as soon as she started walking away mumbling like I can still freaking freaking hear u talking...... So freaking rude service needs work

It was a fun place for a birthday party and had good food for a good hour or so, however, the place gets boring FAST. When my family and I go here for fun, it is often the same old same old. Prices are okay, its an okay place overall.

Smelly, dont go if you finish eating

We came here for a weekend birthday party and man this place is packed! Avoid the weekends if you can! But once you work through the crowds this is a great place for the kids. Theres an ample waiting area with a snack bar and a couple of big screen TV with sofas where you can chill.. Restrooms are clean and staff are above average friendly.One downside is the parking lot can be mess not only because of the limited spaces but because people cant understand that you have to park in between the white lines.

This place isn’t all too bad, nor all too great. Clean, efficient, but seemed to lack structure and good management. Kids had fun (there are trampolines and a small arcade) but the line was insane to get in and super slow moving. And tbh, I don’t think I saw anyone smile that worked there the whole time we were there. But, kids had a blast jumping up and down, as always! I hate that they make you buy their socks if you have jumping socks already, but I’ve noticed most places are on that bandwagon now so just be advised to add that into your costs when you go.Also, I called like 20 times for two days to use a Groupon (it says you have to call to reserve in advance) but no one ever answered. So, I just showed up and fortunately they took it as a walk-in. When I was there the phone was ringing off the hook the entire time and no one ever answered it lol (not that they could because they were understaffed at the door and the line was steadily growing every minute)

I love this place!! Its fun for all ages even adults can have fun!!!You can jump really high and do a lot of stuff on the trampoline!!Theres also different activities that are also really fun!!!But what I dont like is the line there should be a lot of employees in the front desk,there was a really long line!Overall I recommend this place!!!!!I give this place a 9/10

Great place for kids I love this place specially because theres not a whole lot for the kids nowadays to do I took all the bowling alleys downtown no ice skating rings for the kids roller skating nothing thats why I like this place is a lot going on for the kids to do

Love the Wednesday deal. 2 hours for the price of 1. One hour seems too short but 2 hours is just perfect!!!

We arrive and apparently the had changed their hours, we waited an hour and a half for them to open because it is a 30 minute drive. They told us that open jump did not start until 3:30 and we could pay but to come back and get the wristbands a little closer to 3:30. My kids went up twice to get their wristbands and were told to come back in 5 mins both times. Yet we witnessed them giving them out to others and allowing other kids to start jumping earlier. When I asked them about it they claimed that the other kids were part of a party that started at 3:30 then he back tracked and said 3:00. However they did not even unlock the doors until 3:05 so how could a party have started at 3:00? And the posted hours say they open at 3:30. I hate to say it but felt there was some discrimination going on, and thats why they were giving my kids a hard time.

The place is a bit overpriced for 1 hr of jumping, however if you use groupon to visit weekdays, its worth it. Took my kids on wed night at 6pm. It was quiet and not many people there, just the way i like it. Not crowded

Foam pits, trampolines, laser maze. Lot of fun for kids. They have a toddler time a few mornings a week for the little kids to play without getting bumped by the big ones.

Great for kids.....couches for adults absolutely sucks.....if you want me to bring my kids there, you better make my experience tolerable

My son and I went to this location for the first time ever on the 4th of July. They forgot to tell me that In order to even go into an area with my 3 year old son I had to pay and get the socks also. Super mad me I went and chewed out the front desk. Then in the foam block pit my son jumped into the pit and then a 4 year old jumped into it in the same area he did not giving him a chance to get out of the way so she jumped onto him then he went to one of the trampolines to jump in and a super older boy pushed my 3 year old saying its my turn its my turn. I for one understand the 1 at a time thing and accept it, but my son got onto the mat before the older boy. So instead of telling the older boy not to push a 3 year old the rude lady told me please let him know that its 1 at a time I told her my son is 3 he will not understand and she just went on and on not even thinking about the fact that my son was jumped on and pushed not ok and at that point after she said that I was done. There is no customer respect here. Im glad we live no where close to Fremont cuz we are never going here again.
