It was amazing! Lovely pool, incredible employees! Amazing house with everything you could need! I would come back here in a heartbeat if the need arose!

We had an amazing stay! Its right on the beach and not crowded. A big plus was that we were able to bring our dogs for an additional fee. We will definitely be booking here again.

Came here as soon as quarantine ended for a much needed getaway with my family. Stayed in the two-bedroom unit. Very clean and spacious. Plenty of room for the entire family. Able to walk to the beach. We will definitely be coming back.

Come here every year with my grandparents we have lots of fun. Rooms are so clean and neat. But the ac Is kind of a problem, it is so hot in the rooms even tho they have fans in them

Exactly what you should expect from condos directly on the beach. Great views, very quiet when we were there over the Christmas holiday. Thats how close we were to the water.

Great little town homes close to the beach grateful views love to be right there when the storms are coming in and have all that beauty. and at the same time there is a beautiful swimming pool that is just right for all of your freshwater swimming needs. the whole neighborhood is fantastic its close to all the restaurants its close to the convenience stores and the liquor stores and just love coming here over and over again.

Not handicap accessible and looks a little dated.

Was visiting relatives who were staying here. Overall was a nice place. It has 2 story townhouses built up on top of a lower floor to protect it from higher water during a storm. The balconies were very small with almost no leg room once you sat down in a chair. There was a nice pool for everyone to use with lounging chairs and a covered area. The buildings seemed to be angled toward the ocean which allowed even the back units to get a nice view of the water. These are older buildings and in need of updating but still nice enough. The a/c worked very well.

A little dated and the internet has been out for months... HOWEVER, the location is wonderful and it was clean and comfortable.

Nice location. Pool area is a plus. Decor is a bit outdated could use some refreshing. Beach allows vehicles to drive up and down so watch your small children.

Pretty nice community of apartments in the coastal swamps near Surfside and Galveston island with nice beach views and a pool.

Clean unit in a great location on the beach. Nice hot water with good water pressure. Our unit is quiet, but light control is not great. The curtains let a ton of light through even late at night.

Lovely place. Been coming to Peregrine for more than 20 years and it is in better shape now than at any time. Great for families or a couple looking for a quiet weekend.During the week the beach is almost empty. Good place to fish to!

The place was nice, good location, very quiet and away from a lot of traffic. The only issue was the pullout bed that wasnt very comfortable. Other than that five stars.

We have been coming here every year since 1980 for the 4th of July except when the hurricanes caused damage. We love this place and the staff is super friendly! It is our home away from home! We also love that they are pet friendly!(with a deposit of course)

Love Peregrine townhouses. We have been coming for over 30 years. Really like that they are right on the beach and away from the crowded touristy area. We do drive into Galveston a few times during the week, but really enjoy the laid back get away of the resort. There are beaches for miles that are not crowded. We look forward to our vacations at Peregrine townhouses.

Nice little townhouses. Direct beach access (to a clean beach). Units come fully stocked, have access to a car wash area, and free laundry utilities. Very clean, very comfortable beds, and free WiFi. Definitely recommend.

Nicely remodeled resort, actually on the beachfront. Residents are particular but precise & try to keep the grounds neat. Mostly respectable, family oriented. Owner is great, Ive known him for years!

The picture online shows a nice looking picture. We drove by its like night and day. I wont be staying there. Even the pool area was bad. I noticed about 6 people on their balcony with the door open and fanning themselves.

Our family had a great time. The price was reasonable. Your right on the beach! Our room was very clean.

Very nice resort located in surfside texas on a estimated 30 mile long island with great beaches and rather nice condos with your own drive in parking garage.

Been going for years with my family and we’ve enjoyed it every year!

My review really depends on what youre looked out of a vacation spot. There are pros and cons to this place. If youre looking for a place right on the beach with views of the Gulf and an outdoor pool, and nothing else, then this is the place for you. If you need extras, you may not like this place. We had a 2 bedroom townhouse, there were balconies in every bedroom, the master bedroom had a view of the Gulf. There were also balconies in the living room with a view of the Gulf and a balcony in the dining room. This was the best and only good thing about the place, plus a full kitchen. On the other hand, their WiFi only worked one night. I brought my Roku so that we could watch movies at night but that only happened once. I guess their bandwidth is very low and doesnt accommodate a lot of people because only late at night when everyone went to sleep was I able to watch shows on my iPad mini. As far as the TVs go, the large flat screen in the living room had static on every channel (there were not a lot of them), and if we wanted to watch TV, it hurt our eyes to do so, and you could barely see. We never tried the smaller flatscreen in the master bedroom, but the 30 year old TV in the guest bedroom didnt even have a remote and I highly doubt it worked. It didnt even face a bed, it faced the door. The bedrooms were good sized and there was plenty of closet space if you like to unpack, and there was extra linen, blankets and towels with a laundry basket. One bathroom with stand-up shower on the first floor and a second bathroom with a bathtub on the second floor. The horrible thing was all the mattresses. Our backs were killing us from the guest bed. They put two thin cheap mattresses on top of the box spring. Very strange. I tried the master bed and it was better but very hard and uncomfortable. I didnt get good sleep all week. There were no comforters on any of the beds, just the bedspread which is gross. Luckily there were some blankets in the linen closet but they were very thin. The kitchen was filthy. It didnt look filthy but everything I touched was sticky and greasy and made me sick to my stomach. Every cabinet door, everything. The living room couch was old and filthy, and completely sunken in, and of course killed my back as well. We never tried the pool and only went to the beach everyday. The other thing I didnt like is that this place is in the middle of nowhere and the nearest store is half an hour away. Youre just surrounded by beach houses. There was some tiny store closer but it was like a gas station store without the gas station so we didnt bother with it. I enjoyed being right on the beach but everything else was very uncomfortable.

With easy access to the beach, this small community of townhomes offer a great escape just an hour outside of Houston. Surfside is a small, non-touristy city, about 20-30 minutes south of Galveston and offers less crowded beaches.

Little piece of heaven right here. If youre looking for action go further north to Galveston or further south to surfside. Very quiet place to relax. Pretty much just older folks and families with children. Dont really see much of the riff raff as you do in the more popular destinations. The management staff and maintenance are top notch and friendly. And I forgot to mention beachfront and affordable. That is rare these daya
