As a Realtor Im very knowledgable about Silvermead having sold more than 100 homes. Its a great place for seniors on a limited budget

Very quiet community and homes are well kept.

If I could give 0 stars i would. The office staff is very rude and and disrespectful. They tell you they are open till 4 but decide to leave when convenient for them. They have broken rules that VIOLATE the FAIR HOUSING ACT. They request additional paperwork that is not listed in any of their policies that is also not asked of other residents. Overall I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. Silvermead you should be ashamed of yourself!

Great manufactured home community to live in. Moved here over a year ago and have absolutely no regrets. My partner and I have made many friends and enjoy all the amenities they have to offer!

I love this place. When you drive in from main highway, it feels like out of this world. Its clean, quiet and the houses look gorgeous. This is where I wanna retire when my time comes. The people in the office are wonderful.

Nice park but too many rules. Its like getting into fort Knox to live there. Very clicky.

Buyers beware. Dealing with Lisa in the office is an absolute nightmare! She is the most rude, inconsiderate, nasty person. Not helpful at all and makes you jump through hurdles for everything. She will make the process a living hell for you.

Community kept very clean. Most mobile homes do not look like trailer. Lagre pool, pleasant friendly residents.quiet atmosphere. Allow 1 pet.

My grandma lives here, taking off points because her ceiling fan and roof leak, thats a safety hazard, she refuses to use ceiling lights out of fear from the leaks. the most aggravating thing is that you cant bring a guest into the pool so I cant go help my grandma and she will go and it by herself.

, when I asked for trees to be cut, they are hanging low over my home they started harassing my mom, they were nasty, yelled at her, made her cry. How do you do this to an 86 your old who is very sick. A month later we are still waiting for the trees to be cut. co

Great place for seniors looking to stay inside their community

Very organized and helpful office staff. very clean neighbor. very well maintained.

Upon full payment of a home, we were denied living there based on a letter realtor did not have the oddacitii to call us. Stupid rules and a communist-like society. There miss, they can rule and terrorize their communities from this point forward. I guess they are not progressive and do no incorporate our future generations.
