Had a little party for my 12 year old daughter today. Everything was great. The hostess Gianna was terrific. She really knows how to host a party. Definitely would recommend I play for a place to take the kids during this crazy time. We had a nice time.

$26 for some machines attractions, $10 for 20 tokins card, $8 for laser tag and there was diference prices for others machine. It was a big game place but the staff dont explain and show you the facilities. I told the staff that we where new and to explain a little about how everything work there. But they show you a pamphlet with some information.

Very nice place. I went to the Grill it was good, and then I went during the half off game night so we got to play twice as much as the same price. The roller coaster is really fun to.

Went on Labor Day Sunday got there around 12. Was nice and empty definitely a lot of sanitary stations. I like that the staff cleans each ride cleans afterwards. My daughter enjoyed herself most of the rides were open accept one or two. The food courts weren’t open but we still had a good time.

Some rides were closed and there was no food. But this is a pandemic ! We adapt and we understand that Iplay is doing the best to keep everyone healthy and safe. Mandatory masks, but its ok w the air conditioner! Sanitizer, social distancing rules and lots of fun for my kids at the arcade and laser tag! Safe activity on a rainy / too hot summer pandemic day! I enjoyed the personal pizza and salad. The live music added a nice touch. Service was very good and we felt safe even though it was indoors; it was a large open patio area.

When you go here, get ready to have fun. They have all sorts of games here. From arcade games to laser tag to bumper cars, you make it they have it. 4D theater, amusement rides, one begins to wonder what they dont have . What an amazing way to spend a day!!!

Was there today with a special needs group. Staff were really nice and accommodating!!! Great place for kids of all ages! Everyone had so much fun!!!

It was pretty ok here. They definitely follow the proper procedures during this pandemic by practicing social distancing and cleaning the rides immediately after someone uses it. I love that. They also check your temperature at the front when buying tickets. We came on a Sunday when it wasn’t that crowded. The place was clean. They have an indoor roller coaster, several rides for small children, racing cars, laser tag and plenty of arcade games.However, the food sucks. My bf (THANKFULLY) traded his cheeseburger meal with me for my penne a la vodka meal because it was gross. Overall, the kids had a good time & I like the atmosphere.

Indoor music park? Sure Are the rides fun though? Not really... My 5-year-old niece only enjoyed two of them...

Came to the area for Six Flags and will return to the area for iplay America. 10 out of 10 this place has it all. Cant wait to come back with a group.

My experience at iPlay America is that there are many arcade games which are fun. There is also laser tag and their virtual golf games. I was there during a holiday party and I had a nice time. They have bars which is great for letting the kids have fun and the parents enjoying a drink, everyone is happy.

Had a good time! The place was not packed and they were still following all Covid -19 protocols. The arcade games were a bit pricey and the prizes were not worth the money.

Kids really enjoyed every moment. Came early so it was spacious and calm.

A little over priced in my opinion. We had a couple of hours of decent fun, the purchase of lazer tag and bowling are a rip off considering how much money you spend on a wrist band already.

Been there a few times for both business and pleasure. Its a huge venue. You can easily let the kids run around safely and have a meal or a drink. We went there for the kids club science fair and had a really good time!

Simply a fun family place. In the midst of covid they were maintaining a clean safe sanitized environment to enjoy, the staff was helpful and pleasant

I attended the event center at iPlay America for a wedding ceremony. It comes across as a well designed and well run facility which was able to accommodate all the requirements of the client. The staff were helpful and I do believe that the client, at least in this case, was well satisfied. I would recommend this event center to anyone having a party or celebration...

This place was INSANE! I absolutely loved the indoor boardwalk ambiance. Complete with basic arcade games, fair/festival games with prizes, and amusement park style rides. Great place to take your munchkins on a cold day and still get that outdoor playtime feel.

Most things were closed,Food was average ,prices above average,will not return,and I wouldnt recommend until next year maybe

I feel like the games were a rip off. Prices are really high for the amount of time/effort put into buying tickets. Their bathroom was clean which is a definite plus. My kids had fun, but I wouldnt be back. If my kids would have hated it, definitely just a one star experience.

Pretty kool place to come and hang out for kids. Im going to try to go when its the over 21 crowd Im sure theres a whole other side I didnt get to see. Prices were reasonable. All the ride operators were friendly.

Because of covid, you have to wear your mask the whole time and its not that bad because when youre eating you can take it off and if you book a party, you can have your mask off in the room. The rides are really fun and they clean after each ride, except the cars

This place was alittle out of the way but so worth the staff was friendly and so helpful and they were constantly sanitizing in every part of the place.

Was here for a dance competition, was pleasantly surprised. It was as expected on cost but what surprised me was on a weekend it wasnt as crowded as I thought it would be even with an event going on next door - may have been the size.Employees were helpful and kind, understanding at the restaurants when we were on a time limit but wanted an actual meal.Will be back.

IPlay Americas New Years Eve celebration was great! We had a good time with our family and friends. The price was just right for the unlimited rides and arcade games. We will be back next year.

IPlay in Freehold has a varied selection of games, activities and rides. We had an age range of 2 years to 15 years old. Initially we ate at restaurant before starting activities. Food was good but a little pricey. Service was good but kitchen was slow in preparing.Activities for kids was nicely laid out. Something for everyone. Laser tag was a bit along with race track. Little ones loved the merry go round.I would bring some extra money next time. Adults were disappointed that coffee bar was closed. We arrived at 4pm and stayed until 9 pm.We would return to iPlay in the future.

The young workers are very friendly and the restaurant food is good. I am not sure why the last few times it’s been empty. This place used to be really great full of kids. Recently they added a lot of new games and the place is great for parties

This place is fun. Its an indoor boardwalk. Theyve got go carts, laser tag, an arcade, an indoor coaster, several rides and even vendors to make it seem like the boardwalk. Its cool but there really isnt a whole lot to do. Its a huge space but so much of it is used for walkways, street lights, benches and shops that there is barely enough room to for the actual activities. Its a cool concept but it makes for a pretty quick visit.

Went for the Party here. Good and maintained clean. Have many kids play stations. It has multiple ball rooms for individuals parties. Big facility for kids party celebration.

We just held my son’s sixth birthday here and we had a blast. As far as planning goes the entire time we were in touch with Alexandra or other members of the party planning team that helped us make the right choices that would suit our sons party size and age group. When we got there, there was an issue not related to anything that the venue had it was something on my end and the staff worked to make everything run smoothly and the issue was resolved almost immediately. Our party attendance were Oscar and Lucas and they didn’t amazing job they were hands-on with the kids the entire time they made everything run smoothly and literally perfectly on time all the kids had a blast!! And lastly wanted to give a shout out to James their security officer who was very helpful for our party as well!

The kids always have a blast here. And if you time it out right you can usually find a decent promo to make it more affordable. Weekends can get crazy so I suggest weekdays or summer days when most people are outdoors

Very nice, clean, organized play zone tailored too young kids. Age groups would be around from 4yrs to 12yrs old. Places for private parties and a bar for adults.

My experience at Iplay was fun, easy and safe. The cars were even social distancing.

Well planned and managed with great service from hosts. We went to attend a kids party, all kids were equally prioritized and allowed to play as many times as they want. Food was good as well.

Perfect place to visit in Winters for those who has kids. When its cold outside ans u cant figure out what your kids can do next .. simply take them to iPlay America. The only down side is pathetic Coffee Place inside. They should permit Starbucks or Dunkin. Enough parking outside so dont worry.

This was our 1st time visiting Iplay America for our 3yr birthday party. Our family and friends love the whole experience. Our hostess Ella and Marissa were the best. My 3yr is kind of shy, but they made him fell comfortable and made this the best birthday yet. Thanks again. PS Justice says thank you also.

It was awesome. My kids along with my niece and nephews loved the place. They didnt want to leave. The different stores was unique. Ive never visited a place that had so many varieties to choose from. Thumbs up. Fantastic whoever came up withiPlay America.

Our trip was amazing. We had blast. All my kids, ages 4 thru 12, had appropriate rides and loads of fun! The staff was extremely friendly and patient with the kids. Was worth every second!

Recently visited iPlay America for a Birthday party. Party started at 11:30am and Kids had so much fun for about 3 hours. Their service is excellent. I loved how they have set up inside as it look like you walk on a street. Kids did not to leave even after the party and had too much fun in there. Must check awesome place...

Great indoor amusement park for the kids.

NYE was amazing ! I havent had so much fun in forever ! The food was delicious. I couldn’t stop eating of how good was it. The desserts especially! The music was very good. Not too loud but not too quiet either. There was enough space for dancing and the servers were on top of everything. All i can say i thank you to the management that made all of that happen. To create an amazing event like that it is not very easy job to do!!! Definitely going there next year again!

Fun for the kids rides were closed only arcade ooen

I would give it 5 stars but only for the gaming section, the majority of rides including the go-karts were still temporary closed due to covid-19 p.s. their website showed that most rides are open but after driving down for an hour and 17 minutes all the way from Brooklyn I got to know that I basically got there for nothing.

This was my family and I 3rd time going for NYE. We were very disappointed this time around. We had dinner reservations for 7:30pm and did not get served until after 9pm. My steak was chewy and cold. My husband did not touch his meal at all. He was very dissatisfied with the taste and smell of chicken. The mash potatoes taste terrible as well. We will never book dinner there again. We spent $287, left the restaurant hungry and had less than 2 hours to enjoy games and rides for the kiddies. After multiple complaints, the manager gave my husband a $50 gift card. We won’t be going back for dinner. The poor woman on the next table did not touch her food either. We are disgusted!Mr. Arturo and Ms. Schwartz heard my complaint and concerns. They were very nice, apologized and reached out to me immediately. We are happy and content with the outcome. Thank you to both mentioned above.

So fun for me and my cousins! It was my cousins birthday party and she was turning 13! It was like a way more modern Chuck E Cheese. (Sorry to Chuck E Cheese) They added new things like VR (Virtual Reality) and cool rides (including a taxi one I forget the name of) its super updated!

Great place! Reminds me of a mini town which is great! The only down side is on the race track a double has to have one person 18 or older so my twins couldn’t ride together! Otherwise, fun place for the winter

Great Place for families and adults alike. Kids always have a blast here ALWAYS.

Great! Plentiful parking and no hassle getting inside. Just walk in and explore without pressure to buy anything. Easy to navigate and plenty of places to sit. The kids had a BLAST and the adults enjoyed too. The packages we bought left us feeling like we got our moneys worth of fun and entertainment. I would visit again and Im sure the kids would not object!

Some of the attractions are closed due to covid like the rope course and the movie theater. The go-carts and arcade are still going through

I have been here twice for business conferences. The facility is a great multi use structure. I have not visited the amusement section of the building, but will soon. If it is operated as well as the catering and conference area... Im sure it is great. Staff here was professional. Restrooms were immaculate. Food was great and the whole place was neat and clean.

Fantastic place for kids! Safe to sit at the bar and watch the football while they go off and play. Figure about $75 a child if you want them to actually have a good time.

Very fun place to be! Lots to do for kids and adults alike. Even if you dont have kids. It is still worth a trip. There is fudge sold in the shop on the main road. (The main road is inside. For those that havent been there.) A bar with nice drinks and decent food. It is definitely worth the time.I found it more enjoyable during the week. There happened to be less people and the bowling and other areas were more available.

Good customer service, lots of fun for adults and kids. Wish they had healthier food options. Large space, plenty to do. For parties there is a staff 1 on 1 with the group to assure everyone got on rides, everyone stayed together and everything goes smoothly. The party room was nice, it came with cupcakes, chicken wings, pizza, soda, juice, water, celery sticks, and fries. Everything went great!!!

Great food, and great atmosphere. Wait staff has always been kind and helpful. The drinks are pretty good and they have a nice sized bar. And if you’re bored after dinner, you can just hop over to iplay America and play some games to pass some time. I’ll be back

Top Golf Suite was awesome for the whole family. Great games, food, atmosphere, fun, and of course a great bar for adults only a few steps away. Will definitely be going back.

Fun place for kids of all ages.

This is a great place to go especially on a rainy day in nj. It has kid sized rides inside, a kiddie obstacle course ,and a central arcade. A restaurant bar area offers something for kid free adults as well. I noticed they have the ability to host parties and have often seen this place used as a class trip but this doesnt lead to long wait times.

Great place for the kiddos and even adults. Can be pricey if you want to play everything. Overall, it was good. The bartender/waiter at the bat wasnt very pleasant. Has no customers service at all. Couldnt even greet or answer up when I said thank you but overall everyone else at the entrance was very welcoming.

Had a lot of fun. Like Dave and Busters but bigger. Will be back to try Top Golf.

Went there during covid, accommodated our large group while abiding by the restrictions. As a bonus they had a drive in theater setup in the parking lot that we could watch while eating.

Decent place to spend time with kids. However it is bit expensive. Ride selection is limited and one or two rides are always down due to maintenance.Credits run out pretty fast on games, which are 3-4$ each.I am anted to understand what is best package for a kid. However front staff couldnt be bothered to explain the options. They just wanted to sell a ticket and get over with it. There was no welcome feeling in this place, but more of a rip-off.So do your due diligence before coming to see if rides are worth buying package or your kid just want to play in arcade.

We love this place and go often, but sometimes some of the people that work there are not friendly, and the rule of no drink(water bottle) sucks, because just a water bottle costs $3 bucks..... but we always have a great time there.

IPlay is always a great time but always more fun during Halloween. Its indoors, it has trick or treating stations, it has food and drinks and it has games. What more can you ask for?

We came here on a Monday the day our eldest daughters’ birthday landed on. As for a teenager this place was amusing to her and the kids, she was ecstatic from the moment she walked in. It’s an indoor amusement park, with a roller coaster, arcade, bowling alley, go karts, kite flyer ride, skyscraper; literally an indoor city with so much More. There are rides for smaller children to adults to get on with the kids. It was plain entertaining for the entire family!

We are just leaving this place now. The game malfunctioned we told and attendant and he just sent us to the desk where the prizes are...said he couldn’t do a thing. That desk had a huge line. No one around to help when the games don’t even work properly! So money down the drain!

Nice place to spend 4 to 5 hrs with friends and family. Kids will have a blast in this vast park. Being indoor, nice option to spend time in winter.

My son and a few of his friends went to iplay America in Freehold NJ on New Year’s Eve. My son is 14 years old and not the most responsible young man. Subsequently he lost his phone while on one of the rides. The staff and management were extremely helpful with him trying to find his phone. We didn’t find it that night but the next day one of the workers found it and notified us immediately. We are truly thankful to all of the staff at this location for being truly caring and responsive to our family. They could’ve just said oh well but they didn’t.

A lot of fun. They have everything for kids and grown-ups. You wont be disappointed.

A bit pricey for what it is. Lots 2 choose from as far as rides & arcade games are concerned. Lots of kiddie rides, not much for teenagers. Over all a great place to bring younger children. Good food & snack selections, very clean environment restrooms included.
