I hired this company for my daughters 2nd birthday on 1/19/20 and they were amazing! They were very easy to book with and ensured I got the package I wanted with the added Bubble Guppies costume. They were in communication with me throughout the day letting me know of their arrival and they arrived ON TIME and fully prepared for my large party. The entertainers, Beth and Jacob, were great with the kids and adults making sure everyone had a great time. I received feedback from my guests about how fun they were and not to mention funny during their performance for everyone to enjoy. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again.

Worse experience ever booked a bounce house for my daughter birthday. And they never showed up. I have been calling them and their respond was “we will be there in 15 minutes”. How ever they never showed up. Very very disappointed. I really do not recommend this company.

I have gone to this place to do professional kids entertainment plenty of times a few times for my niece and this since my son has been born this has been the go to entertainment for me. I gave them two stars because of the live rabbit that they have at the magic show however the last party that they did for my son they were having a bubble show which Im used to the bubble machine they didnt have any bubble machine they used the wands which Im not sure if they use the ones I have provided my guest with or if they bought their own wand smh terrible. The party ended early and the person who was the Clown was totally unfriendly and was very unprofessional to the kids.The young lady who was with him who dressed up as the character try to make my sons birthday a little bit better trying to actively engage with the kids but more so my son.... well the least to say I was highly disappointed in the service altogether I spoke with the owner he promise me continuously and $100 refund and I never received it I called them about 4 times and he kept promising me and never gave it to me so from now on I am no longer going to do business with them. My son will definitely be having another party this year and we will not be using them and its a shame because also my family members did business with them because of me so theyre going to be losing a whole family along with my extended family. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

FIVE STARS!!!!! My uncle’s family just moved to NYC recently, I heard my little cousin Natalie is kinda upset because she doesn’t have many friends here. So last Saturday, on her birthday, I decided to give her a big surprise gift: I hired Professional Kids Entertainment, I cant say enough about this wonderful company!All the actors and clowns are extremely talented and professional. They were on time, stayed in character the whole time and went above and beyond to make sure the party was a success. We only had 8 kids and everyone of them had a great time, they all love the princess, singing, dancing and the LIVE RABBIT in the magic show!! It was definitely, the happiest day Natalie had after she moved to the city, and of course we are all happy to see the smile on her cute little face.I cant wait to have children so I can use Professional Kids Entertainment again for future birthday parties. I probably will use them again for my own birthday party! We are all kids at heart after all :P

I hired this company for my daughters 4th birthday and it was amazing!! I was a little anxious at first, not knowing if theyll be good, but they were great! The clowns were so friendly and fun and energetic..and very professional looking. I loved the entertainment just as much as the kids. Ill definitely hire them again and recommend them to everyone! I had a very bad experience with the company and instead of remembering my kids birthday as a happy one it just reminds me of the experience I had and it makes me mad. I had a billing issue where the company got paid 35% more than what was billed. I reached out to the company and they asked me to follow up with the actors, which they should have taken the responsibility for. The actors acknowledged the error but refused to pay back the difference. DONOT USE THIS COMPANY. I WOULD GIVE LESS THAN ONE STAR IF I COULD.

I was a little nervous because of the negative reviews, but I had almost no time to book another company for my sons 5th birthday and gave them a try. They arrived 30 minutes before to setup, even helped me and gave me tips with the decor since I was still working on it, and theyre the sweetest ever! Kids and adults, we all had a blast! Definitely recommend them, specially Shannon (bubbles) and John, which were so humble, patient and good with the kids. THANK YOU GUYS!-Ingrid Fernandez

Hired them for my sons christening. They were professional and the children loved the entertainment. For the last act they pulled out a real rabbit from a hat! It was the first time my son had seen a rabbit and he loved it!

I hired them for my daughters 2nd birthday party and it was a HUGE success. They stayed in character the whole time and were very upbeat and personable. The cotton candy, bubbles, face painting, balloon animals, and magic show with live rabbit really made the party. I would definitely recommend them.

Yesterday we had my daughter Nicolettas 1st birthday party in Westchester County NY, I was a bit hectic getting someone from Long Island and I have witnessed many companies try to entertain the children and keep the party going... They did an AMAZING job!!! I rate 5 stars and would definitely recommend and use again... Great job on the balloon animals, face painting, cotton candy, magic and much more!

Terrible company with even worse customer service. We are expected to have a blizzard and I called to reschedule for the following week. I called 3 days prior to my scheduled event. They said that I would have to pay a rescheduling fee of $75.00. They said we are only getting 3 and the day of the party will be sunny. Im not sure where they are getting their weather reports from, but they would rather risk their workers lives than reschedule a week later when we are not having a blizzard. I spoke with Allyson who was supposed to have a manager call me, but just cancelled the event and sent the email to my wife. The email said the deposit would be non-refundable, and I still have not heard back from George the manager. Youve been warned avoid this company at all costs. Highly dishonest company please spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

I gave this company a week in advance for there 324$ bouncy house rental for my sons 1st birthday party. The party started at 2pm they said they would be here between 9am and 1pm to set up but did not show up till 3:30 pm an hour and a half late and they where sopposed to pick up the bouncy between 9pm and 10pm and a whole day later it is still in my yard. Taking up all the parking space at my home. Also adding the bouncy house was very dirty inside out and had to spend almost an hour cleaning it so the kids could go in.I would never recommended anyone use this company

They no showed my 3 year olds party. No number to contact after hours. I wish I could give 0 and I’ll be putting in a claim to get my money back

Despite the horrible reviews i decided to give them a try.. well ..i cant even get into the details of the nonsense.... but now i am looking for a place for my daughters birthday party with less than a moth left and every where i call is booked. thanks professional kids entertainment.. tried writing them a letter to complain, no one gets back to me... so i will resort to giving them the type of review that they deserve

I was looking for a local company to provide entertainment for my daughters 5th birthday bash. Although I read a few negative reviews, I decided to give Professional Kids Entertainment a try & I do NOT regret that decision. My only complaint is they arrived 10 minutes late, however they did make that time up by staying 10 minutes later. Other than that they didnt miss a beat. There were about 25 children in attendance & everyone had a BLAST!!!!

We just had my sons first bday. I told them they needed to arrive on or before 3pm. I called twice to confirm and was told they had no parties before me. At 3:40 they finally showed up. My son missed the show because we had to do his cake during it since they were so late. I also was told a bubble machine would be used....What a joke! It was a 99 cent store wand. After the show was over, I was approached and the guy asked for his tip. Are you kidding me! I had it ready but when you show up 40 minutes late....not going to happen. Instead I told them not to be late anymore. Do not use them!

I dont understand how this agency is named professional kids entertainment. There is nothing professional about their work!!!! Long story short, their clown and magician NEVER SHOWED UP for my childs birthday party. It ruined my daughters party completely, not to mention all disappointed guests....Christy from the agency kept on lying about ETA, blaming weather and traffic for the delay. There is no communication between their performers and the office.NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! IT WILL RUIN YOUR PARTY!!!!!!!

We decided to give this business a try for our daughters 3rd birthday party, based on the experienced that we had at a family friend’s child party last year. When we called to book the party the process was easy. When I told them the package that we wanted and that we wanted to add another character to it, I was told that it would cost an additional $100. Needless to say that I paid the deposit to booked them for my daughters party on 7/13/13. I paid the balance in advance and was anticipating the day to arrive.The party date came and the Entertainers were great but the issue that I had and I really didnt want to complain about it because I was thinking that it would get the Entertainers in some sort of trouble and I know that we all need to work in this society. After I thought about my complaint more and I had to keep hearing my guest talk about it I finally called the company and spoke with Allison after I requested to speak with a Manager or the owner of the business. I told her my complaint and she placed me on hold, returned back to the phone stating that I would receive a call back by a Manager that same afternoon. The way she was acting when she returned to the phone rushing led me to believe that I would never get that return phone call.It appeared that Allison could care less about a paying customer’s complaint because they already had our monies. My complaint was in regards to the characters that we booked and paid $100 extra for the second one. The Mickey and Minnie Mouse had a stench that was so horrible that I cant even describe it. As soon as they came out of the room we allowed them to dress in the guest were frowning up their face. I was at the front of the hall and was wondering why all of a sudden everybody had a frown on their face until I missed my baby running to them screaming of joy and gave them a big hug. As they got closer to me for group pictures everything became clear and I was so embarrassed that all I could do was hold my breath and apologize to my guest afterwards. We didnt get to take but a few pictures because they smelled so bad that we just didnt want to be near them.The characters smell so bad that even the Entertainers were embarrassed, and began to ask us did we have perfume or air-freshener that they could spray. I was so upset but I couldnt take it out on them because they were just paid workers but they stench along made the package not worth $424. Even after they departed the hall the horible smell lingered. To date I still have not received a call back from this company and I came to write a review to warn others of the possible outcome of booking this company. Try another one that cares about their reputation and want to have returned customers. This was my first and last time booking with them.You know it was bad when parents contact you to get the companies name so that they can avoid contacting them all together. Where do I start, I hired a magician for my son’s 4th birthday and the magician cancelled on me last minute. Luckily, I found Professional Kids Entertainment and Bobo and Bubbles did an amazing show. To be honest, I was not expecting for them to do so many activities. I loved the face painting, the bubbles, the cotton candy, the balloon animals and the magic show especially with bunny fufu.Thank you so much for an amazing and memorable show,Radu & Family.
