Love love love this place! The employees that are here are extremely knowledgable and even the son of the owner hes always rambling off statistics and years and has so much knowledge. This is a gem of a store ️!! (Ive read the comments from 2 years ago .... I dont think theres a female here anymore BTW)

I dont know who the female rocket scientist was that answered the phone when I called, but what an idiot! I asked her what they would charge to have Joe Namath autograph a football this Thursday & you would have thought I was asking her for the formula to a nuclear bomb. She had no idea what I was talking about & when I had to repeat myself, she asked why I had a an attitude? Attitude? How much simpler could I have been! I was was calling a sports memorabillia store, not a supermarket! If this is an example of how this business is run, I would look elsewhere!

I have been there many times and received decent service, EXCEPT from the woman salesperson! How could you work- better yet how could you OWN this sports store and be so incompetent? Not only does he lack of sports knowledge baffle me, but her attitude is appalling and just disgraceful. Needless to say, I dont care what sports players are doing signings at J&S, I will never give them my business and I will be sure to spread the word. Hire some quality help!
