This was my second time at one of Cabot House’s stores and yet again the service was excellent. Staff was great about keeping their distance and keeping their masks on, and more importantly they were thorough about answering my questions. It feels good to buy and support local, especially when it’s quality like Cabot House! Will keep coming back.

We had ordered a Sounder Dining Room table and we “Love” it. Keith and Tanya were “Exceptional” to work with and Very Professional! Our Family would “Highly Recommend” Cabot House for any of your furniture needs!

Service was not very attentive and despite a prominent “mask required” sign, the person helping us kept removing her mask to talk and consistently wore it below her nose when not talking.

My experience buying from Cabot House was amazing! Great people, easy to deal with, and the furniture could not be better! Ill definitely be going back there when I have to buy more furniture.

The staff and selection at Cabot House Framingham is superb. The quality, craftsmanship, and style the store has to offer exceeded all our expectations. Our design consultant, Bob Albertini, was incredibly accommodating. His knowledge in design made our experience very pleasurable, and the Century furniture that he recommended is amazing quality and stylish, being exactly what we needed. I would highly recommend doing business with this company and this location.

Glad to say so worth the time spent there yesterday. BOTH Helene and Daryl were both so savvy, and found the right products for me, even for rooms on a tighter budget. Dont pass up this gem on Rte 9.

They income profiled me and treated me awfully when I asked for help even though no one in the store (it was a weekend - who wears business attire then??). Asked me in a condescending way about what I needed for my apartment. When I mentioned I was furnishing a house because I just moved to area cross country, they then probed where it was. Once they heard it was in an upscale town, they suddenly became nice. I was disgusted and left. On yelp reviews, it sounds like others have received same treatment. Can’t support a business who treats potential customers that disrespectfully and are that blatantly prejudiced. While they had a big selection,didn’t think their furniture was any more high end than other brands and in some cases cheaper. Went to Ethan Allen instead where I had a much better experience.

Great furniture selection and happy to have the store as an alternative to Jordans, but OMG their customer service is horrible. Missing hardware on an armoire required multiple calls before the general manager promised to solve our problem. He never called back until prompted. This happened multiple times, until he finally gave up and made us contact the manufacturer ourselves.There are other furniture stores.
