The theater was freezing!!! Wore winter jacket, hat and gloves through the entire movie. Also, they didnt turn down the lights and the glare from the lights above was distracting. The theater was rented out for a private viewing, the movie was great, but the service and lack of consideration was terrible.

Amazing concert venue!

Freaking awesome. If you want to sit you need to either reserve some (private) or get in early for first come. We stood, great bar rail. Pricey top shelf

The staff and venue were perfect when they hosted our benefit concert featuring the Drop Kick Murphys. Matt and Kim were great to work with and the experience could not have been better. The food, bar service and the the sound quality made it memorable for a lot of people. We highly recommend.

Great shows good food plenty of parking and bathrooms are close walking distance.

My band, Rock Of Ages - Def Leppard Tribute just played here tonight and I have to say this is one of the best venues I have EVER played. They treated my band like royalty. This venue is the BEST.

Always enjoy movies here. Clean and well kept. Concessions are steep but being Star Pass members helps.

Absolutely one of the biggest movie theaters Ive been in. A very cool place. Plenty of places to choose food from. Lots of popcorn and goodies to buy. It was really a big theater and lots of movies to choose from.

Always a good theater, especially Lux Level. And part of Patriot Place for more fun before or after.

But please get a new mop! The floor was so sticky!! Other than that, its a great place.

Luxe level was sweet. Comfy chairs with little arm tables. Wait staff and full food and bar menu.

Love the theater, only down side chairs dont have foot recliners. Food wise, it wasnt bad at all, I got the spinach salad with chicken and balsamic vinegar (wasnt crazy about the smell but it could be because it had blue chesse sprinkled all over it) and the attendant did a great job. As far as the atmosphere, they did a good job giving the second floor a lux feel.

Really wish they would have more live events here like they used to! This was one of my favorite venues for live entertainment!

I really miss the days when ushers use to walk around and throw out trouble makers like these stupid idiots that insist on using their phones, resting their feet on the seat infront of them, and talking all through the movie... i have complained multiple times but the management can only pacify the situation by giving me movie passes to see the movie on another day....WHY CAN YOU NOT RESOLVE THE ISSUE WITH THESE IDIOTS....

This is a clean comfortable venue. I attend with friends that want a big screen experience but cannot watch Imax due to motion sickness otherwise I would go to Imax instead.

Super big, clean, nice place go for a movie with friends or family. Can get price-y for tickets and concessions, but generally a great experience.

Not very clean toilets dirty and theatre was not clean looked very messy behind food counter

I always enjoy going to Patriots Showcase though sometimes concessions sales is slow and I wish they would add a few more persons

Lux Seating... not worth the money at all! Leather seats that dont even have a foot rest. Terrible food.. at least my cesar wrap was. Not great service, not the servers faults just a very bad system. Never got my free small popcorn either.. pretty salty about that

Filthy. Every trash receptacle full to overflowing. Bathroom was disgusting. Obviously understaffed like every other establishment seems lately. Manager comped every patron at end of show with free movie pass and apologized for the mess. No reclining seats either. I wont be heading back free pass or not. Well maybe for freebie

At about $20 its expensive for a movie ticket, but the experience of eating a delicious meal and enjoying a cocktail in a theater recliner is something everyone should try at least once.
