First time here with my son and immediately saw good feedback on his 1st 1 in 1 hitting session. Great job RBI!

Bad experience! Last year I signed up my two boys for the skills training. The older one only attended once or twice because of an injury. After trying very hard to get in touch with one of the owners, they got back to me and told me that they were not able to refund the money (understandable) but that we would be able to use the funds later, if we wish, on private lessons. That never happened!!! I tried unsuccessfully to speak with them again (email, phone messages, personally) so that he could start and never got a respond. The owners were never available! extremely irresponsible. I just lost my money!!

Fun and a great spot

There are a few excellent coaches at RBI --however, the program is not managed properly. We had an issue with the inappropriate and unacceptable behavior of a coach for an older Hawk team my son was on, at a tournament --this was my sons second year playing for the RBI Hawks and fifth year as an RBI member. A majority of the team brought their issues to management via phone calls and emails. We were called in and the Foxboro RBI Director questioned our (the parents) loyalty to the program. They kept the coach and punished several players. Management indicated they were especially displeased with tweets that went out that they could not control --so that was their major concern about the incident not the fact that they that they should have been removing, retraining or disciplining the coach. Loyalty is earned not given.
