Beautiful place to hike. We took the dogs and they loved it! Keep them on a leash!

I love the park. I go there regularly to run or do body weight workouts. Its clean, open, and theres a lot of regulars that are friendly. The sidewalk path around the outer loop is about 3/4 of a mile, so 3 or 4 good laps will do you fine. Theres also convenient access to the regional trail right there if you want more of a nature experience. The dog park is large and well maintained. Overall, its a great place to get out and spend some time.

Great park to walk laps around! I love that they added a dog park section. The views are nice and it is pretty well maintained. There are trails connected to it and includes a nature center. Fishing is allowed in Willow Springs Pond.

Nice place. A lot to do. Courts for basketball and playgrounds. Further back is a nice quiet trail that follows the creek. Great for a quick hike or job. The geese tend to overrun the basketball court.

Plenty of room for all activities! 5+ gazebos (ranging in size) bathrooms... plenty of sun & plenty of shade under the trees! There is a nice concrete path that leads around the whole park & pond! Also a basket ball court, volleyball pit, neighborhood garden & dogpark! Oh and of course the big kids & little kids playgrounds!

Great park for sure. Lots of trails, paved and unpaved. Large areas with open grass, a playground, a few pavilions for events, basketball courts, a dog park, a community garden, and bathrooms, and more.Highly recommend you check it out.

Nice park to have a nice jog or to have a picnic. Space is big enough to play soccer or football.

This is a nice place for a walk, or to take your dog, or for a bike ride. There is an off leash dog area and a wide open space for bike riding. There is a nice pond with a walking trail around it too that is great for short walks. There is also a kid friendly play area with slides and a jungle gym. Overall a great place to get outdoors and enjoy some sunshine with.

A bit hot that day, so time to play in creek was welcomed. Saw deer, evidence of beaver, Cat tales, lake, Carp, waterfalls, marsh, river. Beautiful desert oasis! Great for kids and adults. Easy trails

Great park. Lots to do for the whole family. Wouldnt recommend to go on too hot of a day because shade is limited.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. its very clean. more or less accessible to everyone (some bumpy areas & steep hills) my brother and I go every weekend. we see all sorts of wildlife and always learn new things.

One of my favorite spots close to the Springs. Great shade in the summer and plenty of beach space to lay out and the river is shallow enough to walk through. Great time with family and dogs.

Cattail Marsh nature area is a beautiful little wetland. A great place for bird watching.

Its a great park right in between Widefield and fountain. There seems to be a good size dog park and a nice giant pond to walk around.

I love this park. It has several trails you can take, a public bathroom, and a playground. There are creeks and waterfalls that are very picturesque. Would totally recommend for anyone needing something to do.

This park is Awesome its really beautiful and relaxing. Great place to unwind and get some exercise.

Fun place to walk. The grandkids loved it.

Great little area to hang out and fish. Theres a playground for the kids to play on. There are gazeebos for get together. There is a trail to walk or run and areas to fish. There are restrooms but theyre about as clean as you can expect at a park. Weve seen a lot of really fat squirrels there too Someones definitely feeding those suckers. Theyre pretty plump.and happy looking and if youre not careful theyll actually sneak right up on you when you least expect it. There are sometimes some sketchy people hanging out there especially in the wooded area near the overpass but we have never had any issues. Lots of kids and families.

Really beautiful out there really clean and Ive seen some pretty big fish out there definitely would recommend for just chilling out taking a walk or casting a rod in the water

This is a really nice park now. Theres a little duck pond where kids can fish. Theyve got shade, picnic tables, playground, horseshoe pits and lots of space and parking

Its a great place to walk and even though there are signs that says dogs must be on a leash people still disobey the rules. I just wish people would listen. I dont know if your dog is harmless as they charge towards me. Use the dog park!

Very relaxing walk next to a stream with trees all around. Access to fishing at Willow Spring pond and lots of informational signs about the area.

Very nice place. It was peaceful and pretty quiet when we went. You can hear birds constantly. The creek was really relaxing to watch. The restrooms in the center were very clean. They have all kinds of information about the place amd how to be eco friendly . We will definitely be back and explore the whole park when we have more time

Beautiful park with a large playground for kids. Also has a toddler playground, a big pond, many gazebos and a basketball court. My 3 year old loves the larger playground.

They have a section dedicated to beets.Dwight Schrute would be proud.

Lots of places for the kiddos to play in the water/play equipment. Definitely a favorite local place for our young ones!

Beautiful place to take an easy hike! On Fountain Creek, just outside of town, so dont expect to challenge you physical abilities. Still, beautiful, close in, and quiet!

Whether we take the kids for a day of fishing on the pond, go to get some fresh air and exercise on the trails or play at the playground, or just to eat lunch at the picnic tables, its one of our favorite places!!

Nice place to walk alongside the Riverside see a few of the lakes Good portion of wildlife but has become overcrowded with people recently.

Lovely walk along the river in the middle of fountain! the ponds are overfished though and filthy.... and the other bodies of water cannot be fished in. clean up after yourselves people.

This park has just about everything you need. The parking lots are huge with wheelchair access. The playground is well maintained with wood chips. There is something for all ages to play on or with. Near the playground is a sand volleyball court and bathrooms. The duck pond has mostly geese but the path is paved. Dont forget feed with bird seed NOT bread.

Beautiful big park. Nature reserve, playground several big pavilions, volleyball court with sand, dog park, pond and ducks. We had a picnic here and there were a LOT of bees, so there is that. Happy the bees are thriving here, but it was difficult to eat among a swarm of bees.

This park is one of a kind, beautiful walking trails and river and lakes are amazing. My daughter loves to walk by the river and explore the wild.

A little too crowded now with the growth of the town and expansion of roads. Not really my favorite place anymore as it used to be. Still, there is a really nice pond with wildlife and a dog park if thats something youre looking for. A small park and basketball court. Several pavilions with picnic tables. The trails are always nice to walk when it gets a little crowded at the park. Still a nice setting with a lot of nature around. Hopefully that continues to remain preserved.

I love this park. It had lots of room for everything from family picnics to team soccer games. Theres gazebos and canopies, ducks at the pond, walking trails as well as Trails for horseback riding. They keep it incredibly clean and people respect the space. What more could you ask for out of a neighborhood park

Great place, fun to ride the bicycle there. Watch for inconsiderate, arrogant people on horses though - they think they own the place!

Fantastic little park. Lots of creekside nature and treasures. Awesome learning/visitors center. They have tons of cool events every month. This weekend they had kids come and carve pumpkins for a glow walk in the evening, and next week they are hosting zucchini car races just to name a couple!

Nice for family gatherings or just a stroll with your dog.

Fountain Creek regional Park is a wetland nestled between interstate 25 and highway 85. Its quite the oasis for birds and other wildlife. The nature center trail loops through ponds, marshes, Meadows, and Cottonwood woodlands. Herons fish here and red-winged blackbirds nest in the cattails. The knowledgeable staff provide learning opportunities for all ages through guided hikes, programs, and special events.

They put in a stop light for easier access. Well maintained property for events. Check with City Hall to reserve your space. Nice walking paths and play areas for kids and pets.

Great place to in the city to get away from it all. Great place for a romantic stroll with your significant other! Or take a leisurely walk with your favorite puppy.
