Nice area, some very trashed places. The management/owners need to step up and get rid of the trash. AKA clean the lot up, clear out the bad renters. Drug dealers and criminals.

Its not in the best condition, needs a lot of cleaning up, and a lot of people take up the little streets because the lack of parking, makes it hard to drive thru. Lots have garbage in front of their spaces...looks trashy.

Its a great place. Very well maintained.

Ragan Simpich had fun with the owner. They rescued some old Willys Jeep Rims. It was quite a project. Ragan enjoyed getting to see the old Midland hand car especially. There are many more antiques here to be rescued and enjoyed.

I like area this is in. Im not from CO just visiting. The park is kept clean and the neighbors are friendly.

Looks kinda trashy but never had any problems there....everyone just had a lot of stuff in their yards n driveways.... ALOT OF BARKING DOGS ALL THRU THE NIGHT....

Plus two trailers are run down and need serious repairs and at night its super creepy.

Nice quite neighborhood, if you own your own trailer, or are looking to buy in a nice quite trailer park.

This place is amazing, we are hopeful future residents, they have parks for the kiddos along with family events and they are great in the front. Very honest and upfront staff and clean grounds I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family...
