Great place! Had my private party here, very clean, skates had cool lights on them. Owners were super nice and accommodating. We had a great time! We will come back for public skating for sure!

This was my first time ever visiting RollerWorld Northeast. I actually didnt know the place existed, and joined my Family here to celebrate my 1st Grandchild/First Grandson turning 17yrs old. Some of us came as far as Terrell TX, Crowley TX, Grand Prairie TX, and Arlington TX, no cake no food, no plans, just the first Family gathering in a long time because of Covid-19. Upon entering my 1st impression was nice rink, small seating area, how are we going to do this ? We immediately found 1 table near the end of the rink, and the one next to us became available , and the fun and nostalgic laughter began. Our group ranged from 1yrs old to 55yrs old, and everyone accept the 1yr old, was on the rink. The was great, the crowd wasnt overwhelming, everyone wore their mask, and was respectful of each other and social distanced, and there was hand sanitizer everywhere. The staff at this place are amazing !!! I cannot say enough about the kindness, patience, and professional mannerisms that I noticed this crew maintaining. This is a great place for a family outing, well worth the drive, and I cant wait to do this again !!!

I love this place! What’s amazing is that I have been skating here since I was in middle school. I’m now 37 and bring my 8 year old son here to skate twice a week. We have a great time and the nostalgia alone is worth the price of admission!

We decided to start off our summer with Skating! My special needs teen wasn’t too keen on the idea of skating but we tried it out anyway. Once arriving we found we were the only ones there! Shame for others because this place ended up being pretty great but great for us because we had free roaming space for my both my sons learning and just having fun! My teen eventually went skate free and used his socks to skate on the wood floors instead, he had a blast! We all skated for a solid hour and a half and were exhausted and so glad we went! The staff is super nice. Upon entering, you’ll then buzz you in after you pay $5 each for us with skate rental included. The wheels lit up on the skates! Very cool! No outside drinks/food which is fine. The music was great and the lights and mirror balls were fun! Definitely plan on visiting again!!

Super fun! Staff was super kind, helpful, and genuine. Netta was so sweet and gave me tips to get better as a first time skater! Will definitely be back!

I think I was the only one besides my party wearing a mask. The guy behind the counter as you walk in had one on- except it was around his neck! 1 of the girls (age15) in my party reported that a man grabbed her behind! I reported this, employee only laughed. Another employee got a walker we had rented to give some other child not in our party. That meant 1 child in our group couldnt skate anymore. . Nope, we wont be going back there

Pretty busy Saturday before dark. All the tables were reserved or occupied. Fortunately we found a place to sit when a kind lady shared her table. We went with the church youth group, and they all had a lot of fun, even thought some got pretty hurt. They did one game (limbo), and the experience was a blast!

No carpeted area for learners to ease onto. Every entrance to the skating floor is a steep step down, most of those are in disrepair. Vending machines that are inoperable. No air conditioning on a busy Saturday night. No floor guards, with speed skaters creaming beginners. Awful music selection, most wear their own ear buds. Only a hand full of lockers. Huge potholes in parking lot around the building. You cannot step outside to place belongings in the trunk if you find yourself short on locker change, without being recharged for entrance. Wheels on the rental skates are coated with grime. First time in = last time in.

This place is a little gem. It was full of children and families when we went on a weeknight, and the place had a really great vibe! The staff was smiling and friendly. Our family really enjoyed it. We will be back!

Skating is great and fun for the whole family anybody can go and its all a reasonable price for the fun

Overpriced in my opinion which was $10 per person. I think it should have times for more experienced people are beginners. A lot of people were zooming by children and teens making them fall. Overpriced and needs better rules for safety. Overall I still enjoyed it and I recommend this rollar rink.

Not a great experience. The night we went was packed with lots of rambunctious kids. There were constantly kids trying to skate as fast as they could and slamming into the other kids. There is no oversight on the floor so kids are allowed to harass and run into each other without any repercussions. The parking lot was a huge hassle to get out of and there aren’t enough parking spaces or room to navigate around if cars are stopped under the canopy. Not impressed and may not make another visit.

Girl with the curly hair was really rude to everyone and wouldn’t let anyone touch the walls for support. she was always yelling at everyone and making comments when people would say stuff (very mean ones) tbh probably won’t come again because of her. need to tell your staff to stop being mean to little kids

Took my daughter there last night and it was her first time skating. I use to go all the time when I was her age by Birdville Elementary. The staff were awesome and very pleasant to speak with. I will definitely be back. At the end of the night she was a lot better skating but fell quite a big. I love how they have these walker things to help with New skaters or just old ones who put skates back on after a lifetime of not skating.

Great time, great fun. $24 for 4 skaters, hotdogs and drinks. Highly recommend

This place is a good size and people are very nice, however it can get very hot in there. And its weird to have to pay again if you leave. Like just run to the car for something. Anyway, its lots of fun and also theres a great snack bar.

They tried to name their own price for a cup of water. When I asked them how much for water... after hesitation it was $1, then $2. After he apologized for apparently following the rules, he could not show me where the rule for $2 water was at.

It was me and my friends first time roller skating and we got yelled at by the ref with curly hair. she called us names and gave us so much attitude for touching the wall for support. Not only was she yelling at us she was being careless when skating and almost wiped us out when holding hands with some other boy ref. The boy ref came up behind us and was about to blow the whistle in our ears until i turned around. HIGHLY don’t recommend . especially if it’s your first time skating, we won’t be back.

Just what you expect from a skating rink. Kids had a good time and brought back lots of memories for me. Not overly crowded and staff was polite.

This place isnt the worst, but it could be better. They have food and drinks, but theyre pretty expensive. It gets boring after going for a while. Its pretty cheap to rent skates and so are the tickets. Great for birthday parties and even if you just want to get together with friends. I would reccomend this place.

We went on a Saturday morning and had such an amazing time. Definitely brought back those middle school feelings.

After paying for my family of 6, we were let in. After going in we were told they didnt have any skate buddies untill someone turned them in. After 10 mins, we as parents went back and paid to skate in order to help our kids skate. The adult skates wouldnt lock properly. We had swapped them out numerous times. We got frustrated & left after 20mins.We should be informed that the skate buddies are out at the door or we wouldnt have gone in!!!! Therefore a refund should have been justified. So I hope you take my money & buy more skate buddies!Wont go back!

Great fun! Had both traditional and inline skates- I tried them both! Still fun after all these years. (Ill be 52 Sunday)

Hands down the best bday party we’ve thrown. We had such an awesome time yesterday celebrating my daughters birthdays! We were greeted by the owner when we arrived and was able to upgrade our party to the room in the back which was PERFECT for how large our party group was. We will definitely be back to party and skate again. Everyone had an incredible time and the staff was just awesome. Thank you for making it such a super special birthday celebration. We had such a great time. Highly recommend this location for birthday parties!!!

Needs lots of maintence and repairs, but its clean and they have a good mix of music and the kids like it.

Nice place to come with family or celebrate a kids birthday. Customer service is friendly and fast and your kids will definitely love it. Was invited for a kids birthday and all the kiddos had fun. Its also family owned. One thing I didnt like though was that you have pay again to re-enter. Was going to try to go to my car and see if I would be told to pay to reenter but I was busy helping out and couldnt try it. Will try when next I visit and update my review to show if they accommodate a reasonable I forgot something in my car request for reentry.

Old school decor makes it a fun throwback. The skating floor is SO CLEAN! Almost too clean if thats possible. Its slippery! The rental skates are in great shape with clean wheels that light up-- except for the laces. 2 of our 3 pairs had laces that were knotted and frayed and hard to put through the holes. Asked the guy at the desk for help or a lighter to melt them or new laces which I would have been happy to install for them and he was zero help.Food options seem limited but what they have is good.!I remember rinks back in the day being carpeted everywhere except the actual rink and restrooms, maybe even something softer than tile in the restrooms, making getting around easier for beginners. This facility had some carpet but lots of tile, making it hard for beginners to get a break from the frustration of not being able to skate. I understand and can appreciate the ease of cleaning and sanitation of tile, but theres got to be a better surface for the food area.

Jared was very sweet and made us feel like family! Smooth floor! Employees work very hard to make sure that the floor and skates are well taken care of.

This place was fun and nostalgic. It seemed to be completely run by teenagers however they gave excellent customer service. The DJ was cool.

Had my Birthday Parties here when I was a kid, now my kids enjoy it just as much as I did! Food and beverage is on the expensive side. But they do have water fountains for those who need them. Staff was pretty nice and helpful. All around pleasant experience every time we attend Skate night!

I love the place my son enjoy it...also when you rent skates everybody have light up skates you can pick between regular skates or rollerblades any size.....but they do not have half size rental skates. I love the training support rail.... forgot what they call it for beginner skaters, which they charge $5 for...but other than that excellent place to go, cheapest day to go is on Wednesdays.

Fun cheap entertainment. I went here as a child on Friday and Saturday nights for $5 and the prices have not gone up much for my teenage daughter to go now.

I’d give this place a one star except that it did have some perks, like price.Pros - not overly crowded on weekdays. Gentlemen at the snack bar has an awesome sense of humor and great customer service.Cons - the skate floor is sooooooo dirty. We have gone to numerous skating rinks the past two weeks looking for a good place. This is not it. I clean my indoor wheels every day after I skate. When I left their rink after only skating for 1 hour, my white wheels were BLACK AND STICKY. I told the girls working that they had something on their rink floor and they just shrugged it off. When we left I mentioned it again, and they said - they only sweep their rink floor ONCE A WEEK, so it probably hadn’t been done yet! Omgosh seriously! That is so dangerous!But - I guess you get what you paid for Will not be returning.

Usually go feel as if price is a little high and they also use to let us pick songs for them to play and now we can’t do that I also went and as I started roller skating the skate broke

Its a nice place to take the kids skating but they ALWAYS run out of food!! Ive never been to a skating rink that couldnt properly accommodate their guests hunger. This is unprofessional. They need to learn how to make a proper food truck order. Other than that, its great. The staff is friendly and attentive, the bathroom was relatively clean considering the circumstances and the prices are reasonable. We just have to eat good BEFORE we get there from now on!!!

It is a fun place to hang out with friends and play around. Me and my friends enjoyed skating especially when we would all fall at the same time and wipeout. We laughed it all out and continued to have fun.

It was my 6 year olds first time.skating today. She used one of them skater squares to help her skate. She had a blast. The best part was no one really bumped into her, and she could do it her own way. The skates were heavy, and took a long time to put on. Thats about my only complaint . The music was fun and catchy. Will definitely go again !

Cute place to go with your family. My only complaints is that the rink is a bit on the smaller side and that the fries are baked.

We went for a birthday party, and it was our first time there. Overall the facility was clean and well kept, the equipment was good and the music kept it fun and lively. A very family friendly place and I get the distinct impression they dont put up with shenanigans to keep it acceptable for all ages.

Went here yesterday for a mommy son date with my 5 year old. Very friendly staff, they were so busy and still every staff member was kind and friendly. My 5 year old was brave and skated all by himself to the boys only song! I was so proud! And I felt like everyone skating around him was courteous, great mix of people all ages and experience. Made me feel like I was back in middle school love seeing kids that age still skating, not on their phones! Lol. Food was yummy & prices are very fair. Thanks for providing a fun affordable family atmosphere, can’t wait to come back!

Entry price isnt too bad considering how clean it is and the condition of the floor (which is really smooth, almost slick).Looks like a good place to have a kids birthday party.-Skate rental counter is staffed.-Concession stand is staffed.-Bathroom is clean.-The lighting is good and the music played isnt bad (suitable for all ages).My major complaint is safety related.... they dont watch the skate floor close enough. There are too many kids skating against traffic, playing chase and even sliding the skate trainers back and forth between each other, kinda like hockey with the skate trainer.Still, at the price I would recommend this place over the few others in this area.----------------------------------Spoke to the owner Courtney after making my initial review. She is very nice and agrees with my safety concern. Seems that shes already working on the problem. Its nice that the owners are actually present when the rink is open and not a bunch of kids trying to manage themselves.Changed my review to 5 stars!!!!!

Well, I was very impressed with this rink. The shoe rental wasn’t beat up. In pretty great shape and they have lights built in the wheels!!! Mega plus!!! The music was popping!!! More than I thought it would be for a 90s baby! I appreciate both Djs tonight and look forward to making this a regular spot for me for me time! Thank you all! Pretty breezy in there and clean!

Dangerous place. Kids are aloud to skate super fast knocking smaller kids down. No rules. Floor is dirty from spilled drinks.

We had an awesome time. The ladies were very nice and friendly. There wasnt so much people so my daughters werent being pushed or tripped. It was there first time skating and they had the best time. Definitely going back.

Arrived to skate on friday, my fiance did not want to skate and to my surprise they recently upped the price to ten dollars a person even if you dont skate. So 20$ and we showed up for the last hour of the night. I paid and walked in. I decided that 20$ for me to skate for one hour i skated around twice and decided that price wasn’t worth it for one hour. and I walked out 2 minutes later. The guy told me sales were final and would not even refund the 10$ for my fiance who walked in sat down and left. This was the manager so unfortunately there was noone above him I could speak to. I had not noticed the sign that said “sales are final” so I was stunned and he became very aggressive when I asked If i could at least come in a different day instead. And he asked me to leave. So me being very upset went to yelp! I absolutely do not condone that kind of management. That is not a way to keep happy customers as I have done several birthday parties there for years now. As of right now I don’t see me doing any business there.

Not happy, first I book a reservation for 1 a clock. I had to pay $50 to reserve and $4 for taxes. So I Called them a week later to varify and they said that I was at 3 a clock. They wouldnt change it back to 1 or ago thing. I was so mad so 2 day after I called to complain. Then that last me completely!!!! So they had to put me back on and I got the 1 a clock. Get there and they ask me what time do I want my pizza? I said 1:30. I didnt get it till 1:50 and the pizza is cheep frozen pizza and its $10 for a small 8 slice.and after that the lady comes by and starts throwing away plates that still have food on it. So then it was time to pay another $50 for remaining balance and $20 for the pizza and I got taxes again. I remember 2 years ago it was $80 for a party and 7 for the pizza. Im never going back and this was where I us to skate when I was a kid.

I love this place to death and it would be cool to see it revamped but seriously yall, $10 is a crazy admission price if you want people to actually come back on a regular basis.They recently raised Friday night prices and I think Saturday as well to $10. The rink is grimy, Im an avid skater and I also roller skate outside on trails and such and the bearings on my inside set of wheels gets dirtier than my outdoor set because of the muck on the floor, not to mention sometimes goo builds up on the outer part of the wheels and I loose traction. I get theyre trying to spruce up the place but it has to be safe first before you charging $10 for people not even renting skates, thats absurd. Since they changed management I dont think Ive even seen any refs on the rink. Ive been coming here for the past 6 or 7 years, there are a lot of regulars and yall are gonna lose them if you charge that much. My advise would be to 1.clean the rink more often 2.make some safety rules and have a ref out to enforce them, a good idea is to establish a slow and fast lane (usually slower skaters ride closer to the center and faster skaters ride toward the outside)3.Im not sure how big your adult demographic is but adult night is a popular thing rinks do for 16+ speed/jam skaters, theres definitely a lot of people who want to skate but dont like going with a bunch of 12 year olds. I will say the food and music have improved a lot recently, it would easily be a 5 star from me if it was a bit cheaper and safer. I wish yall the best.

We love to skate at Roller World and take our grand-kids. Had a birthday party in December for my 8 year old granddaughter. The staff are always friendly and greet us with a smiling face.

The owner was very rude to kids, and was lazy when it came to things where she was needed. there was about 2 injury’s where an ambulance had to come. the music is trash, the people are trash, the whole place is literally disgusting.
