This place is CRAZY enough to open up in the middle of our Covid Chaos. Amazing vibe inside! And if you can stand the heat, there are GREAT options outside including a frozen treats space capsule that had a girl working in it with a smile on her face even though it was 105 out. 3 sets of console boards are a great touch! Come out and support this place. It is truly an American experience.

We went out for a girls night last night to The Moon and had a great time. The bar area is very modern and clean and there were lots of families eating and drinking. It’s definitely a family place till about 10, then it’s definitely a bar. They had food you could order at a little window which was different and the food did take way too long to be served but it was delicious. The description says live music and I did see instruments but as of 10:40 nobody was playing them so we left. I gave them 5 stars because it’s a neat place and even though it was not perfect it was still a good experience.

The Moon has a cool set up inside and out. There is a well lit stage at the back so if youre not there for the music its not over bearing. If you are there for the music there is plenty of room.

The Moon Bar in its old days grew up to be one of the best live music venues in fort worth, until it closed down.Now 2019 Chris Maunder has brought it back to us. This time though its a bigger and better venue , Chris is able to hold larger music concerts with all your favorite local musicians and national talent as well.With great drink specials and music combined The Moon Bar is a must visit location.

We absolutely love going to The Moon. It’s a great place to take the pups and get a cold drink. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable they always play great music if there’s no live band and have TV’s to watch the game. The live music we’ve seen has always been fantastic! The birdie bop food is great for a snack or full meal. No doubt there’s something for everyone at the moon.

Such a swanky spot! Awesome bartenders, great prices and always new funky music! It has a one of a kind patio that welcomes two and four legged kids. Chris Maunder has really thought outside the box and outdone himself!! Looking forward to brunch!

Tons of parking, big TVs, outdoor patio was nice, and drink prices are pretty good. Best bar in this area that is for sure!

Great vibe and decor with a good selection of drinks. Being close to TCU, dont expect the bar to have cheap drinks, but the selection is wide and the place is spotless. Add in great music acts and the internal restaurant (Birdie Bop) and youve got the formula for a great spot to post up for the evening! The manager was onsite the night I went and was very attentive and made sure tables were bussed and that all guests were greeted. 10/10 would go again

I loved the old Moon Bar, but the new one is even better! Great space, clean, good music, drinks, TVs when it’s time to watch sports and an AWESOME outdoor space. I’ll be back, often. Highly recommended.

Great atmosphere. Great selection of beer! And so many nice little touches down to the bathroom doors. Thinking this will be a new regular spot for us.

This bar has it all! Beautiful and spacious outdoor area and a trendy chic bar inside. I can totally see this place becoming the newest hot spot by the TCU area. And they have live music!!! Who doesn’t love live music? Service was awesome! Can’t wait to see what’s to come out of this new place! Heard they will be serving food too!!!

Loved the original moon bar and the new location lives up to its name! Great spot to hang and catch some live music, sound is good and not so loud that you can’t still have a conversation. Easy and plentiful parking. Oh, and the food! Birdie Bop is incredible! I had a ‘closed on Sunday sando’ chicken sandwich that puts a certain other chicken sandwich establishment who shall not be named to shame. The waffle fries ‘bop style’ with kimchi (and more) made me wonder why I haven’t been eating them this way my whole life- it’s a match made in heaven. Will definitely be back soon.

Great staff, great space, I love hanging out in the back yard on Sunday afternoon. I’ve seen several bands so far too, and the sound quality is top notch. I tried Birdiebop’s “Closed on Sunday” sandwich last weekend and it really hit the spot. Love this place!!!

If you have not been to the new Moon Bar, you are missing out! The atmosphere is totally tubular and out of this world! The servers will take care of you as if they are on Mission Control leading you to the ️ ! The music they play when there’s not live music will jam you into gravity! Oh did I mention live music? Check out their lineup, you will not be disappointed! They’ve got the jams. Nope, I don’t work there nor am I affiliated with this starship establishment, but I’m a veteran from the old Moon and now a regular at the new only because I’m fascinated with it! Being very close to TCU...thats exactly what you get. Great music venue, but dont expect a super friendly vibe. Would be better with a few more beer choices.

Love this place! I saw Royal Sons and Polydogs there. Great music, good vibes, awesome drinks and a cool venue.

Did some stand up comedy here, gotta say I dig the atmosphere. They have a stage and good audio set up, good lighting. Live music at times, overall fun time performing there. With me, food quality is important at places that offer food so I caught some grub before my set and was NOT disappointed. I got some sort of chicken sandwich with all kinds of awesomeness on it. Good place to enjoy some beer and live music, the only downfall was the music was a bit too loud in the inside but that’s why me and lady stepped out to the patio and enjoyed our beers, but overall good place to stop by.

Arrived on a Friday night. Only about 6 people in the entire bar, 4 of which weren’t even at the bar area and yet 1 of the bartenders completely forgot about my order and went to help another couple after taking my order while the other bartender was way too busy on her phone to actually get any work done. The forgetful bartender came back to me about 5 minutes later, “Sorry man. We’ve been busy, what did you want?!”
