Amazing atmosphere, always have a blast!! The Area 51 shot is amazing. Since the whole Covid thing and they can’t have a lot of people inside they have a space outside where you can get drinks, smoke and they have a DJ out there. Just all around amazing people and atmosphere.

I’m so glad that this bar is still open. I always have the best time of my life there the staff is great the customers are great they enforce to Covid rules which is amazing. Makes me feel safe and I still get to have fun best bar in Texas by far

The staff resemble Greek gods and goddesses, impregnating men and women simply by passing by them. The decor of this establishment puts even the walls of the Taj Mahal to shame. The beverages are mixed with the finest of liquors, flowing down one’s throat like an Acacian honey. If you’re looking for the greatest bar in the world, this bar isn’t it... it’s the greatest bar in the universe.

Went to this establishment for the first time by recommendation of a friend. While I was there I opened a tab. On my tab, I only owed $7.50. Come to find out later they added a $17.50 charge AND charged me TWICE for the entire tab. Disgusting. I will be following up with the owner.

Experience was good until I realized I was triple charged on my tab and 17$ charge. Make sure to check your bank acct. before you leave. They know exactly what they are doing scamming people that have been drinking. Come to find out this happens quite often. Won’t be back .

I have a drink I order regularly when I go. The bartenders tried saying the drink was $15 rather than the normal $10 to give themselves a $5 tip. This occurred on a Thursday night. I advise everyone that comes here pay close attention to their drink prices.

They could have played better dancing music and the place had way to much trash on the floor, and the staff members were not controlling the dance floor that much, there was way to many people on the floor standing not dancing. It was my friend’s first time there and she was disappointed.

After leaving last night, I had an excellent time. When I woke up this morning to extra charges on my account, a phone number on their website that says it is invalid and an email address that keeps bouncing back? Yeah not such a great visit. Wouldnt go back here again. Money taken out of my account and no way to contact them to try and resolve it. Not to mention, we were visiting from out of town on the recommendation of a friend. Seriously disappointed as I had only ever heard great things.

Horrible service. I get it it’s a bar but you can still show some type of class. Especially the heavier set guy always on the mic behind the bar. There are way better bars than this one in the stockyards. Garbage. Magnolia motor lounge is way better.

Awful staff and nasty atmosphere

Does not accept people from out of state!!!! The bouncer decided my VERY REAL ID was a fake and denied me and friend entry. We both insisted she run our IDs with the COP standing next to her and she STILL denied us. The cop was less than useful in this situation as he said it was real. Speaks loudly for their management, would not give them a dime if thats how the security is there. Not a good place for females.

This place is a $h1T show on Thursday nights . Unfortunate for such a prime location in the stock yards. Oh, watch out for the high school kids that draw an X on their hands before they get there so they can pass thru security with no issues and no ID verification. WOW . A change is needed !!!!!

Good if youre in your early 20s. Not for older people. Decent place to dance. Dance floor is small. Way too much underage drinking. Everyone is super friendly.

Tonight, 12/29-30/18, The Policer officer on duty inappropriately grabbed my friend as she was walking through the walk way and threw her drink on the bar at 2:15, even though the bar was open until 3, then threatend to arrested my friend if she did not comply and put her in jail. He then proceeded to have the door lady and an off duty employee scream at me and my friend’s face saying her card was not on file, as she was trying to close out (because she was “thrown out by the cop”). Until she broke down in tears, they double checked the bar and found her card. With no apology or remorse, the returned her card. Instead we received a threat from this off duty employee. This bar caused a lot of emotional of trauma and needs to be held responsible. I used to love going here, but the way we treated we will never come here again.

The overall bar experience wasnt horrible, but looking at my bank account the next morning Im seriously uncomfortable with the fact that leaving a tab open means that $50 is held against my account for a week before its settled at the correct amount. For an $18.50 (AFTER tip) tab. Most bars that do this hold it at $20 - and it really doesnt matter what amount they hold it at, if a tab held at $5 is walked and there isnt enough in the account to cover the funds, there is still a way to force the transaction. $50 to hold a tab is simply outrageous, it stays on my bank account affecting my balance, and theres not even a sign to that effect - if there was, I would have used a CREDIT card and not my DEBIT card. Utterly ridiculous and Im not happy about it. STILL cant get someone on the phone.And on top of it, we were all 21+, but charged a $5 cover before 10:00pm, and there wasnt even a band. Obviously they expect each person to drink a minimum of $50, is the $5 cover for the drinkers really necessary? I mean, ok, Its just $5. Fine, but I didnt have cash on me. Of course theres a convenient ATM, and for said convenience youre charged an additional $2 there, and your bank charges you another $2 later. Luckily my friend paid my cover and I just bought her first round.And to those of you who will undoubtedly say, you could have just gone somewhere else and not paid the cover, if my friends didnt really want to go there, I wouldnt have.

Went to PR’s last night and had a tab of $35 which was closed and tipped the bartender in cash. After looking at my bank statements this morning, there was an additional $25 added onto the tab. After looking at their Facebook and google reviews, this evidently happens very frequently. I will never go back and encourage others to not go either. Place can’t be trusted.

Ended up getting charged an extra $16 on my tab- UNACCEPTABLE!! How could anyone justify slamming their customers like that?? As if they think that we wouldnt notice when we look at our card statements. Definitely stay away from these shysters

On top of the over priced Long Island that was half a drink, the bartender decided instead of my tip that I gave her, she was going to add an additional $11 to my $12 tab! Tried calling this place but I would not go back and most definitely would NOT trust them with my card. This place steals your money folks, just keep walking !

If I could put negative stars I would. I was assaulted as I was walking into the bar last night by one of their employees Caitlin. I was removed from the establishment and there was no disciplinary action towards her?! I will be pressing charges.

With beer as cold as my exs heart, I needed a coat in summer for this place!

Unprofessional. Bouncers, if you can call them that, dont wear identifiable clothing. Was thrown out because someone tried to start a fight with me and I ignored him. Was screamed at incoherently by a bouncer wearing a ratty orange tank top and jeans, while a police officer did nothing. The only redeeming quality is the owner, Fred, who thankfully was screaming at the idiot who tried to start a fight as my friends and I left. Will not be returning - aside from Fred, the bar appears to be full of uneducated redneck trash.

Bad staff, over charges and rips you off by takeing advantage of you if you are drunk. Tips themselves without asking you first. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I left my tab open and it was a terrible mistake as the bartender gave themself a 20$ tip witch I did not authorize on a 16$ tab

Went in the other night with a couple friends from out of town ordered one drink which came out to 3.25 and closed out my tab and tipped the lady cash, later that night checked my bank statement and was over charged an extra $28, will never return to this place and encourage everyone else not to go
