Hi...I have lived here since March 2020 and I love it here, the owner and staff are Johnny on the spot helpful (especially the mgr Terri), and she is easily available to b reached when needed too. If youre looking for a quiet and peaceful spot to live in either in your RV or Manufactored home, this place is quaintly and conveniently located between Lake Worth and Azle and nestled under lots of shade trees and theres a multitude of deer to pleasantly view at various times being next door to the wildlife preserve and it offers just enuf city and country feel to it, and the price is adequately competitive to other places which are shabby and underatedlly operated too. I cant imagine moving my home anywhere else!!...

Beautiful grounds. Lots of trees. Well maintained and convenient location.

Worst place ever!!! Horrible management! Plumbing problems from day one! Went through 4 maintenance guys in 8 months while I was there. Management yells at children for playing outside! Good luck if you live here! Phone calls to management get ignored and not answered!! Go anywhere else! Much better places to live!

I have been blessed to have found this quite, very peaceful place. Manager is such a big help with the little things. its been a blessing to have moved here.

This little community is starting to look really good. Over the past month or so, clean up has started and it is now getting some newer nicer homes.
