Traci Piersanti is nothing but disrespectful and unsanitary. She doesn’t care about others health and well-being. I would definitely keep my kids away from her filthy self.

Texas tumblers has been a great place for my daughter to go. She loves the idea of gymnastics but is not into competing. They also include trampoline skills which is a great way for her to get out all the extra energy that she has. She has learned so much and they are very patient with her. They are also very flexible with scheduling which is very helpful since my schedule changes often. I highly recommend this place!

I would not let someone as unhinged and rude as Traci ever be around my child. Nor would I give someone like this my business when there are so many struggling who have more respect for people. Poor example of a business owner supporting other business owners during such a difficult time.

This owner berated a convenience store clerk because she refused to comply with wearing a face mask while she purchased beer. With that attitude, I would not trust her to comply with sanitation requirements that would protect her students. Take your business elsewhere!

I do not feel safe attending this place. Health violations on the owners part endanger us all. Owner is very rude and has a complete disregard for others and their wellbeing.

The owner Traci, had a whole fit when asked to wear a mask. She was spitting and yelling at a worker at a gas station. So unprofessional and someone I definitely would not want my children around. She clearly does not care about other people as she refuses to wear a mask in the middle of a pandemic. I can’t imagine having someone like her in charge of teaching and supporting my children. Her inability to wear a mask, her temper, her disrespect to others and her refusal to comply with the law (as it is currently mandated to wear a mask in businesses in Fort Worth) do not represent a good role model for children.

I purchased a groupon and was never able to complete all the classes I should have received from the groupon. I had to register child thru some sort of gymnastics association (now feeling a scam). Because they closed the gym to covid (so unable to go to a class) and then they re opened for a month. They processed unauthorized debit of $72 for a month of classes (I never agreed only provided card used to register child for the association fee). Then oh by the way shutting our doors effective 1st July. Sent numerous emails and left phone messages. Radio silence!

I would never have my children take a class at a business owned by such a blatantly hateful person. To refuse to wear a mask in defiance of store rules and then spit on the counter because she couldnt inconvenience herself for 5 minutes is a massive red flag indicating immaturity and intolerance.

This gym smelled of hate and feces when I went there to train. I think the owner has fallen off the balance beam too many times without a helmet.

My daughter has ADHD and they are patient with her and know how to grab her attention. She loves going to gymnastics every week and the coaches remember her name & make her feel special! We love it here!

Tumblers charged our card on April 1st for services not rendered and it took 2 weeks and a call to my bank ensuing BBB to even get an email response. I went about this the right way. Not even 24 hour fitness (My gym) dared charge my card under these circumstances. Its sad to know robbery is still a thing.......maybe Ill get a response now......

It was amazing! I love this place. The classes are well organized, and the office staff is always accommodating, and the coaches are great and care about the students who created great energy. We loved the class we are continuing to the next level! It’s a really cool place to try new tricks. I would highly recommend it to everyone!!

Amazing Gym!!! I go here on regular basis and I have not been disappointed yet by this place. The trainers here are great and very helpful, and always go above and beyond all my expectations. Texas Tumblers is an excellent place to bring your children, or teens, to learn tumbling, gymnastics, and to cheer. My daughter is a member of the Texas Stars Cheer team. I cant say entirely about the coaches. They are amazing, great, and care about the students. They really put their heart and soul into every kid that comes through their doors. They believe every kid has a place with them and will make sure the athletes. They have several team bonding events for all the kids and their families. Best decision I have made for my daughter!!

The owner of this place is extremely disrespectful. She refused to wear a mask at a 7-Eleven, thus leading them to not serve her and decided to SPIT on the counter. She said “I have a right to not wear a mask”... well, they also have a right to not serve you. Disgusting.

From the very first day, I feel very comfortable and love to go to this place. The staff is very helpful there and the place is well maintained. The trainers help me in every possible way. My daughter Casey used her services and they were so poor that I decided to never come back her gym was very disgusting and I actually made my child vomit at the smell.

My daughters wanted to join gymnastic classes so I searched on Google for nearest and safest environment and I came across this place. It is a wonderful place, the trainers here also work efficiently and dedicate towards fitness!

This place is well maintained and managed by trained professionals. My daughter is learning some exceptional skills here and I’m really proud that I chose this place for her admission.

My Niece got admission here to learn Gymnastics and I used to drop her every day after school. Trainers here are fantastic and really humble, some of them are highly trained professionals which is really great and now I’m also joining here next week because why not!!!

I would give 6 stars if possible! I have done business here for 8 years and never had an issue! The staff and coaches are the best ever! They are teaching these kiddos about confidence, strength, integrity, and hard work. I know the owner and her daughter...through the years at the gym and there are no sweeter ladies! They care about these kids and are dedicated to them and the sport! I see them go above and beyond all the time as I sit and watch my daughter! I have recommended numerous people to this gym and will continue! They have parents night out and many camp opportunities! Sign you child up today and be a part of this amazing “family”!!

Expensive for the program. I have two kids in the 4 to 6 class, and I think for what they learn its a bit pricey, they have way to many breaks for a 1 hour period and have 5 to 10 minutes of free play at the end, over all Its about 30 minutes of total instruction. They also change instructors frequently and each instructor does their own thing, so there is no consistency in the class.

I intended to cheer for 2 seasons at this gym but was unable to complete my second season for many reasons. During my first season of cheerleading here, FIVE cheer coaches quit. leaving us to fail and win 2 out of 6 competitions. Where do i start with this season. Not only did Traci start overcharge for the entire season, she would come up with ‘‘things you must buy for the team’’ including overpriced bows, t-shirts, etc. Traci is a scam artist and 20/10 would not recommend for anyone who wants to keep their credit card from being robbed by Traci. Not only did the cheer parents start drama and cliques, but they talked badly about many athletes on multiple occasions. When I attempted to quit, Traci tried to charge for the rest of the season plus a random $500 for who knows what. After my brother (who was on the tumbling team) quit, coaches made rude and petty remarks to my family and I. Traci is a scam and many, (not all coaches) are very petty and childish. Once you quit, the gym members/workers/athletes will continue to talk badly about you. This gym is unorganized, unprofessional, childish, overpriced, and a complete scam. For your well being, don’t be fooled by Traci’s “low prices”.. those prices will continue to go up and you will still be charged after you are no longer apart of the program.

Totally cool coaches, nice clientele, no judgement, just the right amount of pushing you to get more out of yourself, priced very competitively for similar gyms, and I could go on. Awesome spot to work out.

Should have read the reviews and listened to the multiple parents complaining and dropping their kids every time my daughter had a class. Coaches think it’s just play time for the kids and they just sit and talk the whole time. Once my daughter met all requirements to move up they still paid zero attention and never talked to me about putting her in a more advanced appropriate class. They are just after your money, not bettering your children’s skills. We won’t be coming back! There are plenty other gyms that will actually push your children to be better athletes AND listen (without attitude) when you confront them with a complaint.

I absolutely adore this gym! I’ve been an employee here for over a year now and it’s been nothing but great experiences! Awesome staff, and structure for the programs! I would highly recommend it to any and everyone!!

Be aware of the FEES, my daughter has not attended the gym since December of 2017, and we were still getting charged, no courtesy call to know what had happened or if we wanted to discontinue service, SINCE SHE WAS NOT SHOWING UP TO CLASS ANYMORE ... I called in since I was getting the charges and sometimes being overdraft on my account - the lady told me I had to go in person and submit the 30 day notice, My latest charge was 06/20/18 for $65 even when I have already submitted the notice months ago, up to now since 12/2017-06/20/18 we have paid $610 for a service that has not been provided.

I have been at this gym for almost 6 years and there are not even enough things I can say about how wonderful the staff and the owners are. From our very first day we were treated like family. My daughter has always felt like she was a part of a team from the first visit. The coaches are all so sweet and caring and always go above and beyond all my expectations. They are always there to answer my questions and concerns and encourage and lift my childs spirits every single day. Even if they are having a bad day, you would never know it. They are always upbeat and kind. Sal and Tracy the owners both have hearts of gold. They literally put their heart and soul into every single kid that comes through their doors. They believe every kid has a place with them and will make sure the athletes and parent all know what an asset they are to them. I can say that we have been there for 6 years and we could NEVER imagine calling another gym our home. I would give Texas Tumblers 10 stars if I could!! Keep up the great work everyone! We are PROUD to call you our family!!

My daughter is not on their team or even in any of their classes. She actually competes all around for a different gym, but comes to the open gym when she wants to get some extra practice and every time the employees treat her with nothing but courtesy. Some will even help her with skills if they arent busy. Love the professionalism at Texas Tumblers.

Texas tumblers is a scam artist. I pay for my granddaughter to do cheer there and on several occasions, the try to inflate or sneak in an extra charge on my credit card at which at which time I have to constantly call my daughter to have her find out what the charge is for. I am in SC so I am not able to visit them and demand an explanation. I strictly do not recommend anyone living in that area to enrole their kids there

My daughter started here in August 2017 at that time this gym was going through a really big change that it was a personal hit to the gym. The staff never stayed and it was very unorganized to the point my daughter still couldn’t do a round off then Coach Gabe started teaching my daughters tumbling class in February or March of 2018 and the gym did a complete 360 the staff was amazing and they were sticking around for longer than 2 weeks at a time. From March to May she learned to do a back walkover a backbend and everything she needed to be on a cheer team unfortunately it was limited to level one tumbling and we had to do private lessons and clinics with Coach Gabe for out of pocket cost of $30.00-$45.00 each. As of May 6th 2019 she can now do back walker, standing back handspring, roundoff backhandspring, and other thing I’m not quite sure of the name hahaha. However this is a great gym for a beginner if your looking for one. Just know if you want your kid to be their best you have to pay and this gym has everything but you really have to pay for it. I am giving 5 stars because my kids want me to not because they really are great! If you Go ask specially for Coach Gabe he is the best he cares about all of th kids not just the competition teams! He is the one who help my daughter and he helped my son many times at open gym. If it weren’t for Coach Gabe my daughter would not be where she is now!

This is probably the best gym EVER!! I have been on the tumbling and trampoline team for about a year and a half now and I went from not being able to do a front flip on the pre-team to doing double flips and twisting skills on the highest level team there. The coaches are amazing and are some of the nicest people I know. If you want to tumble or cheer I would definitely suggest Texas Tumblers.

My daughter has been going here for almost 3 years now. Any time weve had a problem they have been quick to resolve it. When we faced hardships, they worked with us to make sure she wouldnt have to quit. When she broke her shoulder and I wasnt there, they were quick to call both myself and my husband. And my daughter says they had someone by her side talking to her and just generally comforting her while she waited. We love this gym, the owners, and staff.

My daughter is a member of the Texas Stars Cheer team. I cannot say enough about the coaches. They are AMAZING!!! We have known her coach Kelee for years and she is so good with all the kids. Her tumbling coach Brendan is also great with all the kids.They also offer several tumbling classes for all ages 18 months to adults. They also have started a special needs class. This is very special to my heart because I work with special needs kids everyday. They made us feel very welcomed and like family. They have several team bonding events for all the kids and their families. Best decision I have made for my daughter!!

For the sake of your children and/or credit/ debit card... Do NOT attend this gym! People writing 5 stars are either new, or her friends! Please do your research, physically visit multiple gyms. Where do I start:1- owner Traci is greed personified. She only cares about what she can cheat you out of. Do NOT have automatic payments, she will continue to bill you after you leave. She does not refund, so she will just verbally tell you she owes u a credit, well if youre leaving she will tell you that you will not get your $$$ back. You will have mysterious fees deducted here and there. We had to report our CC stolen!2- she cant keep a coach, they are always quitting on her.3- she literally has teenagers coaching, Theyre not certified, trained or qualified. (Rylee, 10th grade HS... Abby, 11th grade HS), her own daughter who is an adult but NOT licensed to coach so she attends competitions but cannot participate in an official capacity. Her illegal coaching daughter is the reason 1 of the tumbling coaches quit, because Traci had her (uncertified/ unlicensed) daughter take over 1 of the classes, when the real coach contested, Traci said well thats how its going to be..., AND it happened in the middle of the gym in front of us parents - the real coach walked out.***she had 3 tumbling coaches, 2 quit (in less than a year), she has ONE left.4- season 2017-18, FIVE cheerleading coaches quit IN the season at different times, leaving the squad to fail miserably. As a result, over 50 girls left for another gym (only a few original returned, but 1 ended up leaving too).5- she will try to get you (particularly the husbands), to do honey do work on the gym, installations, wiring, repairs etc (not pay, but try to give you credit for work).6- she hired a co-manager for the gym (Matt), he got arrested for weapons violation, you can google it.7- she marks up prices for uniforms and skims from the top. She has one of the moms who makes the spiritwear, but will randomly come up w/extra bows, bags etc that they TELL you - you will HAVE to buy.***the only good thing about the gym is Coach Seth and for him Im sorry I had to write the truth about the gym!PEOPLE LEAVE THE GYM BECAUSE OF TRACI and her SCAMS.*** the entire gym is a scam and its unfortunate because the athletes suffer. Traci, lacks integrity AMD discriminates how she bills or charges you. If your black or Hispanic, she will charge you MORE! Take your $$$ to a credible gym. Negative stars should be their name...

Love the Gym, Owners & CoachesOur family has been with Texas Tumblers for 7 years now. We are so impressed with the skills our 5 daughters have learned. It has exceeded our expectations. I work in the front office and so I have gotten to know all the staff on a personal basis they are all great people with long employment history with us. The Facility is huge, full of the best equipment, and most important clean- cleaned daily by a cleaning company. Through the cheer program me and my daughters have made wonderful friendships. Proud to be part of the family here. If your looking for a place for your kiddos they offer a free tumbling trial class :)

Some fees to be aware of... breaking your contract $500. Not giving 30 days notice = a full months rent. Even though we were at this gym for many years, we were charged $817 upon leaving. The debit hit the account within 5 minutes of my wife giving notice. And this was after paying $3,600 a year for years.

My 14 yr old daughter has taken classes or participated on the cheer and power tumbling teams since she was 3 yrs old. Our family has had wonderful experiences and made life long friends thru the gym. The coaches not only teach gymnastics but also teach their athletes about self respect, team work and integrity. Owners, Traci and Sal are the nicest people who care about their athletes and their families.

Texas Tumblers is awesome place to bring your children, or teens, to learn tumbling, gymnastics, and cheer. They also offer awesome birthday parties, end of sports season parties, and field trips for daycare programs. It is an awesome place.

I have been apart of the Texas Tumbler Family since my daughter was 4 and she is now almost eleven. She started as a cheerleader and is still one. This particular gym has always done the right thing to keep things in order after mishaps. Texas tumblers has always been and will always be a family oriented gym. I highly recommend this gym to anyone and everyone! COME JOIN THE FAMILY!

Freaking the best place ever!

I have 2 daughters that attend Texas Tumblers and they both love it. We are in in our 6th year with Texas Tumblers. The staff treats my children like their own. I fight to get my kids to leave. I wouldnt trust my children with any other gym.

My daughter is loving this place and she is always so very happy about it and they are teaching her so much. Just maybe one suggestion that they get a few more teachers that will spend time showing also instead of just telling but besides that I will tell everyone about this place.

I purchased a Groupon as a gift for my daughter fgor Christmas. We werent sure if she was going to like tumbling so we didnt want to commit yet. Hence The groupon I was informed when I went tgo sign her up that we needed to pay an annual enrollment fee of 30.00..... hummm should have been a red flag. I was irritated but said okay Ill pay that with cash. Then I was informed that I am required to pay via credit card or bank draft so they could store my information for future charges. Um NO! I am not comfortable giving my banking information to a facility that she may not continue to go to in the future. They also redeem the Groupon before you ever visit the facility. Now we cant even get a refund from Groupon. Buyer beware this place has SCAM written all over it.

Unfortunately, we have experienced the same as others regarding the unauthorized drafting of bank fees. The operators are frauds. My wife spoke with them, face to face, about withdrawing and what needed to be done so far as advanced notice. She did exactly as informed but here we find that fees are still be taken. When confronted, we saw the same rude, inappropriate responses and were even told that there was no way we were getting any money back. Please DO NOT waste your time and money on this fraud.

If there was an option to give a below zero rating I would. This has been the worst experience of our lives. My daughter has been a gymnast at this gym for over 10 years. The past 5 years she has been on the competitive T&T team and it was downhill from there. At one point the gym was great, but the last 5 years have resulted in too many coaches to count because they are constantly getting fired for unexplainable reasons or quitting. The owners have the most unprofessional and unethical business practices I have ever seen and continually draft unapproved funds from our account which we have to fight to get back, or provide less than a week notice that hundreds of dollars are due for competition fees, leos, etc. There is NEVER any notice on money due and they expect you to be able and willing to just hand over hundreds without ever questioning them. When I did question the short notice and asked for documentation of what there fees were for, my daughter was bullied by the coaches to the point she comes home in tears every day after practice. The coaches and owners are verbally and emotionally abusive to any kids whos parents stand up to the owners. My daughters confidence has been shattered by a gym she once loved and after 10 years of participating in gymnastics, 5 years as a competitive gymnast and ranking in the top 3 in the nation for the last 3 years, she no longer wants to even be a gymnast as a result of her experience. DO NOT bring your children to these horrific people unless you know a great child therapist because theyll need it after dealing with the coaching staff and owners.

My child contracted lice from this establishment. After finding out this information, I went to go talk to someone in the office. Not only is there no one that knows what is going on in the office, it took an hour for me to be served and I was at the front desk the whole time. When I tried to approach the subject to see if they maybe have done anything to clean their establishment after this infestation, I was told no this sort of thing happens quite often and their isnt really a way to prevent this sort of thing. Yes there is, you clean and sterilize your equipment like every other establishment! So, I told the lady up front that we will no longer be coming back for class and to no longer bill me. A month later, I get a bill for a months classes that my daughter didnt attend to. I call up to the front office and they said that I had to fill out a form to drop from billing, dont you think that should of been mentioned after I said we would no longer be attending!?! They also would not give me a refund for the month that we said we werent showing. Dont waste your time on this horribly ran establishment!

I asked why we kept getting different teachers each class. OUr child was not learning anything after 3 months. a different teacher each class who taught the same o same o. When we asked to speak to director, we got some crud about safety. I am a competive gymnast and I learned much more in a month than my child has in 5. They could care less, have zero concern and just made excuses with no solutions. They were actually quite defensive! If you child is not in cheer competition: they just want your money. Oh, and to top it off, they charged me $90 the last payment instead of $60!! They are really THAT BAD.... run from them!
