Dont go when Paula is calling because she doesnt explain the cards and which one is being plaid. Got 3 games played before we even knew it was out cards being played. And one of the helpers came and asked why we werent playing our cards. I would not even leave one star but it requires me to. VERY DISSATISFIED.

Fun experience. Never been to a bingo event but I have to say it was pretty fun. Lots of people. You can bring your own food and drinks. They also sell food and drinks. And markers for you game boards.

Was fun almost won a bingo just needed one more number. Better luck next time.

I went last night 3/3/2020, and I had a great time. I loved the way the integrated the races between bingo games. Other bingos spend almost 20 minutes in just races. The staff at the desk were super friendly and helpful. Prices were great! The only negative thing Id say was, we were in the back and the staff didnt come back to us for extra games or pull tabs unless someone yelled really loud! We didnt even have a chance to play 2 different daub tabs. Thats NOT a reason for me to not return. Ill be back TONIGHT!!

Honestly not a fan of this bingo hall in Crowley. Staff is not all that friendly. Rarely see them smile. The caller calls way too fast, faster then other halls. I would compare it to playing bingo at Winstar, too fast and crowded; with staff who dont seem like they enjoy being there

The website clearly says children 6 and over can attend except for the late night sessions, I drove all the way over to the ft worth location and they told me I couldn’t play and that I had to leave. It was only the 8:45 session! I was so disappointed and so was my son, he’s 11 and really wanted to play. My family loves Bingo!

If you are new to bingo, don’t expect a lot of help here. They move very fast , and they expect you to know exactly what’s going on with the tabs and speed rounds.

My party of six played the early evening game. The staff are so attentive. I loved it.

Typical bingo place. Staff is very friendly & helpful, cool events and customer appreciation but if you only came to play bingo this is not the spot for you they are pull tab driven and they play more pull tabs then actual bingo games

I am very disappointed in how the service and prices changed just overnight at theLucky Penny food court. The cashier stated the owner changed the prices this morning but she didnt change them on the board. I was outraged that prices increased again, the owner is taking advantage. The workers especially the older lady that cook is very unfriendly and rude. Today at the morning session I witnessed how a lady was treated by the cashier. A black lady pushing a Walker wanted to place an order and asked if it could be brought to her, the cashier said no she would have to come back and pick it up, how could she when she is pushing a walker, she did not place the order. A white lady in a wheelchair placed an order and the cashier happily brought her food to her. Isnt this discrimination? Yes, it is. This happened today before the first early session. We spend a lot of money in this place of business, this type of service is UNACCEPTABLE.

Fun and friendly staff, and is cheap enough to play, if you can resort from the Tab games and Races. It is pretty cruddy that in your 5-game pack the odds of winning are next to NOTHING, unless you pay the extra $5 for additional card. Ive never seen anyone win on their pack cards or even computer, but only on the extra paid card. Very misleading. Over all fun and like the fact of the super late sessions starting at 10:45 P.M. fun & friendly staff, especially Sierra, Heather & Bryan.

I took my nine-year-old and Aunt to Crowley Road Bingo for a Sunday Funday, and we had a blast. Their prices were reasonable. The facility was clean.They were even giving out free ice cream and popcorn, this was a super hit with my daughter. I do wish they had more options for concession stand, and Im not sure if they were under construction or not, but there wasnt one available.Overall, we had a great time and will return soon.

Had a great time! Such a fun, inexpensive date! The only complaint is the smoke. We sat in the non smoking room but one of the doors was propped open so you could still smell it.

Some of the best bingo prices you can find.. callers are fast but easy to keep up with. Its all non smoking now so its a lot less foggy inside.

Just a few things noticeable...1. Too noisy when calling and nothing is said or done.2. When selling out of tabs, caller does not wait till they open them.3. If youre not going to serve food and drinks, at least have vending machines.Great prices, caller calls the numbers at a respectable pace. Will be going back.

This place is terrible. They didnt even let us know that we were starting so we missed the 1st game. Then I had computer problems called out 3 times loud and they wouldnt stop calling. They do way to many pull tabs in between games. They dont continue the regular games. They wait till all pull tabs are sold. We will never be back!!

Worker says I won level5... For a bingo hall it is ok, but I dont like having to walk through the cloud of cigarette smoke to get cards, concessions, daubers, or go to the restroom. The place looks absolutely filthy all of the time. they really need to take some time to scrub and wax the floors in here. Also a fresh coat of paint to cover up the nicotine stains on the walls and ceiling would be nice too.
