Friendly staff, good boats, nice lake. I would definitely go back.Only downside was that they charged for gas and were very stingy about it. We were told we would get a full tank but we only received half a tank. We immediately took pictures and called the office. Our message was not relayed to the team and we had to explain the situation when we returned. When we leaving, some of us went to load the car while the others went to pay. The staff chased us down thinking we were not paying. Nothing horrible but the customer service could improve.

Everyone is courteous and the store was clean as well as the bathrooms and the boat we rented was clean and maintained.

Highly recommend!We rented a pontoon boat for my daughters birthday. During the day, we interacted with about 6 people, and every single one was incredibly friendly. Each person would wish her happy birthday, and they made the visit a lot of fun!

Attempted to spend $2,500 at Eagle Mountain Marina for a boat club membership...the first weekend they wouldn’t allow me to rent one because the “wind speed” so I had call other marinas on the lake and they were very willing to rent me one that same day without any issues. Rented from Lake View Marina when I was supposed to have a membership already at Eagle. I let Eagle mountain marina know they didn’t care and claimed no one went out that day which was false. Attempted to get the log in information to book a boat for the next weekend and got the run around for a week. Got fed up and asked to speak to the manager. At that point I had already decided I was not going to move forward with the membership due to being exhausted from going back and forth the entire week. Turns out they didn’t run my card properly last week so when the manager returned my call she had a bad attitude towards me for no reason. I told her I no longer wanted to move forward with the membership and she had the guts to say “we will have to check the contract terms to see how much we can refund” when I had been blowing them up for the past week and a half trying to get a membership going and on a boat. Best thing they did was refund me.Don’t join this club. Terrible customer service

Be very careful and wary before entering into a contract with Suntex. The crew at the Marinas was superb for the most part. Ran out of gas in the middle of the lake one morning on Lake Lewisville. When I called in I was told that the gas station pumps were down the night before so my boat didnt get filled up, sorry, and we dont have anyone to come help, sorry. I had to call a friend to come get me. I was not reimbursed any gas expense for friends boat nor for filling up two days of gas on their boat.Worse, we we taken for thousands on contract. Got call asking if we wanted to renew. Told them we would get back to them next day. We called back and were told to talk to corporate. They charged us for an entire year we never got to use and dozens of phone calls went unanswered, texts and emails also. Enter at your own risk! NOT an honest organization.

This was the worst experience and we were only members for a little over 2 weeks. We were hesitant to sign up to begin with for fear of not being able to get a boat when we wanted we were assured that wouldnt happen but it did just two weeks in. They also charged my card without my authorization after i was told several times by the manager that my account was deactivated and i definitely wouldnt be charged, now their telling me 5-7 days to get my money back that was never suppose to be taken. Its a circus up there each person just passes you to the next because they dont know what to do. Dont waste your time or money!

I went with a contractor friend to look at the slip one of his clients has leased. He is going to set it up for family gatherings. We looked at it, then looked around at how other people have outfitted theirs. Some are pretty nice, we got a lot of ideas.

I was surprised to show up and see a team of 5 people managing the boat rentals here. This just speaks to the level of service you get. The process was very efficient and painless. Mike was incredibly helpful getting our family everything we needed and walked us through every aspect and feature of the boat we rented. The boat was very clean, comfortable, and in fantastic shape. It felt like we were on a brand new boat. They fueled it up and all we had to do was drive it away. Upon return, they were there ready to receive the boat at the pier. We just walked off and went to dinner. I cant say enough about how professional Suntex at Eagle Mountain Lake is. Great crew. Thanks so much!

If you plan to rent a Waverunner, be aware that they lock them in L-mode. This limits the maximum engine RPM so it’s safer to ride. We saw a max speed around 30 mph. I totally get why they do this, but I’m rating them poorly because they weren’t upfront about it. They specifically advertise “230 horsepower” but then put it in baby mode without telling you. They even go so far as to set the speedo in km/h so you don’t realize how slow you’re going. When I asked them about it, they claimed they didn’t know what L-mode was, and “that’s as fast as it goes”. First of all, I’m not stupid. I’ve ridden PWC before. Second, even if I was stupid I would still be able to find out they were lying in about 30 seconds on Google. Third, I understand you’re in high school and not in charge of the policy, but you don’t have to be rude when I ask about it. Despite all this, we had a reasonably fun afternoon.

We rented out a home for vacation and thought it would be a good idea for us to take a boat out, granted not knowing that i was going to get the run around from not one, not two but THREE people several different times of calling. One being the manager, they have poor quality management. I call up there trying to fork over a good amount of money and they acted like they could care less. I asked to speak to the manager and I get “the managers outside.” ok?! the one girl i did talk to was rude, kept throwing me on hold right In the middle of a sentence because she didn’t know what SHE was doing, not my fault by any means. I had a family member call right after me to see if he could figure stuff out (asking the same questions) because I had yet to get any answers she claims “didn’t I just talk to you?” when he asked about the max capacity of the boat. I mean I know they’re probably not hurting for money, BUT seriously i’m just trying to rent a boat.. finally I get on the phone with the manager and he acts like he could care less telling me after i’ve tried to explain the situation of their workers not knowing what they’re doing he says “i’m not talking about the past, I don’t care what can I help you with now?” then when it was all said and done I got... “i’m passing you off now because I have customers right in front of me..” Am I not a customer on the phone trying to hand you a card to take to go ahead and rent a boat AND tube? If this could be less than a 1 star it would be.

This was very nice.Im not one to do the whole touristy thing at the wharf. This was very nice though.Once you get on and they are in that bay.It is an amazing ride through Fort Worth, TX .Hint Use your personal ear buds to hear the audio .Its really informative.Go Go Go!!!
