OMG! Seriously, dont call them. Call anyone else. Your brothers best friends cousin is a better bet than this company. Rude, unavailable, unprofessional, really really dreadful.I didnt buy a Greek Squad warranty so I could dry my clothes on a rope outside for a MONTH! Theyve canceled 2 appointments and told us it would ANOTHER week before they could come out.Nope. This isnt baseball, you dont get 3 strikes.I called Best Buy customer service and they were super helpful in scheduling a company that will actually come out and repair my dryer.I dont know why Best Buy contracted repairs through them but it was a mistake. Best Buy if youre reading this, drop these guys.

This was the only place in town to fix my curved 65 inch Samsung 8 series TV. I had a cracked screen and it was fixed in a timely manner. It was pricey which I understood it would be, but every question I had they explained everything to me to where I would understand. After it was fixed I had an issue with my apps not coming up and the sound not working, but I brought it back in and was fixed in again in a timely manner, no charge. The only thing I kinda had a problem with was bringing the TV back to get that second issue fixed because the TV was so big. Other than that the staff was very courteous and like I said earlier, explained everything I asked about. I reviewed the ratings for this company so I was skeptical at first because of all the negative reviews. I guess everyones experience is going be different in situations, but I recommend this company and I glad I didnt let the negative reviews stop me from using them.

I noticed several of the reviews were not good and felt I should share my excellent experience. I had a washer under warranty that needed fixed in the midst of the social distancing. They tried to call me and followed up with a letter in the mail to let me know the parts were on order per the error codes. As soon as the parts were in the tech came and replaced only to find another error when trying to calibrate my washer. He immediately ordered the part and was back two days later (was supposed to be a week) and replaced the other part. My washer is running great (in fact better than when I purchased). Communication was excellent, they were very professional and respectful of distancing. Well done.

I had a LG range to be fixed for the last 2 months and this company wasted my time finding a new part or issue every time. Between ordering and the time they can show up I had to wait 2 weeks at least every time. They showed up 3 times and on the last one I told them that I cannot work with them anymore. My range is still not fixed... DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!

The technician complained about my appliance and left parts off of the unit. Didnt show up until 6:20pm. Now I have a new problem with my appliance because of the parts he left off of it. When I called, they never called back. When I called again the lady was rude and told me that they needed a new ticket from Whirlpool to fix what their technician broke! This means that they want the company to pay them for more warranty work when they caused the problem. Dont use these crooks!!!

They are doing warranty work and are scamming the manufacturer. They have been out 4 times and each time its a new part that needs replaced. On appliances that are less then a year old, that have been VERY well maintained. After one month my appliances are STILL NOT fixed and each time its another part that needs replacing. They have been horribly rude trying to make me move unit around myself and telling me its not their job to do

Tech called me, be there 25 minutes. Ok. I took alhalf day off for the time span. 1 hour later no tech. No calls. I cal the business, oh he wont make it, has a college test online. So can we reschedule you, like to next Wednesday? This is pretty sad and disappointing business. Maytag should be ashamed of using a garbage business with terrible communication, for warranty work.

As a Samsung certified repair shop, Telrad was the obvious place to take my slightly out-of-warranty Samsung flat screen when the entire left side of the screen went dark. I was not disappointed. They suggested it was still worth calling Samsung, and gave me the number. Samsung agreed to do a one-time courtesy repair, and authorized Telrad to do the work at no cost to me. Telrad had it ready for me to pick up 2 business days later. Very happy with their help and quality of service.

Terrible business. Had to use them for service on Whirlpool dishwasher. They missed two appointments and dont care. No customer service. Whirlpool should be totally embarrassed to have them represent them. Did i mention they are rude on the phone too!

Unfortunately I had to hit one star to be able to post. This is by far the rudest company I have ever dealt with. Before you get an extended service plan, please make sure it does NOT go through Telrad. We had an appt set up over a week ago and my husband took the day off for the repairman only to find out that they dont service our area. They were extremely rude when we tried to find out what was going on. After reading all of these reviews I am very glad they will not be doing the repairs!

Telrad was very fast and gave excellent service throughout my experience. I had a strange pixel distortion issue with my Samsung TV. Scheduled service through Samsungs online service center and they connected me with Telrad. I tried to schedule an in-home appointment for service, but my work schedule didnt allow for any time soon. I called them and was able to drop off my TV at their shop when it worked for me and they had it fixed and available for pickup 24 hours later. Both the receptionist and the service tech I spoke with were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

Unfortunately,I have to put at least one star, otherwise I would put none. My TV provider used them as an outside service for their warranties. Im less than satisfied with the lack of competency and professionalism of this establishment. The technician who they sent out was at my house brief enough to take a few pics and then give me an invoice stating approximately when the company would call me on whether or not my tv would be replaced. Today I found out from my TV provider who the warranty is through the status of the claim I filed. They explained the service notes that were not discussed with me in person (which stated they did) and falsified information in regards to the actually condition of the tv. Due to the false information that was submitted by their incompetent technician my warranty wont be honored and Telerad isnt willing to make it right.

When my warranty company set me up with Telrad. I had to check out their reviews. 1.2 stars. I thought oh boy this is going to be a nightmare. I got a call the next day to set up a appointment. It was 12 days out. No problem. On the day of the appointment. The tech called, came, ordered parts. 4 days later Telrad called that the parts was in and 2 days later everything was fixed. Im happy, the wifes happy, were all happy.

Just purchased new GE Refrigerator model #GFD28GSLESS. When we purchased, we asked for the additional ice maker for the bottom freezer. Once we got it home, I installed the ice maker per the instructions, but the ice maker never worked. I had the service technician at my house looking into another issue that we were having with a new GE dish washer. Once he took a look at the dishwasher (which we ended up taking it back and exchanging it for a another new one) I asked if he would take a look at the refrigerator, The technician refused to look at it because I never called in to GE and set up a work order. So, I went on line and set up the work order for the Ice Maker. Today the service tech. showed up with a new ice maker and proceeded to tell me that he could not find anything wrong with the ice maker but was going back to the shop and review some additional drawings. So, my first thought was why didn’t he take the 5 minutes to look at it the first time he was here.So now I’m very upset and decided to look on you tube for a video which shows the install process. It appears GE never sent the double water valve that is required for the additional ice maker, since this was never sent, I had no idea that these parts existed. You would think the technician would check everything out prior to leaving.So now I’m wondering what kind of training their people are getting. This issue has been going on for 37 days. I hope when I receive the parts from GE that everything works, and I don’t need to deal with Telrad again.

They use this company for Lowes warranty plan for LG washers. They do not communicate with the customer or Lowes when there is a part issue! Weve been waiting a month to get our washer fixed! They often dont answer their phones and Lowes even has trouble contacting them! The first time a Tech came out he said there was nothing wrong, but after he left, the washer wants to fill the tub completely with water, thats 33 gallons!! Still waiting for it to get fixed!

Company has the WORST communication and customer service I have EVER delt with. I have had to wait at home now for 2 full days, for no call/no shows by their mechanics!! They lost my part. I wouldnt even give them a one star rating! Strongly recommend someone else. I got stuck with them for a warranty service, its been the biggest headache of my life!

Telrad wanted to charge $900 for a backlight on a TV. That is way more than the TV costs. It’s only 3 years old. Found another place that did it for $195! Highway robbery! Stay away from this place! Called them and they did not care one bit. Kept making excuses. Terrible.

I dont like leaving negative reviews as everyone has a bad day occasionally, but I have to say that Telrad Electronics has certainly earned their extremely low rating. Basically more of the same as the other reviews, no call, no show, incorrect parts ordered, and at best misleading information. We were without a washing machine for over two weeks on a fairly new unit. Do yourself a favor and avoid Telrad even if you have to pay the repair bill out of your own pocket - Trust me...

Poor turnaround time. They also work around their schedule, not yours. Theyve made two trips and still havent fixed a simple repair under warranty that is about to expire. They said to let fridge defrost before they come, and we did, even though it wasnt iced over in the area of repair. The tech said it needed to be unplugged for 36 hours but nobody notified us of that before he came. The tech said someone would call to reschedule. 2 weeks later, no call her. So I sent an email expecting immediate follow up and service and 24-hours later, no reply. Look elsewhere to do business. Ill call Samsung to let them know they need dropped from their certified repair company list. I my line of business this would not fly.

Poor customer service. The guy who answers the phone is unprofessional and rude. I have been trying to get the technician to call me back and he wont. He came to my house to look at a washer and did nothing. Told me to get a replacement, but said he would order parts even though he knows that wont fix the problem. I would stay away from them. Im stuck so far because they are a Samsung repair service.

I dont like this company! Their repair man was scheduled to look at my washer today. 1st they delayed their e.t.a. for 2 hours, which meant they were to be here between 5-7pm! And its now 7:42pm....No Show and No Call to inform me they werent coming! I will get call Whirlpool and let them know about this and demand a different company to repair my washer!

Worst service ever! No calls, no shows, ordered wrong parts, the list goes on. Our washer is still not fixed after 7 months of Telrad servicing it. We even had to go to laundromat for 3 months because they couldnt order the right part!!!! Our laundromat bill of 300 for a family of six should be covered by telraf due to their mistakes!!!! What a waste. They would not deem our washer unrepairable but instead kept ordering new part after new part. Now Warrantech is claiming that they have spent too much in repairing the washer and can no longer help us!!!!! Worst company I have ever dealt with. Stay away!!!!!!!!

Very poor service... The dryer we had worked on sounded and performed better before the worker came to work on it! Very disappointed in the service and would not recommend to anybody I know. Very disappointing. Also as the worker walked out of our front door he slammed it because he was mad that we asked him to do his job.

If I could give no stars, I would. To date, I have scheduled three appointments for them to repair our microwave. Each appointment was cancelled the day before by Telrad because of some random excuses from they only have four techs available to we have to move your appointment. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you can, please choose a different company to service your electronics.

Absolutely the worst company in the world to deal with! Lady in the office has no idea what she is doing. And the last time the service tech was here he put bubble wrap under my dryer and told me it was the floor tile making the noise not the dryer. I will never buy another Samsung again because of this company is there service center!

Telrad electronics was a terrible experience for us. They did not show up for the scheduled appointment and had to reschedule us for another week out. Then they had to order a part and did not call us when it came in, we had to call them. Finally they installed the new power supply incorrectly so the TV randomly turns on. When I called back to have them fix it they told me they werent even sure if it was their fault.

I called Telrad and explained my situation with my $1600 Samsung 4K UHD TV and they ordered a part for my TV without even looking at it assuming the problem with the TV. That also created a delay for them to come out and fix my TV. A week has gone by and they didnt call me to tell me my part was in to schedule a date for them to come out to my house. Then the lady at Telrad said it was going to be another week before there was an opening. I set the appointment and they made it between 2 and 5PM. I called Telrad 16 times the day of the appointment and they never showed up. I missed out on a lot of money because I was at home and not work and I have a TV thats still not fixed. I highly recommend that nobody uses WAL-MART care plans because this is the company thats going to screw you over. Highly unprofessional and poor customer service.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND POOR SERVICE! The service man attempts to come to your home between 8-10 p.m. regardless of the set daytime appointment! Dont plan on working for a full 24hr period if you schedule with TEL RAD! He arrived in an unmarked minivan and not wearing a uniform or a name tag. His hygiene was very offensive! Smelling of body odor and cigarettes. His clothes appeared as though he had not showered in a week! He dropped the face plate of our Samsung dryer, sending it across the floor! Showed anger by throwing his tool bag and clipboard and slamming our front door! He caused more damage during repair The dryer is now louder than before and he said there is nothing he can do! Extremely Unacceptable behavior! They have no idea of what service should be! I cannot believe they are still in business!REPLY TO INACCURATE RESPONSE: This is not a one time occurrence for this technician! The original date of appointment was set for 9:30 a.m. - no show or means of contact all day until 9p.m.! I told him that timing was unacceptable on that day as well! We were better off before he tore apart our dryer because now it is louder and has an additional clang, not to mention the cosmetic scratches! IN ADDITION: You can look at the weather history for Tuesday February 7th 2017 (the day of the last scheduled appointment) for Ft. Wayne, IN and surrounding locations, It was 59 degrees, partly sunny with occasional rain!

Do NOT use TELRAD ELECTRONIC TERRIBLE !!!!! I purchased a brand new washer and dryer - TELRAD is the company used to fix LG (hopefully after my two hours on the phone with LG today - they will be off the list ) First of all the lady that answers the phone is a basket case - seems completely unorganized --- reason for visit was washer shakes excessivly - first schedule _ I took off work for this visit and tech never shows up = lady on phone said he broke down that it was a terrible day - - NEXT visit scheduled off of work again - this was a complete waste of time the tech actually showed up but had NO CLUE what he was doing - it was so obvious he basically ran my washer without clothes in it and said he would have to send another tech out - SOOO another call to the basket case lady who agreed that he is inexperienced would send out her BEST tech - BEST TECH comes and again we are watching the washer go thru the motions and he is not sure why its shaking so bad but says he will order a MAIN AND A STATOR - called lady to reschedule YET again to have these parts put in which was for TODAY and GUESS WHAT - NO CALL NO SHOW !!!!!! I took today off again !!!! Had my TV sent to them through Walmart warranty process. They returned my tv with a busted up screen. Walmart and store wont fix the issue. Stuck with a broken tv. Try to fix it on your own.
