We celebrated my husbands birthday at The Clubroom and it was fantastic. Our server Lillie is the best. You wont find anyone more professional, courteous and efficient. The atmosphere was fun and exciting and the food was excellent. My favorite is the Korean Chicken Wings and the Yolold Fashioned cocktail. We will definitely be back.

The Clyde is such an awesome new venue here in town!!! I have been fortunate to attend two concerts so far here and am looking forward to many more in the future. The theater is beautiful inside!!! I have been very impressed with the sound quality of both shows I have attended as well. The drink prices are reasonable and the lines have never been very long at any of the bars inside. The Clyde is my favorite venue in Fort Wayne!!!!

Great sound and lights. General admission was great and lots of room to move around and be as close to the stage as desired.Depending on arrival time lines to get in were long due to limited security team members. Security not the best with a very quick wand pass (that didnt pick up on the credit cards and key fob in my pocket i forgot to take out.)Parking is rough and they will tow you if your parked illegally so make sure your in the lines and in a valid spot.Over all good experience and well be back.

Was here for a special event but not during a show. The atmosphere of this location is pretty amazing and you can definitely hear the change in acoustics from the lobby to the theater. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and offered assistance when needed. Will definitely be looking forward to a show here in the future.

Absolutely a fantastic venue! much larger inside than you expect but the lay out makes for an intimate setting and show experience. every one of the employees were accommodating and friendly. Alyssa the VIP coordinator was amazing and answered my multiple questions and repeated emails and phone calls very kindly, never made me feel like it was a bother and she went out of her way to help me make the most of our visit to the theatre and surrounding area. we will definitely keep our eyes on future events here and will not hesitate to come back.

Traveled 14 hours to attend this show, with my friend, and my stepdaughter. Not thrilled to see a venue full of cold metal chairs. Spent time backstage with the band before and during the warmup band. Came out to our seats and were greeted with the rudest demon-like seat mates. While enjoying the band, clapping and dancing during their FIRST SONG, I kept hearing exorcist sounding noises and turned to see the demon herself spewing SIT DOWN repeatedly. What a huge turn off. We went backstage and enjoyed the rest of the rock show dancing our butts of with awesome views of the band. The venue itself gets high marks! Sweetwater does it right! Acoustics were phenomenal. Just wish the Peoria folks had a little more ambition to show bands love. I promise NO ROCK BAND OUT THERE EVER WANTS TO PLAY TO A SEATED AUDIENCE! We’re not at the symphony folks!

Absolutely awesome venue! This was our first visit to the Clyde, and we were very impressed. Everyone on the staff was very friendly and helpful.A couple of days before the show, we received an email from the Clyde that covered all of the info you needed. Box office hours, time doors opened, venue policies and so on. For people such as ourselves, not being familiar with the venue, this was a very nice touch. The bars were well stocked and well staffed. Never waited more than 4 or 5 minutes for drinks throughout the night. And again very courteous, helpful staff at the bar.The acoustics in this room are really nice, and they fill the space with a solid sound system. Someone we were talking to during the evening said that this had formerly been a movie theatre. We live in Michigan and travel a lot to different concert venues all over the Midwest, and sometimes beyond. The Clyde quickly moved to the top of our list for a good room to see a good band. There are a lot of smaller venues that could stand to learn a lot from the way they handle their business at the Clyde. If you get the chance, check it out, I doubt you will be disappointed.

The Clyde is both hands down the best sounding, indoor music venue in the 260. Not only that but it was very accommodating to the guests and the staff was super friendly. Also Id like to point out how comfortable it was inside both by space and temperature. It wasnt an oven inside like other local venues. If you get a chance check our the Historical value of the Clyde theater. I will definitely be attending a show here again. A++++

I have spent the majority of my life traveling to music venues across the country to see acts I love. I am so grateful that Fort Wayne now has the Clyde! I can see all my favorite bands right here in my hometown. This venue is one of the best. It is clean, spacious, has great sound no matter where you are located, and I love the fact that it is an old renovated theater. My grandfather and father tell me stories of seeing 5 cent movies there in the 50s and now I, years later, am still enjoying this iconic venue.

Great place for a show. I love that a pretty good musician come to a smaller scale venue than dealing with the crowds at the Coliseum. My complaints are 1. Parking. We circled the lot many times trying to find a spot all the way over to halls and couldnt find anything then I got blocked in because no one else could find parking and ppl were making spots up. 2. The standing room only. I didnt enjoy how much people just walked into you.I stayed in the back because of the cluster but then because of the ramps on both sides people coming and going constantly there seemed no good place to stand. Maybe its because Im older it wasnt the scene for me. I enjoyed the concert and wouldnt be against going back.

The day I was there it poured on everyone in line, and the staff was consistently trying to get as many people out of the rain as possible and even let us into the venue early, which no other place I have been to would have done. And I have been to countless other venues for concerts. Great experience here overall. Parking on site is a huge bonus too!

The Clyde Theatre is impressive. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly. There are no obstructions, so the stage can be seen from everywhere (unless someone tell stands in front of you). There is plenty of parking. The restrooms are clean and well maintained. They have a coat check available for people during the cooler months. There is some sort of VIP access available, however, we didnt participate in that so I am not certain what that entails. Overall, a really good experience, and I would love to go back to more concerts.

We really enjoyed Lee Brice..he is a great performer. Towards the mid to end of concert, the floor became more of a mosh pit in places. ( overly drunk and obnoxious groups bumping into everyone). Great sound and atmosphere for this newly remodeled concert venue. The Clyde Theatre is my favorite place for concerts in Fort Wanye. The interior is much larger than one would assume looking from the outside. Even with the extra space that it has in contrast to other local indoor music venues it still provides an intimate experience for musicians and their fans. I am personally looking forward to seeing more show here as the venue continues to evolve.

Clyde Theatre doesn’t care about its patrons. Lets them sit in a full blown storm waiting to get into a sold out concert, complete with pouring rain, and instead of helping or trying to find shelter of some sort, sits under the awning, dry. Messaged them about getting shelter, they had the audacity to say “we’re out here in it too!”They pushed umbrellas out of the way to accommodate their very large umbrella, and felt yelling security rules was more important than the people being safe, even though “safety is most important.” Hypocrites are treating people horribly.

Ma
Review №52

It was pouring rain last night. Told we had to check our umbrellas at $5. Ridiculous. Should be complementary on a weather night like that.At the same time, people were allowed to use lighters during the concert. Think I’d rather risk getting poked than burned! Entry area was very confusing. Security, coat check, etc... with the MANY people working in those areas, someone should have politely given instruction, directions, information. Space is excellent and show was good.

Wonderful place to see great music. We have been to a couple of concerts here and will go back for more!! Fairly priced tickets and bar drinks. 2 bars and large enough restrooms to accommodate the crowds. You can get as close as you like to the stage and actually meet the performers, if you are so inclined. Near by restaurants get very crowded on concert nights so get to the Quimby Village early if you want to get dinner before the show. My favorite is right next door to the theater, La Fogata Mexican Restaurant. (The pic is of in laws anniversary).

We had the opportunity to enjoy our first of three scheduled events we have tickets for this year. We found the Clyde by accident and am happy we did. It is a well laid out venue with state of the art accoutrements including a large stage and fantastic sound system. We saw Three Dog Nite and they are as old as we are but performing like 40 years ago. The classics were rendered fabulously. The employees were friendly and actually happy to see patrons.. a refreshing feeling for sure. Last year we went and saw Here Come the Mummies at The Clyde, and it was wonderful, so when we saw they were going to be there again this year we jumped at the opportunity to go there again. This was yesterday, 10/11/2019.It wasnt a repeat of that first experience.1. I was unable to bring in my little freak flag, mind you I did the previous year, because it is on a plastic stick with a little embellishment at the tip. I was told its a weapon. This is a piece of merchandise sold by the band. Also later during the corresponding song, I saw people waving their flags.2. Though yes, it was chilly out, it felt as if they unnecessarily had the heat on. Which with all the bodies, dancing, etc. I wound up having to use my inhaler, honestly with how they were I was surprised they allowed me to bring THAT in.3. They opened my bottle of pop and kept the cap, so with the heat, my diet coke was flat within no time, less than half an hour Id say.4. The employees were not especially courteous or friendly. It seemed like we were all just a bother to them. It felt, to me, like theyd have been just fine with not having us there. All in all it wasnt an experience that I want to repeat. Much as I love my Mummies and my Mummy-family, I dont foresee attending an event at the Theatre in the future.

Review №86

We came to the Clyde from Michigan for a concert this week and were super excited after hearing about how awesome the sound is at this venue. And we thought the place was great!! Fast service, amazing sound, our VIP service was exceptional and everyone was friendly. My only complaint, and the reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars, is that at the end of the night after the concert was over there were a few of us waiting in the lobby for our Uber/Lyft drivers to arrive and at first all of the security guards were just asking that you were waiting for a safe ride, once you said yes they moved along and allowed us to stay put. However, a few minutes later a gentlemen came out and forced everyone outside, in the 12 degree weather!!! We complained, said we were just waiting on a safe ride and he said it wasnt his problem, that they were closed! Unbelievable....I was shocked, no one was doing any harm and at that point we were all corralled into the lobby area so they couldve gone about their business in shutting everything else down without us getting in their way. I couldnt believe that they made us all stand outside in that type of weather when we were just trying to be responsible and get a safe ride home instead of leaving their facility drunk and driving and risking lives! That should have not happened and is the only reason I have anything negative to say about the Clyde Theatre. They should really think about that if this type of situation arises again, have some compassion for your guests that are waiting on a safe ride, dont make them go outside in below freezing temperatures. And they could use some reorganizing of the coat check process at the end of the night, that’s what kept us there so late to begin with!
