Ive been here in this park for 6 months now and I love the office manager thats in charge and the owners are really really nice there is lots of kids in the park it does have a pool so to me its a good place

Its quiet and though its a little older and could use some fixing up in 5 years other than horrible pet owners.its worth the discount

Great place to me have awesome neighbors live in great neighborhood no problems park has gotten better clean and management have been awesome owner have been on point maintenance guy has been on point ty guys for all you do..

I lived there many years. I had already.ist $1000 down on a trailer when owners changed hands. I lost all that .oney because the old owner didnt leave a y paperwork. Then after a hurrica e with the new owner the water line was broken before the cut off valve. When they replaced it, they blew all the water up into the meter. Then they wanted us to pay over $100 water bill. We moved a few months later.

Property manager is very helpful and knowledgeable..Owner cares about the homeowners and making it a great community to live in.

I currently live here. Love my neighbors but owners and office I feel like walking on eggs. Make sure you see lease and in lease before you pay anything. I still dont have a lease and I get excuses every time i ask for it.

It is nice but the trailers are a little run down

Not a big fan of a place I want help out somebody in the area for septic was backing up was it really the customers fault I had to fly on the management at that point guaranteed its very difficult to make money nowadays in order to have a place you have to maintain it build and do your best to upkeep it some things have been forgotten but hey and I went around the corner everybody was smiling throwing their hands up saying hello for what its worth its a place where you rest your hat and thats what it was for this lady I dont live in the community so my say-so is completely irrelevant it was weird climbing uphill my truck didnt even know what the hell to do I cant imagine having a boat or some kind of heavy car or a stick shift inside that community it looks like there was a minute hes around the area as far as parking up the hill but other than that I cant say much I was in and out in less than 4 hours

Needs Maintenance help bad

I would recommend living here They are very respectful to me and my family i live right across from leasing and when i am not home they watch my unit. I have three young boys who play in the park and are safe. Melissa makes the process easy and is always on on point. Thanks

If you dont stay to yourself people will be all in your business the maintenance guy picks and chooses who he wants to help if theirs an issue he Act like hes the owner of the park it could be a nice place to live but management need to step up

This place is a complete dump..Its like being in a 3ed would.Im really not sure why code enforcement has not stepped in to close this place down.. trailers are held together with duck tape... And throughout the park there is open septic. The place is in desperation!

I dont really know anything about it exept maybe it looks like it would be inexpensive.

Were right by the water, we have a large pool and a large community. Were conveniently close to pretty much everything we need. I would like to see improvements on the parks organization, lawncare and management/ up-keeping of the things we have on our property

This is a last resort place to move to. If you can find a livable trailer to move in to you will play hell getting your title for the mobile home that you paid for. Find out who the main company that owns the place is. You will find multiple lawsuits about this issue.

Turning into a great little community, everyone friendly.

Horrible horrible h*ll hole. The good reviews are from staff. Horrible property manager very disrespectful when they screw up. No common sense, you have to call 5-6 times to get an answer. They never call you back. They cant do anything right. All they do is gossip about the staffs own problems and ignore you when you come in. Badmouth other tenants while they think they put you on hold. And if you have any complaints dont call the office the response is awesome (If you dont like it you can leave and find somewhere else to live.)The one star is for the some what nice new roads. Do not give this place anything. There are nicer and cheaper places to live near by.

Pretty decent for what it is. Nights have been quiet thus far.

Its a good place to live with chidren no drugs no thefts there .i let my door open all day long went to miami and i forget to lock it nobody get into my house .quiet park.everyone have criminal background check .good community.dont listen to nancy she lies no one in this community will attack you.its a freindly park.

Management is amazing, best be careful of what you buy before you buy it. Make sure you know what you’re getting yourself into.

Could use a lol clean up but its not bad. I walk at night with my kids before bed to wind them down n I just moved in.. Its not that bad like I said just need to clean up there yards a lil but theres alot of kids so ppl to play with for families.

The neighborhood is a very bad place. As soon as I get enough money im installing a security system. I have lived here for 8 yrs. I was just attacked by a neighbors son who also lives here. When the cops got here it was he said she said because they lied so and hes a felon so we have felons living in this park I would be where hes very weary.A lot of white trash!

I owner are rude and unreasonable but the office staff are nice and helpful the park itself is charming and clean very nice the people in the park are nice but nosy.

My son has lived there for 5 yrs. Its under new ownership and looking better.

Lived here goin on 5 years an seen this place turn around since the 2 new landlords Patricia an asst landlord Mellissa. Those 2 girls have done alot for the complex. They hold events for holidays an for the kids during the summer. They help the unfortunate during there times of need. This complex has turned around for the best.. Hope 2017 has more nice an exciting things happening in the complex an for the familys an kids...

The only reason you would stop by this mobile home Park would be to buy crack I dropped a friend off there so many weirdos standing out in the driveways staring at every car that road by people standing with no shoes draw one man throwing up on side of road so glad my friend will be moving from this druggie neighborhood
