We were very disappointed with our reciprocal reservation this week. We went out twice and both times had boats that didn’t work well. Broken parts and not well taken care of boats. The deck hands were kind but not helpful at all. Not explaining anything about a new boat to us, not instructing us on the area. We have a certain expectation with freedom boat club and have been members for a while. We will think again about visiting this location. We also will not be recommending our friends to join this location.

Very disappointed with the customer service from the office. While changing systems the monthly withdrawal of funds changed and when I received an email at 12:30PM to notify me that they were charging a CC I didnt put on file for my monthly and it was being declined my account was suspended by 5:30PM the same day on the 5th of the month. When I received a call about it at 6PM we agreed to meet at 9AM the next day to resolve the matter but they canceled my reservation that I had for that day. It was my girlfriends birthday and the entire family was planning on going on the boat and having a BBQ on in the cove. This is a simple matter that could have been resolved with one phone call and zero threats or suspensions, specially in the middle of changing billing systems where the customer has to login and put their Bank info into their new system, which I was unaware. (There was 1 email that went out about this that I missed) Very disappointed because the boats were great and the dock hands were great.

We moved to Fort Pierce in July of this year and after looking at buying a boat vs Freedom Boat Club we decided to join. Ann and her crew were excellent, and I cannot say enough about the dock staff as they are terrific. Having the ability to pick the different boats when company comes has really worked well for us.We have not regretted joining for a second and neither will you.

Its a no brainier unless you ENJOY paying for years for a boat which will get older and depreciate,time spent readying your boat(maintenance), insuring it,towing or slipping it,and of course cleaning it.Do the math!!

We chose joining this boat club over neighboring other clubs for several reasons. There is a greater selection of boats that suit our preferences of sunning, cruising and relaxing, the closeness of the Inlet and access to the ocean, should we want it and what really solidified our decision was meeting the owners, Don & Ann Spaeth. Their story of how they became owners, coupled with Don’s previous business experience and vision for Freedom Boat Club really resonated well with us. We have been active happy members now for 6 months and have boated more over the past 6 months than we did in our own boat over the past 2 years!!!! Thank you Freedom Boat Club for making boating FUN!

Im just here to say that the guy below named Brandon is posting fake news, just sayin. Probably from another boat club and feeling threatened. When I took my first tour I was nothing but impressed.

Sold our boat, joined the club and have never regretted it! No prep, no trailering, no cleaning.... just fun boating! The team at Ft Pierce is super chill and so helpful. They get you in and on your way to enjoying your day.With owning a boat, we averaged 6-8 outings per year. With the club, I’m on pace for 25-35 events this year and the summer hasn’t even started! Great club, great people, great boats. Big thanks to Don and Ann, the owners, who keep the club running smooth and to the Dockhands who keep the boats in top shape. The club has truly blessed my family and our enjoyment of the water. Thanks Freedom Ft. Pierce!!

I was able to receive some extra training today docking the boat. Brilliant move providing this perk. My husband and I are looking forward to many days on the water as we soon become full time Ft. Pierce inhabitants and full time members!

Been the best decision my wife and I made when it comes to boating. Don and Ann are the greatest and all our dock hands work hard to ensure our boating experience is the best possible experience.

If it were possible to give no stars I would. Boats are shady and unsafe. Only thing I can say is make sure you look at the boats prior to signing up and make sure this is the boats you will be getting. Sales persons are liars. Dock guys are great!

Great Boat Club. I have been in another local boat club as a lifetime member and found the quality of the boating experience with FBC of Fort Pierce was a great decision. The floating boat docks is a newly added fantastic wrinkle. Boats are great, making a reservation is easy, and the staff are all A+.

Great staff, Great location, Great folks that own the boat club. Being a boater on the BEST waters of the Treasure Coast has never been so easy. Love... Love... Love... everything about it.

Awesome club..boats are beautiful and well maintained. The staff is fantastic..if you were thinking about buying a boat; STOP : this is by far the better choice.

Im a member of fbc in Massachusetts. I visited the club today and was impressed with every level from booking, dock staff, and ofcourse the boats.

Being a long time FBC member I have had the opportunity as a reciprocal member to visit many FBC locations and found FBC - Ft. Pierce to be one of the best. They were helpful in getting me on a boat with short notice, the boat was clean and in great shape and the deck rep. was very knowledgeable and helpful including making some suggestions as to where we could get lunch.
