What a special experience it has been getting to know Jill during our stay in Chattanooga, TN! We will definitely be back for more workshop classes & events! It was an absolute honor to learn from someone at Jill’s skill level: a master potter who has spent years honing her craft & developing her art form. Throwing clay on a wheel can be intimidating but Jill’s sweet, calm & warm demeanor instantly puts you at ease. We couldn’t believe that we were actually making useful pieces so quickly thanks to her instruction! Taking pottery wheel lessons with Jill was so relaxing, you can actually feel any stress melting away. Not only that, but she also told us about so many good restaurants & other fun things to do near downtown Chattanooga.Mudhoe Studio really is a hidden gem in the Fort Oglethorpe & Chattanooga areas! Great for group events or one-on-one pottery lessons. We definitely thought this was one of the best things to do while on vacation in the Chattanooga area. If you’re a local, you’re definitely in luck - this place is a pot o’gold! 100% affordable, compared to other studios we called, especially with the type of value that you’ll receive... A+
