I came here today for first time and the lady working was very nice and helpful and the other people playing there were very nice and helpful as well. I won a hundred dollars and had a blast! Want to come play every day!

What a little gem Vegas Experience is!!The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful!They offer free lunch and dinner along with free soda, coffee, etc. if youre playing.Always clean and well taken care of inside as well as a very safe and convenient location.The free bingo rounds and promo options they have daily add a great bonus to an already fun place.Jeanie welcomed us our first time like she had known us for years and Mike has helped answer all our questions and been so friendly.Definitely will be back many many times and recommend everybody go enjoy!!

Love this place, just a mini casino. They serve free dinner at 5pm as long as you are there at 4pm and playing......really good dinners. Slot machines pay cash.

Called and asked if they have sports betting. The guy said no and hung up. Not very helpful.

The staff was AWESOME but the games were kind of confusing.

Love the little casino and for most Jean who is such a wonderful and helpful worker. She is so good with the customers. I also like the food the casino serves. I visit at least 3× a week.

Great place to relax , great employees and owners

Ive been experiencing the local arcades in South West Fort Myers. The Vegas Experience has got my approval for any that enjoys an easy going gambling experience. The personal are locals that lend an easy-going relaxed environment. If you havent been you owe it to yourself to take a little free time and try it. You might just like it!!Update. After careful consideration I have decided to share my LAST experience with VEGAS EXPERIENCE. One evening after playing on my favorite machines the employee on duty was passing out pull tabs for anyone with 500 spins or greater. This employee approached 2-3 players and offered them pull tabs twice in about a half hour to the same players. Since I was passed up on the first handout I spoke up and ask for one. The employee looked at me then the counter on my machine and loudly blurted out to me Youve only got 36 spins dont try to get over on me and walks away. The night before that the same employee give away my machine. When I approched her with my delema she again loadly blurted out We dont hold machines indefinitely and walks away and wouldnt talk about it anymore.I have when I get good customer service and share my bad experiences.I will not spend anymore time or money there.

Funky little arcade for 21 and over. Slots, keno machines. They play a game of bingo on the hour for free play. Food available with lunch and dinner available.

The woman taking care of the place was very nice. This was like no Casino Ive ever seen before. They had all the machines turn down because people did not like noise.

I would rename this the Nothing Like Vegas Experience. There is NO information available as you walk in and no one to greet you. If you put your money into a machine you eventually find out that you need a card - so you have to walk away from the machine that has already taken your money to get it. The machines are not intuitive. After getting a card I put money into another machine that didnt work. Again I had to walk away from a machine that had my money in it. When I got to the desk I just asked for my money back. Cant be done. I asked how you win - apparently win $25 in credits you can get a gift card to popular stores. Not sure what would happen if you had $5 on a card and put $20 more. Could you then get a card or do you have to win that much? I wasnt willing to find out at that point. One thing for sure is that you will lose any odd amount, as the gift cards are for specific amounts - unless you are willing to go back...

I would have given this place 0 stars if I had the option to do so. First of all we waited over 5 minutes for some one to show up at the front desk. When he finally appeared I explained that I needed a new card as I had lost mine. The front desk guy stated that they were low on cards and there was a $2.00 charge for a new card! Needless to say we left and decided to spend our money elsewhere. In the 10 years that I have been coming to fort Myers this is the worst service I have ever received. Avoid this place!

Everytime we go when they say theyre open the doors are locked.
