Not only do they have a top-notch selection of high-end brands of products and flavors, but the owner behind the counter has impeccable knowledge of The vape cloud world. Ive been a vapor going on nine years now and he was able to educate me onto a new aspire product that I otherwise would have never given a second thought to. Ive now been a proud owner for about 10 minutes and already extremely satisfied. Not only satisfied with my product but with the experience in the shop and with education given to me by the Mr. CALOOSA himself. 5 all day

Not sure I waited until noon for them to open got there right at 12 they still werent open waited 20 minutes still no one tried calling no answer double checked website to confirm time they opened said 12 so I left and went somewhere else and I bought two e-cig mod kits spent over $200 and they missed out on a sale

Have stopped by here two times now. The 1st time I need batteries. Was told they dont sell charged batteries but he would sell me a pair of his own that were charged. Awesome I thought. Till I get in the truck put the batteries I. And there just as dead as the ones I had with me. Wasted 20 bucks and had to go home get my charged ones. 2nd time I tried to stop by was today. I was on my lunch break sat in there driveway till 12:05 nobody had unlocked the door yet so I left couldnt wait any longer. All In all its a clean little shop but dont trust the owner cause he will out right lie to you. Prolly wont ever stop here again unless Im in major need. Rather hit up Vape it Up in lehigh. There open 24hrs a day and sell completely charged batteries and has better prices.

Way over prized liquids.

Had a great experience the first time I went in when they were making a sale, but when I returned the second time to let them know my product was defective, I was really let down. Was basically told that theres no way my tank could be leaking the way Id described, because he has the same one and nothing has happened to his and he proceeded to put water in it, to prove me wrong. And also made me purchase another coil, instead of replacing the also defective one, that came with the defective tank. After a bunch of research and finding out multiple people have had the same issue with the same tank and having my tank leak as soon as I left (again), I got frustrated and contacted the manufacturer, as no refund or exchange was even hinted at, and I paid well above market price for what I got. Super disappointed. Hoping the manufacturer is more help!Update: truth be told, my tank WAS defective and the manufacturer replaced it free of charge after I sent it to them and they CONFIRMED that it was. Believe it or not, things can be defective whether you want to admit it or not. You wont be open long with an attitude like that. Much rather shop at American Pure Vapor.
