Went in a few months back and two of the ladies helped me make some decisions about a toy. The ladies made me feel very comfortable and were very knowledgeable. My girlfriend was EXTREMELY pleased.

Listen the store is good dont get me wrong the reason why Im giving it 3 stars is because I am tired of having to ID every single time if a guy comes in late at night he obviously does not want to be seen walking in that store in public you should be happy that teenage boys try to buy these things because theyre not trying to ruin a girls life theyre trying to satisfy their needs through other means I am of age stop ID me every single time I have a bike it is very annoying to ride 20 minutes down just to get an ID I have a mustache I have a beard I have my own credit card debit card and bills

A tad too pricey vs Tender moments. They will not speak about prices over the phone with you, at all. Unlike other stores that will glady tell you prices. Bought a toy in the $200 range and could not use it because the bluetooth was not working properly even though the lady who informed me about the product told me differently. Would not refund me, and would not do anything to help. Very poor customer service. Highly reccomend Tender moments in fort myers or cape. Stay away from seductions unless you have over $100 to spend on items really.

Never again will I shop here just because of one rude employee!

I called asking about stiletto shoes. I was looking on amazon at pricing which varies around 80-100$ so I called this store asking if they had what I was looking for and she informed me they had them but when I asked about a pricing estimate (which was the point of my call) I was told “I can’t discuss prices over the phone”. So let me get this straight...you can tell me you have the product, answer every question I have about the product, but can’t give me a price? Dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. I’m so annoyed I’m not even bothering to make the trip there.

After seeing the reviews I was relunctant on visiting this business.What I found were friendly and knowledgeable staff that were willing to answer my questions on multiple topics.I dont visit many adult stores so I cannot comment on price since that is another big complaint but I found the prices reasonable especially since they were of good quality.Feel free to form your own opinion based on your own experience in this case, Im glad I did.

Go to Tender Moments because this place is WAY OVERPRICED, they sell stuff that is outdated and you can buy on amazon for 1/4th of the price they sell it for. They buy sets of plugs 3 in a set from Amazon for $14 and then resell each one separately for $60. Do not shop here everything is overpriced. P.S. The plugs were not for me haha.

Very clean.. the front area is well merchandised... The toy area not so well merchandised... Still they have a pretty good selection of toys and DVDs.. Not as classy as some Ive been to. With the popularity of 50 Shades Im surprised they dont have more serious BDSM gear.

Left a not so nice review few months ago, I am not sure if the staff changed or what. Always very kind when I come in and ask if I need help everytime. A lil pricey but thats how all stores are unless you order online.

Customer service is extremely horrible and the worst I have ever received in my life. The environment is very hostile due to the employees making customers feel unwelcomed. They treated me as if I were a criminal and threatened to call the cops on me because they thought I was stealing! Of course I showed them my receipt and they still gave me a nasty attitude instead of apologizing for such a ruthless accusation. Never will I shop here again. I love the items at this store, but its not worth going to a shop where the employees dont care about the customers. They seem to not like their job. Its not worth your time or dignity to stop by. If I could honestly rate this place, Id give it 1/4 of a star.

Customer service Very Poor and one of the Girls was Very Rude and out of place asking me for ID when when Im a regular Customer, another person came into the store and she did not ask him for ID but she sold him with out asking him for ID maybe. From one look at my face anyone can tell Im 30 years old also Im a Regular Customer. I purchased a pack of condems and realized on my receipt they charged me double the amount of what they normally cost. I immediately walked back into the store and they said they knew they charged double the amount then what they normally cost but that was the stores price and since I just stepped outside the door of the store they would not allow me to return them. I will never be back to that store what a horrible buisness to know they are ripping people off on purpose!
