This part is amazing it’s very spacious and has a lot of activities for you to do. There’s a community center. There is a playground. There is a basketball court. There is a exercise place. And there’s a lot of grass right around it with benches. The bathrooms are decent and the water is not nasty. You can play how you want to and it closes at good enough time.

Covered area to share, eat and socialize. Enjoyed Honoring the elders

I have been going to this park every since they made the grounds a park. For those that dont know. It use to be a good Croce back in the days. I myself I have lived the N. W. part of town 63 years now. I once landed a 12 pound 6ounce bass out of the lake at that park. Its has a very nice trail around the lake. Stop by sometime take a walk around. You just might be impressed..

Peace of mind is where you can go to relax your mind and think also a fun place to do some early morning or evening exercise it’s always a peace of mind when I visit hope this help for a trip of peace of mind

Itd be nicer if it had more electrical outlets

This place is big enough to accommodate an event with a large audience. Plenty of parking spaces available. Want to strengthen your upper body? There is an outdoor exercise equipment that will help you to achieve that goal.

Relaxing small city park. Stream nearby. Adjacent to Broward Library branch. Adequate free parking. Nearby city gym.

Banquet facility was very nice, staff on duty was friendly. Great place for a private function, I attended a birthday celebration.

Attended my cousins baby shower and shes expecting her first bundle of joy! Although the event was very special for her it was stressful because we have a big family and the banquet hall inside was not large enough to accommodate a family of size. We didnt reach the maximum capacity limit, but I figured they were not prepared because they seemed to have a difficult time finding chairs so many of our family members including children had to stand while eating and or share a seat. This was very uncomfortable and unfortunate because this room was booked in advance and enough chairs shouldve been provided. When we went to locate the person on staff to assist us with this issue the person left the window unattended for an extended period of time. Towards the end of the event, finally appeared with about 5 chairs which still was not enough. However, when it was time to clean up the hall, suddenly people appeared from everywhere to help take up tables and chairs. I dont recommend large events such as baby showers or parties to be booked here. I dont think the staff here is very helpful either. They were nice but not very helpful!

The outside of the community building looks pretty uninviting, kinda like a fortress with bars. It looks permanently closed, but once inside is a cool oasis with 2 or 3 rooms available for parties. It would be great for baby showers, parties or a small wedding. Also it is in the same park area as the African American Library

Its not all that, but its a decent park. Theres a playground for the kids as well as a double basketball court to shoot hoops. If you want to workout there is also an area with small equipment to get your muscles going. Its not much if youre someone thats used to hitting weights in the gym, but its enough to get you active.

We keep the park clean every 3rd saturday of the month!

Nice park. Sadly there was a lot of trash but thankfully there’s an awesome group that meets every third Saturday to go out kayaking and help clean it up!

Great nature place, great to have family gathers my father has church there with the homless people, awsome workers.
