Great food! Great drinks! Very clean and fun atmosphere!

The entire experience is sophisticated without being pretentious. Upon arrival, each guest is given the opportunity to open a tab and then given a card key that can be swiped at each tasting station downstairs. Its wonderful to not have to worry about tipping or having enough cash.

I had a good time. It was my Prez. of the motorcycle club that Im in (Black Sheep) fiancé birthday.The food is very tasty. Good job Chef! The place done got a bigger crowd now. Plus the live bands that Ive seen preforming there so far is good too.

I went for a birthday party. (1st time there) The musicians were amazing! (4 on set) The songstress kept the audience engaged. There was an artist on site and the food and drinks were good. Nice vibes.

The live music was fantastic and the vibe in the place was lively, warm and welcoming. There is a cover charge but I suppose its the price you pay for live entertainment. Seems like the perfect place to hang with your lady friends, but dont expect to find many men here .. lol. Ill definitely be back for a visit.

Last night was my first experience at this lounge. I must say everything was amazing. The customer service, the food & drinks, the atmosphere, the music....EVERYTHING. I must say I truly enjoyed my night and will return again.

The burgers are so thick, delicious & juicy and the fries are devine! Service is impeccable! Love it here.

It was my first time there to celebrate a friends birthday. Our server, Shanel, was great! The food was delicious. Rita Wilburn and the band were phenomenal. The spoken word performances were diverse and thought provoking. I will definitely visit again.

I LOVE this place! NYSW is a relaxed yet classy atmosphere with a New York City/Soho vibe. There are multiple seating areas that fill up quickly. The live band played Cuban-Latin rhythms that made my temperature rise and had bodies swaying all night with musical euphoria. The walls are covered with muted bamboo, with paintings and/or lithographs of musicians and musical symbols dispersed throughout the venue. Oh, and the drinks and food are very generous too. I didnt eat but I drank, and my cocktail was the cats meow. I cant wait to go back!!! So, what are you waiting for?

I really enjoyed this place. I live in South Florida but felt like I was out of town in Chicago or Detroit. Its such a nice vibe. Great ambiance, food, music & staff. I will definitely be returning more often.

The food was great this was on Valentines Day tables with setup to enjoy the holiday they provided Strawberries dipped in chocolate which was a nice Touch Roses on the tables it just was a nice touch. The music was excellent had a nice jazz band they were very personable they had a good mix of Music. People up dancing every single song that they played I was celebrating my birthday and they were certainly others in the audience but I felt like very special it was a wonderful evening I would recommend it for anyone of all ages

I wanted to hear some poetry. And I was told to come here..well I came and it was the kind of place.I can sit and just enjoy the band. Its a nice little place love the decor and although they have alcohol served. Its not like a rowdy crowd with people trampling over you or in your face.They have places where u can be off to yourself and just enjoy the vibe. I really can say when I want to just get away and vibe into a world of music.Without all the other stuff no one bothered me.And I loved it me myself & IThis is definitely my kinda spot.

HAPPY HOUR**** It was my fiancee and I first time here. We tried this place before going home after work. Greeted by the man outside. Offered the $5 buffet. Took the offer. There was a Spinach dip taste good, chicken egg roll pretty good, the veggie pasta yummy very good to me. The wings it was edible. It was serve on a small appetizer plate but it was feasible. The drinks was pretty good and it was was half price. So with that being said I enjoyed my time .

Very tropical atmosphere. Staff are friendly, professional and courteous. There is inside seating with a bar and outside seating with a bar. The drinks are strong and the food menu has some great options. The lice band is very awesome

Sat, Jan 19If I could give them zero stars for my experience tonight, I would -- though Im sure they are a lovely establishment for what they offer musically.Im actually writing this from the brewery down the street because I just walked out after arriving at the jazz lounge 10 minutes ago and paying the 10 dollar admission.The hostess, after learning I was there alone, decided that I could not sit at one of the dining tables (dining is inside the establishment near the stage) but only at the bar near the entrance and street (lovely ambience- sarcasm here) -- or I could sit on a couch by the bar (where the stage is out of view) and eat my meal on a pull-up, TV dinner styled tray.IAmNotKidding.I didnt know whether to laugh or be insulted, but I did know that I wasnt spending another minute or dollar there to be treated like a second class guest when I have a perfectly good dining table at home.Unbelievable!

I love the vibe and you can smoke cigars at the bar. The food and drinks are awesome.

I’m in love with their new fall libations. The Nat King Cole Old Fashioned contains Bulleit Bourbon marinated in fig, vanilla bean, cinnamon, and walnuts. It’s the perfect balance of spices and sweetness. If you’re not a whiskey drinker, you will be after the Nat King Cole. I also enjoyed the lobster tail and spinach, the Key West Salad. Perfect.

This establishment is classy and a great adult vibe. Food delicious and drinks on point. I rated these stars because its time for them to have a bigger venue to hold more people.

Great atmosphere Great for couples or a girls night out. I loved how great music brought people together no matter the race Jazz is loved by all. Food was good the only complaint was that the lobster was over cooked and chewy but other than that it would have been perfect. I will probably come back because I love to support black owned businesses if I do Lobster will not be my first choice

I happened to stumble upon this little hole in the wall jazz lounge in Fort Lauderdale. The music caught my attention. When I walked up I was seated right away, My server knew the menu well and was able to give me great recommendations. I order the pasta first but changed my mind. My server was able change my order without an issue or a manager. My drinks came out in a timely fashion. My food shortly after. I must definitely say my server made my experience here one to talk about. Service is key when comes to dining out for me. Franky did a splendid job serving us. Ask for Franky whenever you visit here trust me you wont be disappointed.F.Y.I. it was his first day serving tables he told me he just moved up from being a busboy..

We were excited about this venue, we really like jazz as we have been to Austin Texas musical scene quite a few times. The atmosphere of the bar is very nice its a smaller place. The drinks are average price 10 to $12.Their house special drinks were okay they werent bad they werent great. Regular pour drinks were very good. There is a cover of $10 a person to cover their music which I thought was a little odd due to the fact that its a jazz place. we did not eat here but the food looked very good and smelled wonderful. Due to the cost of a cover to when and have two drinks and listen to music play it was a very expensive experience I dont know that we would go back just due to the cover charge.

Love this place. Wish more cities had more places like this. Miguel you are revolutionary. And the musicians they are out of this world. Whatever yall doing, dont stop. Keep coming back for more. I have never stopped by there even for a drink and have not been fully entertained. Oh also the food although I would say they need more options on the menu the taste is amazing. Compliments to the chef. Finally I want to mention Rita the singer. I usually catch her on Wednesday nights I believe. You want to catch her performance especially, Tennessee whiskey Oh man, see for your self. Simply amazing. Hats of to Miguel and team.

My thoughts are they have some theives among them... I could go on about the poor service but I want. Dont recommend this spot.

The crowd and ambiance were very inviting and the fried shrimp was good. I thought the place could use more AC but didnt want to hold back on a star because I had a great time there anyway. Ill definitely be back and continue to recommend it.

I’ve been a customer since the ribbon cutting. With that said, tonight had an experience that could have been better. Any business knows that customer retention is the the most important for success. When I arrived tonight I arrived under the assumption that there was a two drink minimum as their Instagram stated. It actually read $2 drink minimum but I knew that had to be a typo. When I arrived there was a cover, which is no big deal however I pointed out that there was a discrepancy in their social media versus the entry fee. Instead of acknowledging their error I was asked if I was on the correct social media platform. When I showed them I was not and they verified it too, no one said thank you, or we apologize, or anything. Just a shrug and nothing. It’s the customer service that could have been handled differently. If an error has been made in any advertisement a business should honor that or at a minimum apologize for the inconvenience- neither happened. I still left 4 stars, but realize that in Broward county there are far too many establishments to be dismissive to customers.

It was a pretty cool spot employees are really friendly service was great, I only purchased and appetizer but is was delicious. Best spinach dip I had ever had and the band and music was great. ... but drinks and menu prices are through the rough . All in all I had a great time though I will definitely go back...

An indoor/outdoor bar with live r&b music and a mature crowd! What more can a grown woman ask for. Definitely need to get here early for seating. And food portion sizes are a bit questionable for the price, however, I have attended a few times now and referred friends who love it too!

Listen this establishment was so awesome that Id already rated it a couple of weeks ago but I just noticed that Id never gave it the recognition that it deserves. I really enjoyed myself here. The live band was soulful and nothing short of AMAZING! I love the ambiance of the lounge. It has a very South Florida jazz feel and is located in beautiful downtown Fort Lauderdale. Yes it is an outdoor venue (they do have an inside seating area as well) but it is awesome and so are the staff. I look forward to seeing the growth of this jewel. They definitely have a regular out of me.

You havent had a good time until youve experienced the Day Party here. Its equivalent to an Old School backyard BBQ with friends/family!The staff is slow and rude, but youll have a great time if you avoid the staff and enjoy the entertainment from the DJ. Hookah available, too!!

We came early because space is limited I read, we were told to sit on the side because other people had reservations thats fine, nevertheless, the other people didnt even come until the second show which would have been ok because we would have been gone. Especially after being told that they were charging for every show even if you are already inside and been seated, I found that strange. It was my husbands birthday he drinks rum, they said they ran out remember we were there early. I found that odd because One most popular drink is Rum, so this is the other reason we would have left early. Most staff were nice, The manager seem cold and like your bothering her when we spoke about sitting, gave us a face.The Bands were awesome, artist was awesome, great music, I had 8 people so it was a bit embarrassing for me regarding the other issues.

Nice Lounge. I must say that staff is unprofessional. I sent an email to make reservation. I did not receive a response. I contacted the restaurant and to clarify if my email was received. I was told that no response was given, because the restaurant is booked. I completely understand restaurants being unable to accommodate a reservation. However, I would have appreciated a response to an email.

Great spot for rnb jazz lovers. Great performances and owner is attentive. Only thing is hefty prices of drinks and food doesnt match the quality. Food is bland drinks are light.

I enjoyed the ambiance, great jazz band, awesome refreshing drinks and tasty appetizers.....Our waitress was really nice and the owner was walking around to make sure that everyone was enjoying themselves and happy with the service. When I think of a Jazz Lounge it is a inside establishment, with nice cozy chairs and soft lighting great ambience and just nice chill spot. This is an outside venue, very small, very clustered,very hot. That was my first time there and all the reviews made me imagine something different. I was disappointed when I arrived. I stayed less than 5 minutes before leaving.
