Staff is incredibly rude. No greeting upon entering, they acted like I wasn’t even there. I asked if masks are required because they weren’t wearing masks. The man I spoke to rudely said masks are required for customers but not for them. Masks are worn to protect everyone, not just them. Very dismissive and rude. If you come here, just don’t speak to the people who work there and you might enjoy yourself.

Whoever was working on Sunday evening couldn’t have been more rude. I was on my phone on a public bench outside the gallery speaking to my sick child when he came out to tell me “to be quiet because he was trying to run a business.” This was at 9 pm on a Sunday night, and the gallery is located next to an extremely popular (and loud) Italian restaurant. Perhaps the artwork inside is beautiful, that staff member’s behavior was extraordinarily ugly.

Strolled into this gallery after dining at a Las Olas restaurant nearby. Some of the work was interesting while others were just plain amateurish. The staff person was well trained at suggesting you are in the presence of world changing art by a major artist. The work is very expensive and you really have to know the artist and the history of the art to accept the value. They went on and on about a museum being built somewhere in the middle east by a wealthy patron. If true, its impressive. However, for me it was interesting to see the work but not something I would add to my collection at this time. Its worth popping in for a look if your in the area.

Amazing art. Have been a very big Jamali fan for years. I purchased my first Jamali piece in 2001 in New York. Two months ago I sold it and got back 12 times my investment. The associate Kayleigh was extremely knowledgeable about the process in which the piece was created. I havent purchased it yet but felt obligated to share my experience with the Las Olas gallery thus far.
