Do not trust this company!!!I placed an order for a coral in April for almost seven hundred dollars. It is now September and I have not received the order they stated was in stock. I have exchanged over 40 emails with the company requesting a refund. They are completely unwilling to offer that as an option. They keep telling me they will get me my order and new shipments are coming and then they go silent. I have to now contact my bank to report this as fraud. They have taken my money for no product.

Do NOT trust these people. Tom Hellwig stole over $2,700.00 from me. He gave me about 10% of my order , some of which was dead ,then ghosted me its been 6 months. I reported them to the BBB. They have several complaints. Their website about NASA ect. Blah, blah ,blah all a made up fantasy. This is a complete SCAM and these are criminals. Criminal complaint with police, next stop.

Double checked my account and it did get taken July 6th never have you ever?!really?? Still have not gotten a response from my emails Ordered on the 4th of July just plants i did not order with the normal places i order from because of the wait time they dont give you a delivery date or estimate Ive emailed a few times no response they are not taking calls at this time I see many of the reviews are because of wait time smells scammy if you have things on your site they should already be at quality cant find another way to get a response or refund no option i really dont want to go to the bank and fix it

Absolute scam. Charged my card and never sent the goods. Do not return calls. Return e-mails SOME e-mails after a great deal of time. Said a couple of times they were shipping - never did. Now went silent. Stay away from these crooks.

Total SCAM! Scam artist will take your money and not deliver product! Emails and phone calls go unanswered! Potential buyers please beware!

Ordered my fish over 3-4 weeks ago, was told after they charged me, my fish were ready after two weeks. I was leaving town asked to hold delivery till following week(last week). They said yes, I have since emailed multiple times with no response and I have been billed with no fish no correspondence. I DO NOT recommend this vender! Very slow poor communications!

Well...the part of the transaction that actually went through was fine.I ended up waiting maybe a month and a half for a shrimp pair, and Ive been requesting my refund but have yet to get ahold of anyone. Cant say that I would recommend them after that experience.

Absolutely amazing aquarium! The staff did an amazing job customizing a beautiful aquarium for me with a great array of beautiful fish, and they did everything for me, so all I have to do is enjoy! I highly recommend Aquarium Creations!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!!!takes serveral days to get a response (phone or email).....cancelled my order after over a week without being shipped, was promised a refund over 2 weeks ago no refund was issued, had to file a dispute with my bank and with square..pleanty of other reputable vendors to do business with

Ok gather around everyone and let me tell you all a tale. So let me start off by saying that if I could do 0 stars I would and I know a lot of people say this in bad reviews but it is truly what I feel this company deserves. I have placed two separate orders with this company and neither were good expierences( actually that is an understatement ). The original order I placed was for a sponge and after 3 weeks of hearing nothing on the status of my order I gave them a call and I did actually talk to someone who informed me that the spong was still growing and would be ready in a few weeks and would keep me updated on its progress. Well guess what they didn’t, a literal month went by without hearing anything!So at this point I called them again with no one answering and I left a message but did not receive anything in return. Now I figured I’d email them about my complaint and wanting a refund. After a few days I got a response and a credit to their store. I was mostly satisfied because as we all know mistakes happen. Surely this could not happen twice ( I think everyone can guess what happens next right? ). I know everyone is just on the edge of there seat waiting to find out.Now having once again placed an order with the credit they gave ( for a mushroom coral ) I waited a couple weeks like they said and..... once again got no updates and nothing was shipped to me. So I emailed them and called them several times getting no response, This went on for a week. Honestly at this point it wasn’t even worth the agravation that this incompetent joke of a company was causing me and I just let it go and took the loss. They got my money, kept my products, and caused me a great deal of agravation. Which I’m sure there all laughing about while there sitting on a chair made up of my money as well as what I assume is a bunch of others peoples money that they “ mistakenly kept”. I mean we all need furniture right. WHAT A JOKE well at least someone is laughing and enjoying my money for me!!!! As you may guess I don’t recommend this company in any way, shape, or form.

Put in an order three weeks ago and still no communication as to status of order. I have emailed and called with no luck. I would not recommend them to anyone and just goes to show why we should only buy from our local LFS. Horrible Experience and shouldnt be! I dont understand how hard it is to just drop a simple text, or email with order status.Customer service isnt that hard!

Placed an order on 2/8/2019. I have yet to receive a response to any of the calls, faxes, or emails that i made. Unfortunately, I believe i have lost my money and never received my order. Bad business and scammers. Please avoid ordering from this website at all costs.

Absolutely rediculous! Cannot express how bad their customer service is. They not only would never communicate with me in regards to the status of my order they then sent me the wrong rock. Of course, now I can’t contact anyone. They don’t respond to emails or phone calls. The only response that I have received was through PayPal saying to send back the rock and they will refund me the money! Worse customer service / experience ever!!!

Because I couldnt make up my mind on which live rock I wanted, just ordered the premium combo deal. Good choice for me. ACO sent me half pacific shelf and half Bali. Worked out awesome. Had I ordered these individually it would have been much more. I also ordered their base rock but I wasnt impressed with it. Although it was as advertised and pretty much what was puctured on website it just was blah. I turned around and ordered my CUC from them for my tank and a few zoas for my daughters tank. A little slow on shipping( which is why I only gave 4 stars) but product was top notch. Zoas are already opening after only a few hours in tank. The diversity in their CUC deals were a lot better than other retailers I had considered. They will definately get more of my business.

Great fish, nice enough guys, but if something goes wrong they ignore nearly all your calls and emails.
