Management is the problem, will never answer or return a call. I was promised my deposit back within 2 weeks. Its been many months. Who owns this place? Calling the BBB to get results.

Nice trailer park. They accept campers for long term stays.

Getting to be a run down trailer park. Over Priced lot rent. If your looking for a nicely kept mobile home park go to Palace Park located at the north end of Fort Dodge Ia..just off Hwy.169 and hwy. 7 behind the Starlight restaurant & Motel.

This park is full of broken down trailers, abandoned and a mess. There are a few nice mobile homes, and some home owners really work hard on their lots, but they are surrounded by a park that looks neglected. There is no laundry, no park, the grass is overgrown, the roads are bad and the trees are needing trimming. I dont know how they keep their tenants, or how they expect to get new homes...unless they do some serious maintenence!

Its a great place to live as long as you dont want a big yard for your kids to play in lol

So sad, used to be mostly occupied spaces with kept lots, now empty lots and many rundown deserted trailers.

Too many empty, old and dilapidated trailers. Roads need serious repairs, poor maintenance

People are nice but the management is crapy. They dont even live around here and raise the prices my friend just got the trailer in his name and they are taking him to court for the past due bill. Stupid they should only be able to charge him for how ever long is been in his name.
