My son and I had a blast Labor Day weekend.. First time on a go karts by himself. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We spend 5 1/2 hours there. The price was very reasonable. We live almost 3 hous away and we will be making the drive again.

Did place to go with the family and the adult kid at heart. Any always a great 4th of July celebration!!

Horrible service for a bday party. I had to get everything except for the pizza. No 1 checked on us. I had to ask what to do and where to go. Not friendly at all. Kicked us out of our room because they had another party which wasnt even told to us. The 1st bday party we had there 3 years ago was amazing this time horrible. Wont do it again. Also booking the party wasnt good either. Had to call 3 times and send an email. After the last call finally they booked it after 4 days.

Fantastic destination for the whole family! Have been there dozens of times to play games, weddings, and even fireworks! The manager Jordon is incredibly knowledgeable and understand the meaning of F U N!

I would say this is a great place but the service is a little slow I was playing mini bowling and I had an issue and it took a good 8 min for staff to help

Best place for a Former veteran and police officer like me to relax a little with some good old fashioned arcade games. Thanks Jordan youre an American hero.

Where to start the mini golf is super boring, the go karts hardly even go they don’t disinfect anything when they should be with covid going around.the prizes you get for what you pay is ridiculous we will not be back a waste of 100 dollars

Amazing n fun

Went a couple of weeks ago and had mixed feelings. We enjoyed the mini-golf, but the karts and bumper-boats appeared unmanned and no-one could answer if they were open or even how much it would cost to go on them. Tried to buy snacks but at no point during our visit could we find anyone serving.So, good half an hour, but it could have been so much better.

Our family did this escape room “The Hoax” last night while visiting Fort Dodge to watch some Iowa Central baseball. It was new to Fort Frenzy and the staff was helpful and was accepting of feedback! A great family outing! Highly recommend!!! Thank you Fort Frenzy!!!

We loved the place other than the staff. They did not do a good job of explaining the 20.00 pass. What they said did not match what I thought. I asked the price of certain things like the laser tag and was under the impression that it used funds on my card. Nobody bothered to mention that when you pay the 20.00 pass, those are included. So I ended up putting more money on our cards for the arcade games and wasnt told until it was time to leave that we could have the done the Valo jump and laser tag multiple times. We did not even got to the bumper cars because I was given a price. I spent 20.00 MORE than planned. Most employees did not seem happy to be there. Not rude. Just didnt care.It was however very clean and we enjoyed it for the most part. We will be back now that I know what I am paying for.

This place is fantastic. Our kids had a blast especially riding the go karts. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of and that everyone had a great time. We will definitely be going back soon.

Because its fun and a great place to go for celebrations and more and has great games like laser tag miniature golf and go carts which are really fun and they have a great arcade and snack selection.

Kids had a blast playing there for the afternoon. Their ages are 12 and 10. Lots to do and fun games to play.

My son always has an absolute blast!! You can really enjoy yourself with your family here. So much to do.

My kids were kind of let down with theyre 1st Fort Frenzy experience. Very friendly staff, but quite pricey. The prices for most of the arcade games are $1.25 or more for one attempt. My 3 kids burned through over $150 in under 2 hours. So, bring plenty of cash. The bumper cars, laser tag, trampoline game, bowling, miniature golf and go karts are included in the admission pass and you can play those as much as you want. The go karts and mini golf were closed today because the outdoor temp was only 47°. Apparently they dont open those attractions unless its at least 50° outdoors. This is not posted on their website and would have been nice to know prior to going. We definitely would not have gone today had we known the golfing and go karts were closed. We alerted staff to several of their arcade games that were malfunctioning and they did their best to refund our money each time a game didnt work. After the 5th time, I just gave up because I didnt want to hassle them anymore. All in all, it wasnt the best experience. But the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We may try another time, but only if the mini golf and go karts are open. I recommend calling them 1st to make sure all attractions are up and running.

We went about a half hour after opening just for mini golf. The worker was just cleaning the balls from the last hole and there was still trash from the night before. I think we counted a be dozen items between the empty water bottles,a beer can and cups throughout the course. Spent nearly 2 hours there and at the beginning was the only time we saw a staff member by the mini golf course. Will say they seemed helpful for those who did go karts and bummer boats. The course itself seemed repetitive in the type of obstacles for the holes. We also had to make up a par for each hole as it was not posted by the hole or on a score sheet.

Kids had a blast. we spent $30 per kid and they had fun for over 3 hours. The staff was awesome!

Went there just yesterday. It was disappointing. Half of everything is broken. Prices are to high for what you get. Went there to ride go karts. It seemed as if you only had the ability to ride 10 karts and most of them where double karts. The rest of the karts appeared to be broken. Then in laser tag. All the vests have something worng with it. Lights not working sensors to shoot each other not working. Overall my hard earned money went to waste to have some fun with broken equipment. I will never go back there to waste my money to play with broken stuff. If you own a entertainment facility might want to make sure your equipment all works expcaly if you are making people spend an arm and a leg for it.

Sue is an amazingly helpful worker! Every experience Ive had here is great for the kids! Yes it isnt the most adult friendly type of arcade but the kids are the focus which is the point. Laser tag and bumper boats are super fun for all ages including parents!

Its a good place for families it has everything for adults and children alike. Prices are reasonable and the time limits for the rides are very good. Pizza and other food is a tad expensive but you get free refills on soft drinks. Clean and for the most part staff are available to help you out.

Super friendly staff the provide free events which is helpful for families with low income to still enjoy some fun. Ive gone to a few events here and i was blown away on how they can make the skating rink so fancy. I also used to do catering with Olde Boston here and it was very clean area.

It is a step in the right direction for things fort dodge needs but is lacking at the same time. Kids had a good time for a while but eventually got board.

It was a great day with the family. Everyone had fun. The pizza was good - great crust. Bought family passes. On-line discount. 8 people, $20 each. Unlimited pizza buffet, 2 hours of activities, plus $15 each for games.

Buffet is absolutely horrible. Game selection is pretty weak. Laser tag is good. Skating rink is good. Bowling is okay when it works. Kids had fun anyway.

Fantastic. The kids never ran out of things to do. And not to toot my own horn but I won 500 tickets on a game. Soooo I was pretty happy, also from the super fun laser tag course, but still. :) it was a blast.

Nice, clean place. Lots of fun things to do. It is pricey though. $16 pass will give you 2 hrs of inside and outside fun. Having said that, it would be nice if they had kid prices. If you cant ride all the rides because of your height you shouldnt have to pay full price. Also, Josh was very nice and gave me a refund for one of my kids that didnt do anything.

Very disappointed, paid for vip birthday package and didn’t get half of the service we were promised *add* it’s now 3 months later from my review and I’m just now getting a response from them saying I hope this got worked out with a sales director! Guess what, no it never did my kid had a lousy birthday and no one rectified the situation!

We went and spent the day at Fort frenzy. Was fun, the selection was good for the area. My friend said they changed out the arcade games since the last time he went. Good price for what you get.

Fun place for a birthday party, however there staff was the worst experience. Still can’t believe I paid to have the staff roll their eyes and disappear and stand in line for 5 mins for an empty ride. It’s bad when you have to go out searching for the staff because they are to busy talking with each other and on their phones to acknowledge you. It’s bad when you get better service at mc Donald’s. I’d recommend this place to have fun, but to pay that much money for a birthday party and all the things that you are told they will provide for your party, and none of it happens... just a giant let down. The Jen the manger is awesome and helped us more than her staff, if she had new staff I bet we would have had a great time.

This place is wonderful. Every time we pass through Ft. Dodge, we have to stop here. Our youngest loves playing their fishing game and we all really enjoy the bumper cars.

We took our son to have some fun but found that it wasnt much more than an overpriced arcade. The staff was friendly but the food was horrible and a good number of the arcade machines were in need of repair. extremely disappointing to say the least.

We went there for a school field trip. It was fun but had to wait 1 hour for the manager to come fix kiosk and get my money back. I lost an hour of my 2-hour pass and my friends lost an hour too. When I finally got my money back we only had like 45 mins of our passes. It wasnt one of my best experiences there. Good place, but not that efficient! :(

Just went there to take the kids roller skating. Only 2 cars in the lot. We thought the place closed. Went in and nobody around. Anywhere. Doors to skate area closed. After standing around for 5 minutes waiting for someone to show up to the register we left. If you wanna see how to run a business to the ground head there tonight

Came for kids birthday at 5pm thinking the buffet was good and you think 1 pizza on the buffet is a buffet? Very horrible experience and will not return to this place!!

Mini bowling is great fun. Lazer tag with friends is always a good time burner. Go-carts is fun but shuts down kinda early in the season.

I would not recommend this place. The pizza buffet had no pizza a couple times. We had to ask for pizza to be made. All the tables were dirty, you had to clean them off to eat. Bathroom was gross.
