They do a great job teaching swim to youth in a balanced way.

I went to one trial lesson in 2017 and consented to pay $55 for the membership. I realized it wasnt for me and cancelled my membership. Despite that, the following months I kept receiving emails that they couldnt process my now expired card. I would email back, multiple times that I dont swim with them anymore and thats why it wont process. Now in August 2018, somehow they found my new card information and charged me $305 for a membership I cancelled and the fees associated with it. I tried contacting multiple people, left voicemails and nobody is getting back to me. The coaches might be great, but the company definitely isnt.Update : Someone has gotten back with me and says well sort it out. Im hoping this will get fixed.
