I purchased a christmas tree for curbside pickup. The tree was in stock when I purchased it, payment went through, and I received an email saying it was ready to pick up. I live like two miles from this store. In the 10 minutes it took me to get in my car and drive to pick up my order, they sold that tree. The tree I had already paid for. Their response when I got there? Someone beat you to it. I had already paid for it. I was told it was waiting for me to pick it up. And somehow... someone... beat me to the tree I had already purchased. Cute. And supposedly they are going to refund the money. But I have yet to get that money back. Today was supposed to be a nice day decorating the tree for my sons first christmas. Instead, I got a wasted trip to Michaels and get to wait for my money to travel through the void back to me so I can try to get another tree elsewhere. Thanks, Michaels!

No Diamond Dotz in store right now but theyre doing a good job keeping people safe. The store is clean and the people are friendly!

This Michaels is just fantastic and they never disappoint. The aisles are always stocked and they have just about everything your crafty heart could want. If you use the app theres always coupons that can be applied to your purchases which is even better. The staff are very helpful and the store stays very clean.

My experiences are specifically with the custom framing area of the store. We have had over 30 different items framed here ranging from magazine clippings to artists originals. We are always treated as friends and guests. I will specifically commend Ben for working with us through the years. It is because of the first piece that he did for us 8 years ago that we continue to come back. Through the years others have been noteworthy, specifically Gerry and Trapp (though I understand both have moved on to other locations). Still, the team here has always presented us with pieces that accentuate the original artwork in ways that make the whole piece greater than the sum of its parts.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff; found all the outdoor Christmas decor I sought; the workers were also organized regarding my online order. Ill be back!

I havent been to enough Michaels to rate or give a comparison, but I will give this store 5 stars for being covid-19 friendly, meaning mask aplenty from employees to customers alike, as well as the screen setups at the registers. Well done Michaels for keeping yourselves as well as us safe.

This rating is for the Michaels in Greeley right off 35th avenue. As always the staff was friendly and helpful. I had an order to pick up as well as wanting to shop around a little bit it had been a long time since I had been able to be in the store. I was able to find things I needed to complete some projects at home and got some great ideas for some new projects. My only complaint is the wait time at the register because they only had one register open when I was in line and several people ahead of me. I felt bad for the cashier, who was very friendly and professional.

I know what youre thinking... This place is staffed entirely by people named Michael, and you have to be named Michael to shop there. Well youre wrong. Its actually filled with plenty of helpful non-Michael employees to assist with all your crafting and creative needs. Its also a great place to buy a custom frame. Which is what I did. And my name is not even Michael.

Great selection. The store isnt always very well organized but its not super cluttered either. They also always have great coupons to utilize to make it even more cost effective. One thing I was shocked was their lack of fabrics for sewing.

Ahh, the world of Michaels - full of wonder, hope, excitement, creativity and a labyrinth that will hide the thing youre looking for in a completely logical place that your brain couldnt think of.So, Im lost in Michaels. Up comes Tyra who knows where practically everything in the world is, rolling a restock cart down the middle aisle and telling customers left and right where to find specific things, not breaking strideShe then makes it back to rocking out the cash register while theres a line backed up and the rest of the team was scrambling around, trying to help customers but beyond their abilities. Again Tyra to the save, shotgun calling locations from three registers down like a bossI do not to go to hobby lobby for various reasons, and Tyra is definitely the best reason about coming to Michaels. I bought a $100 picture frame, took it home and it doesnt quite fit my picture. I go yo tske it back and i am informed that they are bo longer doing returns. I was never told this upon checkout and its not anywhere on my receipt. It was totally irresponsible that their policy is not posted anywhere and customers are not informed of tje policy

This is your general craft store. Lots of stuff to keep the person with any hobby busy. The check out line was massive sure to Christmas, and we still went through very quickly. They do seem to run out of products quickly, however this may have been because of Christmas.

The staff were friendly and very helpful when my wife and I couldnt find a particular item. Thanks for their help we were able to complete our display boards for an upcoming craft fair. They have so much items to choose from.

I will go in expecting to spend 50 dollars and I leave spending 300. They have everything you wish you could do good, (crafty, no? ) there so you buy ther best thinking you can do the best and then youll have fun trying. Till you realize your not good enough to make it your new side job, or even decorate your house. Love them so much.

I want a 4.5. Sometimes areas are unkempt and not restocked well. I crochet, knit, make jewelry, and learning a few other crafts. They mostly have what I need to do my projects.

Tend to spend more money than I plan in when I go here but the gal behind the counter today give me 2 extra coupons which lowered me to my budget. Happy with this location of many others Ive been to as an avid crafter thats important to me.

The aisles are pretty narrow and things have been moved since I was there last. I did find all but one item on my list--super fine non-wool yarn but neither did the other two stores I visited

Its a good place to shop for all your crafty needs but the cart was too small for my infant carseat so I had to carry her all over the store, and there were so many people in line when I went to check out..but still product wise they are good at decent prices.

Ive used Michaels custom framing service on a few occasions. Excellent work. They also run coupons or discounts for services and merchandise frequently. Have also purchased candles and holders, frames, beads and charms and have been pleased with the quality. Nice store, helpful employees.

Michaels is a craft store not an art store. In Fort Collins we had a store for artists called Aaron Brothers. Unfortunately it closed. Michaels owns Aaron Brothers and artists were told not to worry because of that. Well Michaels is no Aaron Bros. Not anywhere the supplies artists need. However it is affordable and I frequently use it. This is not a comment on its custom framing which I have not used.

Tried to make it in and out fast, but i couldnt find a worker for a good 5 minutes. Once I tracked down an employee I found what I was looking for. This store is usually well organized, easy to find things. Love coming here for crafting projects. The gal that works in framing is really nice and super helpful.

I really enjoy shopping here. Every time I go for art supplies, craft materials, or creative enrichment goods I find what Im after.They have a clean and welcoming environment. Their supplies are logically categorized and the staff have always been helpful.The store has great annual sales, good seasonal clearance deals, and weekly coupons if you sign up for the email service.The framing department is very professional and handles both original art and photo prints with care and respect.The store also offers creative classes on variety of topics to help those who need do it yourself instruction or support.Its really a great place for creative resources and materials.

I grew up with Michaels being the only craft store in my area. I remember that they carried a wide range of products and variety. Maybe this location is too small?

The selection of beads is almost nil now, which is disappointing.

Love exploring, though all the products dont have price tags and we couldnt find someone to help price check so we eventually wandered till we found the paint we needed that had a price tag.

Store is clean and well stocked. Minimal staff. While shopping at this store there were two employees visible. Both at the check out. I had to walk to the front if the store, wait in line behind paying customers to have my question answered.

Nice Michaels was well stocked when on Black Friday weekend. Helpful staff, even gave coupons for use same day at the register. All registers open and running, which really bugs me when there are lines and businesses dont do that because what they really say is your time and convienent are not as important as our bottom line. So extra star for being considerate of my time. Also for the coupon book that goes until New Years for all my holiday projects.

Went to get a model car to build and they had like 10 to choose from very poor selection. Then i went to exit out the door i came in and it wouldnt open i had to walk all the way around to the other door ment for exiting. This is strictly against fire code as all doors must be operational to exit the bldg. I will be letting the fire inspectors office know of this critical violation.

Good store. Not many sales folks on the floor to help. The big guy in the frame area is super jerky. Dont bother with him unless you want to wait for him to finish his other tasks ( like making ALL his calls to customers for order pickup) before acknowledging you and even then, he acts as it is inconvenient. I have experienced this a few times. If you want help trying to find a frame for your own art or photos, forget it. Go to Hobby Lobby. Michaels has good sales and keeps you informed of them if sign up to be a loyal member.( but you dont earn rewards) and have their app. Lines can be long at times.

Micheals is the perfect place for baking accessories, craft supplies, and decor for any time or season. Their wide variety and selection of unique items is endless and youre guaranteed to find exactly what youre looking for no matter what it may be. Though some things seem pricey, its always of quality and quite frankly worth it. Im able to find everything I ever need there for every occasion and every mishap-for last second birthdays, seasonal parties, and miscellaneous goods I cant find anywhere else. Its a one stop wonder with great customer service and easy-to-navigate Isles. you can find everything youre looking for and more when you are there, you might accidentally leave with a couple more things than you planned for too!

Nice place for just about every trendy craft currently. Big store lots of goodies and a bunch of cashiers so even with really long lines for the holidays the line keeps on moving with minimal delays. That makes the lines so much more bearable. Also the prices here are really good and not over priced.
