This was a very good place to camp with the kids. Outstanding facilities that are very clean. Lots of activities for the youngins. Karaoke night for adults, Dustin DeBruin and his wife Tiffany, do a great job hosting and are so gracious with everyone. The family and I will definitely be back! Highly recommended

I dont know what the previous ownership was like or how they took care of the park. I have meet one of the new owners Bud.(I believe him and his wife own it together) I can see that the present owners and their staff are individuals that are very involved in the proper care and quality of it. They are down to earth people. You can see improvements happening all season long. This is the second jellystone weve had a seasonal at. Weve stayed at others on long weekend vacations. A+++ to the owners and their team.

Hot tips:1. Call to book (online request didnt work?)2. Rent a golf cart. Youll want it and they book fast.3. Bring cashWe had a wonderful time, and I would give 5 stars, except their check-in/registration format is a mess. Check in is 3pm, so we expected it to be busy. We arrived around 4pm. There were two gentlemen down at the gates offering to check everyone in, except they didnt have our paperwork, or the 6 other cars in front of is. They told us to head up to the main lodge to check in. We queued in line with 6 other rigs. I jumped out and went in. It was a bit chaotic. Three different lines, six employees all doing different things. Some were helping customers, some were training, some were finding pens, some were trying to close down a register (and count it)-seems like a bad time to do that. So, I was asked three or four times if I was being helped because everyone seemed to just kinda stare at you and walk away. They still didnt have our paperwork, even though we booked earlier in the week and paid up front (this was another crazy process involving being on the phone with three different employees). Finally, we were checked in and handed 3 packets of paperwork plus three loose sheets of info. It was a bit overwhelming. Less menus would be good unless guests ask? Or a folder? The staff were very helpful the c rest of the weekend. Just maybe need to work out some kinks in the office? After we checked in, the phone lines and credit card machine were down for the whole weekend. I imagine this might have been frustrating for anyone checking in after us needing to pay or rent a golf cart, etc. Their website was not updated with current information, and there was a guest who was expecting a chocolate themed weekend, per the website, but was told upon check in that they were not doing it. I also submitted an information request online, as it directs you to do in order to make a reservation and never heard back, so I called and booked that way. OVERALL, it was great and well be back!

The campsite was quite nice. There were parts of the park that needed attention by maintenance, however. The playgrounds had a decent amount of trash on the ground and on the picnic tables. The pool deck of the upper pool was littered with food that had been dropped and then stepped on, wrappers, dissolving tissue, and tons of broken water balloons (which were being tossed into the pool by a kid and the lifeguard did nothing about).Realistically people should respect the area more and clean up after themselves, but since they didnt, youd think a lifeguard would either take care of it or call maintenance. We figured it would be cleaner the next day, especially since we went to the pool earlier, but that wasnt the case.As far as the lifeguards go, we saw three different ones at the main pool and their attention was rarely on the pool. One was eating his breakfast and one was regularly on her phone. It would really be better to not have a guard at all so and keep parents responsible for their kids, rather than them assuming theyre kids are being looked after. For a budget campground it was a good visit and we would go back again, especially since the focus is really about camping and not the amenities. However, this could easily be a 5 star place with some attention to detail.

Nobody wore masks in the camp store. The cashier wasnt wearing a mask either and she had a horrible attitude. The campsites are so close together that privacy is non existent. There were also teenagers driving golf carts around the campground like it was their own personal race track. They were constantly blaring their loud music . This isnt a campground its a shantytown. Run as fast as you can from this place

Had a great time, staff was friendly, up kept and clean and reasonably priced. Bit unorganized in the ranger station, but I think because the place was up to capacity. They did help us change sites because the ones that were available during reservation had more rocks than anything. Overall was a nice place, the rest of the campers were really friendly too. Definitely will be back. Some mosquitos, so bring some bug spray for the evenings/night.

Super friendly staff, lots of fun things to do as a family with the kids, 2 pools with places to sit and lounge with umbrellas, inflatables for the kids to play on. Themed weekends for the kids and adults to play. Awesome time spent with the family. They also have a small catch and release pond for the fishing enthusiasts. This park is very concerned about everyone safety while having fun so there are a few rules to follow. They also have golf carts to rent to travel throughout the rather large campground. SAFETY REMINDERS: Bring safety equipment for kids & adults such as bike helmets, kids 12 & under must be supervised in the pool areas, kids cannot ride on laps on golf carts nor steer the cart. The security staff at the park are very friendly as well and want to ensure everyone stays sage and has fun. We will be back again. This was our first visit and you exceeded our expectations. Thank you!

They separated our group of six families because one of us had an RV. That was quite disappointing. And, everything you do costs extra. But thats what you expect at Jellystone. There are a lot if activities to keep everyone busy, but on Sunday they shut everything down early including the inflatable slides, etc I paid extra for. Upon arrival they present you with a legal agreement you need a lawyer to review and advise upon. Staff doesnt even try to explain what you are signing and agreeing too, just initial here, here and here and sign this spots. If you do go, avoid using the pools. Both were extremely cloudy. One you couldnt see more than a few inches into the water, the other had algae growing in it. The pool with algae the mosquitoes were terrible. While the bath rooms were clean, the rooms were extremely hot and the hot water barely lukewarm. The few windows the screens were damaged so they kept the windows closed.. Not a pleasant experience, take a cold shower only to sweat when you get out right away.Picnic tables in the sites were in poor condition with many needing boards replaced. While the kids enjoyed it we wont be back.

We rented a cabin and Im pretty disappointed. The sofa is so dirty I have to put a sheet on it just to let my kids sit on it. No way am I pulling it out to use as a bed. The toilet seat is also broke. I called and asked specifically if it had a gradual or shallow pool for little kids, was told yes, and the pool starts at 3’6”. So far I’m pretty disappointed. Not to mention the constant rock music blaring at the next site. No comparison to other Jellystones we’ve been at.

We had a 2 bedroom cabin & it was a little cramped but we had 5 adults and 2 small children so it was expected. Activities galore! Not one kiddo was board for a moment between the 2 pools, water balloon launcher and playgrounds. Bouncy castles were everywhere and the people were great. Only reason I gave 4 stars was the golf carts...during the day they were awesome. At night, they were awful. Trying to get 2 kids under 5 asleep with golf carts chugging by with bright lights and music bumping was not an easy task. It was a constant flow of bright lights and an ever changing beat of snipets of songs. Being down in the sleeping cabins would have been much better as they were much more secluded instead of right in the center of the community of campers. Would totally return tho! Just wish they had more of a noise curfew for the people who like their sleep because they are old and grumpy at heart.

We spent a weekend here with our 2 children (4 and 6) for tent camping. Upon arriving we realized that they site we had originally reserved was more geared towards a pop-up or trailer. We visited the ranger station and they apologized (when it wasnt really their fault) and gave us the pick of any sites that were available. We found one and set up.One comment is that many of the spots offer less privacy than you would find at a state park, but there are plenty with shade from trees. We initially thought the privacy would be an issue, but our kids ended up making friends with kids from both sides of us and we ended up hanging out with one of the couples after the little ones were asleep. So the open concept to speak made it easier to watch the kids as they played. We went to the pool, ate at the quick service restaurant and attended the dance party. All fun and no complaints. Well probably add this place to our mix of camping destinations.
