I love Starr Park! Great place for all to come relax and play or workout.City of Forest Park has family friendly events every 3rd Friday of each month. The park is always clean and well groomed. Restrooms are clean and always have TP.

Family friendly park, always clean and plenty outdoor activities from tennis courts, to beach volleyball with sand, to swimming facilities, track, flag football field/ soccer, plus playground, benches and more. Its always other kids around for those who have one child that need someone to play with There is plenty of parking and overall great atmosphere, often people go to sit on benches just to take in the scenery and fresh air.

Great to get out and enjoy yourself and to break from the every day mundane things in life, a huge park and its well taken care of by the forest park recreation and parks people.I come up here to enjoy the great outdoors and to do some laps around the walking track,3laps is equal to a mile.Plenty of parking many covered picnic areas and to easy access from many different roads.Lots of amenities you might need nearby.

Wonderful spot for outdoor fun with the family! There was plenty room to spread lut and reservations were easy and inexpensive for a pavilion.

Fun amusement park! Its cool when the gift shop cashiers blink at you in morse code for help and people randomly become manic superhumans after eating spaghetti! 10/10 would ride the baggage blaster again.

Great place for FAMILY Picnic. Ample parking. Playgrounds, walking trail, baseball fields. Handicap accessible. Pavilions must rent 60 or 90 days prior.

I like this place. Great place to take my son to play or to play catch cause there are plenty of field. As well as a nice walking jogging track of gravel. Good for my knees.

This is my second time visiting this park an thre were issues with the ladies restroom. First time, no tissue. This time, the ladies room toilet was stopped up, i just said forget it since there is only 1 restroom/toilet.

Starr Park is the best memory from my childhood. I really miss that tall metallic slide ♡ Just try to go there after it rains. Everything was wet, but you can also walk or run around the place, it has a kind of a dirt path around the entire thing or go to the little workout place where you can stretch and things like that. There are tables and benches where you can picnic or sit and keep an eye on your kids. Theres lots to do over there. Its great.

We had fun the playground uses rubber tires cut up its cool n soft because we lost a shoe in the way n he was still able to play in socks first time on playground

We have a great time at the events held.The chief of police, the mayor & some of her staff were in attendance. We did karaoke & line dancing.Update: The district leaders also make sure to have something going on here every month. Music groups perform, food trucks & vendors are available & a great time is had by all. You can bring your own lawn chairs & coolers.

Nice relaxing and clean environment. Family and kids there enjoying the outdoors together. Over all nicer park to walk, jog our even without at. Big enough for other activities as well.

My daughter loves coming here and interacting with other toddlers. I love the fact this park has swings, especially baby swings with the extra safety support. It has a variety of different activities for children to do. Usually after letting my LO play around, we go for a walk around the walk/jogging path. The area is well kept, non trashy and usually holds community events for everyone from time to time.

My family 1st time enjoyed

I grew up attending this park throughout the 90s. I have fond memories of this place from my youth. Since that time however it has been run into the ground. Not only is the playground area in disrepair, it is almost a certainty when visiting this park that someone will be doing one or more of the following activities; Smoking weed on playground premises, blasting music from the parking lot, cursing at their children from across the playground, or some variation of these activities. If you love your quality time with your children I recommend spending a little extra on gas and finding a park in another city or perhaps another county.

Nice but there was consequences

This a beautiful park. The planes fly overhead, so if you like planes, its a nice place to just sit and watch them fly over. The park is huge, with a beautiful, well maintained playground for the kids to play. Plenty of shaded benches for you to sit and stay in close proximity to watch the littles on the playground. It is also a nice romantic spot for couples, with places to sit far enough away from the kiddies. When they have live music, the acoustic are perfect and they have a little patio for dancing. Restrooms are clean and there is also a very nice pool here as well.

Clean and friendly. This is the neighborhood that I grew up in so Im a little partial. This is a good place to walk laps on a gravel track.

It was wonderful weather for a walk in the park so I want to the walking rink. I did not like the sandy texture on the Walking path, I would have much preferred a harder surface as packed dirt or concrete but Im sure I will get used to it as just because I want something different is not going to change it. There was some music being played over the loudspeakers at the park Pavilion getting ready for Friday night fun in the park and it was good music, I enjoyed it. There were clean bathrooms and also I noticed there was handicap accessory to the walkways.

Great and safe park!! Ive been coming here since I was 4 or 5. Now Im 32 and Ive been takin my kids to the same park since they where born. Lots of police officers patrolling so safest place in forest park.

Always clean and frequently patrolled by the local police. Always has been a great place for walking and for the children to play. Ever if you just want a piece of mind.

I loved it here! I like the fact the pool facility wasnt over crowded! Oh and dont think youre going to come here and go straight to the 9ft! Oh no they make you prove that you can swim on top of the water before you can do any of that lol! It was a wonderful experience they take theyre jobs serious but not so serious that you cant enjoy your swim and I can appreciate that!

Starr park is the perfect place to take kids, walk the trails to exercise or just relax. It is always well kept and I feel extremely safe especially since its next door to the Forest Park police precinct.

Starr park is a great place to have the WA Fountain class of 1969 picnic and fun. There was a convenient place with convenient facilities, even a swimming pool.

Starr Park is a great park. It has become the place to be to join in on a volleyball game or a basketball game. You can just walk around the park to see how much fun everyone is having with there kids . Take your kids there today for some fun.

This Park is located in the Cummity.. We were there for a Little league football game..The parents are there to Support the children..The children play for different teams..Parents help encourage Team spirit. The Park restrooms are Not Cleaned !!! Parking Spaces limited during games ..The teammates work together... Children and parents Enjoyed the Playoffs Games.
