This place is huge! Clean mobile park. It has a recreation room. The kids seem to like it. Every street is marked so you can find the place your looking for.

I lived at Rose Grove Mobile home park for 9 years , I turned a space that was given to me into a beautiful park like setting spent hundreds of dollars on plants, it’s was a dump when I moved in , the managers at that time told me that no one had lived there for three years simply because it was in the shape it was in! , built a green house , a fence , a storage shed , and was a good tenant !!! Then I was told last Nov. I had two months to move because the managers decided they wanted to put a double wide Mobile home there ! Leaving me to find another place to live ! And still am unable to find a place ! But I believe in karma! And the cost to my peace of mind and the money I’ve lost by their greedy decisions and total lack of concern for their fellow human for the almighty dollar , will come back to bite them dearly !!! I was one of four tenants that they did this to ! karma will prevail!!! Sincerely , ex tenant! Ps . I had to choose one star or would have not been able to post , I would put a 0 if I could !!!

The police are here at least once a week all over the park. So many trouble makers. The management is awful. They cant ever return your phone calls. The monthly statements to pay rent are never ready ontime. They dont clean the RV side of the park. The laundry room is gross, washers caked with laundry soap. Dryer vents are so clogged that a fire is gonna happen soon. Took a month and several calls to finally get them to give me a mail box key. Amber smiles and looks at me stupid when I ask where my mail is and where my bill is for water and sewer. Apparently she controls half the expenses of renting a spot. I wouldnt stay here again.

My folks have lived here for six months with no trouble. Managers Amber and Fabiola have been helpful and courteous. Word on the street is that new owners recently repaved the driveways and are doing sewer work. The rent is a little high for a basic RV Park, but the atmosphere is relatively friendly and peaceful, so it is worth it for us.

I am a non-resident visitor to the park on about a monthly basis---they are busy bees! They just repaved the streets in the main section (careful, they havent painted the speed bumps yellow yet and they blend in!) and I last saw them doing tree trimming to keep branches out of the power lines. Except for the occasional indignant little dog that broke out from some yard, it always feels friendly. People love their gardens and, sure, some homes are just older and look it, the grounds are well kept. When I was there in May, three or four residents in different spots were putting new skirting on their units. There is a giant greenspace with playground, basketball and soccer stuff, a small community garden and picnic tables. Their community room is a big, beautiful hall with a kitchen I WISH I had in my house. While its generally quiet when Im there, I spot neighbors chatting with each other, kids walking to the bus stop for school, people working in their gardens. Ive seen crappy mobile home parks and this one is pretty nice.

Extremely rude to deal with. Constantly giving now cause evictions then moving you to different spots. The rental bill is never received till after the first of the month and rent is due first of month. Maintenance guy (husband of the manager) is completely rude wont show up durring the day so you end up having to call the after hours guy to come fix the problems. All around nasty people to deal with.

They are incredibly unhelpful on the phone, only capable of one-word responses. I couldnt tell if the person was being rude on purpose or just brain-dead. Wasnt impressed with my visit to the park, either. Very crowded and unkempt.

It is a very nice que quiet place to live. Everyone is nice, and the park is a welcomingplace for kids.

I was born in Forest Grove & lived here my first ninteen years of my life from 1985 to 2004: & have lived here since then off & on: I didnt even know that people would call this place the ghetto until I ran students who called it that in high school in 2000: I have a lot of exciting memories here.

They are kicking all of the trailers to move in mobile homes. Its sad that they are making these people move out.

The new managers are terrible.The husband wont deal with any tenant problems and is always getting hurt.If you have a legitiment complaint about something going on in the park, do not tell anyone in the office like shiela or fabiola or they will ignore it and then start writing you up for anything they can think of.They do not like to be bothered with complaints and they will make you suffer if you complain.They wont even let you have information on how to contact the owners and if you ask, they ignore you and cause you problems.I have talked to other tenants and seen their write ups and they are unfair.One tenant is being told to paint their home a different color when it has been the same color for years, and they cant afford it.Also alot of tenants are being told to paint and it is not good weather to do that.Others are told to remove storage sheds that have been there for years and there is nothing wrong with them.Another tenant is being told that the managers dont like what their curtains look like from a distance and to remove them or be evicted and also that they have to be tied open a certain way that they like.They do not treat the tenants equally and have unfair rule practices.They give 7 day notices to fix and paint, How do they expect tenants to paint and do repairs in rain and adverse weather conditions?This is stupid.They should have waited until warmer sunny weather to do painting and repairs and also to have 90 days or something like that to make all the repairs, not 7 which is rediculous.They just try to force you out so they can take over your home and re-sell it to make a profit and do the same thing to the new owners.Why dont they invest in fencing around the homes to devide the lots instead of the tenants?They sure make sure that the assistant managers dont have to pay for improvements or other friends of theirs!The relatives of the assistant managers get their shrubs and paint and other things at the parks cost.I also noticed that when the office needed repairs and the rec room, they did it during summer and good weather and it sure took a heck of alot more time then 7 days!These new managers are way out of control and so are the assistant managers.And to top it all off, they always say that they have to write everyone up because the owners (Dorothy Royce, one of them) have come up here from California and made them write everyone up.They need to work better with the tenants and understand that this economy is terrible and alot of people are out of jobs with no income to make all these changes.They make their space payments on time and their spaces do not look like trash holes and so they should be given a break and treated better.They should waive alot of the changes they are trying to make people do as long as they make their space rent and do not make their spaces look trashy or over grown.Changes and painting and other things take longer to do when you are unemployed but still able to make your space rent!Give these people a break and leave them alone and give them time to do what they can as they are able to do.As long as they show some kind of effort to fix things, they should be given a break and left alone to live happy and fix things as they can at their own pace of what they can afford while unemployed or handicapped.I wish there was a way to get ahold of Dorothy Royce and or the other owners.You would think that the most important thing for the park owners is to get their space rent and have tenants who dont cause disturbances and do keep a yard that is in decent shape.Not nit pick them to death and find ways to give them the boot.The last managers may have done things to be replaced, but at least they treated paeple fair and worked with them when they knew they were limited on finances..Some of these tenants who have bought homes from the park should have been told that they would have to make changes before buying.I also think that the park should be the ones to paint and repair homes before selling to make sure they are to park guidlines

The spaces for rent have no storage on them and they do not have showers on the property for those rentals either. I dont think that the place is kid friendly or even safe for elderly.
