Absolutely horrible experience. Last night a friend and I stopped by this establishment for hookah and drinks. (Mind you this is my first time here.) It was a cost of 20 dollars per person at the door to which we paid no problem. Keep in mind its the first day indoor business is allowed here in NJ. ( NO THERE WAS NO SOCIAL DISTANCING STANDARDS AND THEY WERE OVER THE RECOMMENDED CAPACITY.) My friend and I find seating that is away from the crowd. We sit and look at the menu for all of 2 mins. One of the owners ( I believe his name is Cash) comes over to us asking for us to move our seats to a much more crowded section so that a group of 6 people could have the space we were in. ABSOLUTELY NOT SIR. GIVE US BACK OUR 40 DOLLARS AND I WILL BE REPORTING THIS ESTABLISHMENT. ENJOYIn response to the establishments comment :NO ONE WAS COUNTING. GUEST DID NOT HAVE ON MASK. THE GROUP OF 6 PEOPLE WHO WE HAD TO GIVE OUR SEATS TO WALKED IN WITH NO MASK.WE WERE TOLD OUTSIDE AND SECOND FLOOR WAS NOT OPEN. WE WERE ASKED TO SQUEEZE NEXT TO ANOTHER PARTY IN A ALREADY PACKED CORNER. I WILL RETURN TO TAKE VIDEO AND PICTURES. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR COUNTER TICKING AND TELL BOBBY HIS STAFF NEEDS BETTER TRAINING. PREPARE FOR THE STATE TO COME VISIT YOU ALL. BLESSINGS!
Great experience love the hospitality from staff. Came during COVID-19 and everything was clean before we got here. Will definitely be back.

I only go on when certain DJs play there. The drinks and bottles are wayyyy over priced. That’s the only real bad thing. Other than that it’s a cool spot.

Not a good experience- very over priced and bait n switch maneuver pulled telling us we have to pay a minimum of $70 on drink and hookah after we had paid cover. Service was not consistent and seemed very in experienced. Will never go back to this place.
It was my best friend birthday, we orderd hooka and we got our order and they told us they have a private event and we have to leave within 45 min, this is how was this place !!

One of the best Hookah bars in the locality. Taking one star away for the seating arrangement which can be improved, but is not too bad either. The belly dance performance is usually good and entertaining. There is some inconsistency in the cover charges.. the attendant at the gate charged more than what we were told when we had called the place before coming, but we all know such things happen everywhere, dont we.
It’s a nice place to hang out with your loved ones. My wife feels safe here. There are many guards to protect and even police after night. I would recommend this place. There’s a entry fee of 15$
Small hole in the wall type feel, I get a lot of club vibes here. Hookahs are great, good flavor options and nice staff. Fun place to hang out.
Awesome desi dance bar with lots of desi music. The DJ kinda senses the audience and plays appropriate songs. Say, we were from South India and he played a lot of Telugu and Tamil songs. We were a group of 8 friends and we all remember us dancing for the Telugu dance numbers. Simple thing but it brought us all a great memory.
Place needs revamping. My food was okay. Drinks were watered down. My soda didnt taste great. The gun they use for soda needs to be rinsed out and cleaned. Hooka ran out to quick. Just needs a revamp
Ive been coming here for years, like 2012. its had so many new owners, i dont know that for a fact just what ive heard. its been up and down right now its on the ball. 5/5 stars love this hookah bar.
Great music, good vibes, best place in central jersey
For a spot in Jersey, it is cool. Depending on the DJ the music is good, the hookah is good, and the vibes are good. 2nd time going, first time DJ was on point, 2nd time the DJ definitely could have done better. But my group and I enjoyed ourselves.
Nice atmosphere, crowd and music. Drinks are priced fair but the building needs major updates. Only bathroom is downstairs and there are only 2 stalls. Looks like they havent put any money into the building at all ever! With a $20 entry fee I expected a better facility.
I went for a party to Fire N Ice with few friends. I am starting off with a minus mark for this place.The party was supposed to start at 7 PM. We reached around 9 PM and still could see people standing in the queue wanting to get in. We were made to stand out even though it was raining. Not sure if this is always the case.The place is spacious with 2 floors. The DJ is good and so is the food.The attraction of the place is the Hookah bar which is also nice.The party ended much before the mentioned time and we all were forced to go out of the place.The owner should start to consider people going there as customers who paid their money.

The food is good, hookah’s good, and the venue is good. The service is good. Our server Lisa was super friendly and professional. The only complaint I have is that the music is too loud. The sound quality is poor. There is a huge speaker in the corner blasting. It sounds like a loud car stereo but 50 times worse. I’d go back but am looking for another hookah lounge where I can also talk to my people.
Charging an entry fee is fine but the cover charge should be redeemable somewhere... Even if not, we should at least get a receipt or a bill so that we know the transaction is fair... Also the DJ keeps playing Punjabi songs on loop... Dont call it Bollywood nights, call it Punjabi nights instead... The service is pretty good though... Though this place could do with some more space and better crowds...

I love Indian music, but this hookah bar didnt serve hookah. The sign at the entrance said only no seating guaranteed but said nothing about no hookah guaranteed. When we came up, we were given the run around for 37 minutes until they finally gave us the $15/person cover charge back

Underwhelmed. Unfortunately, although the server was extremely pleasant, the food was bland and basic. Although I dont smoke hookah, the other guests with me seemed to about the combinations they offered. The ambiance left a lot to be desired.
Great evening out chill relaxing after office hours
First of all, they attempted to create the atmosphere of a harem with individual seating that was basically repurposed amusement park ride seats with the pleather ripped off and wooden canopies and shredded curtains. Tacky. We ordered the pineapple bowl (the most expensive hookah ) and it showed up in some cheap rusty metal garbage can without sufficient coals to heat it up. Took forever for them to come add more coals to even get it started. Staff was rude and aloof. Btw, dress code on the door was blatantly racist, which was ironic given the choice of gratuitously loud music and general patronage. Dont bother with this place.

Very nice place to let loose VJ Kaboom and Small Touch are Excellent entertainers I enjoyed myself. I would recommend it for anyone who wants to party and have a good time if Kaboom is playing. The drink and wings are on the money.... # I had a nice time there.
Went there for the first time on a saturday night and was vibe was amazing! Staff was very friendly and helpful, hookah was flavorful and the dj played the best hits all night. I would recommend this place because of the fun atmosphere and fair pricing.
Hookah was delightful, food was delicious and the customer service was attentive and beyond expectations!! And to top it off, the manager was so kind and generous, he made sure we were well taken care. Will definitely come back!

Its alright to pass time and hang out real quick. Hookah is great. You get drinks as well. They dont serve food, but you could bring your own or order in from outside. The seating isnt the best, yet you get to have a dance floor over the weekends.
The no hat policy I cant feel, Im from out of town, Los Angeles and Hookah bars are more relaxed. I can understand no backwards hats but no hats at all, just not understandable, saying no hat is like saying no Jeans. I guess I will not have a chance to visit this establishment while in the Jersey area. Since I have to give a star rating which is hard not making it in the front door, it will have to be 1 star but really no stars.

Nope nope nope. From the crazy cover charge even though it was empty. To being relocated to a new table to accommodate some regulars... Not to mention the weird location of the bathrooms but I think the icing on the cake was when I asked for a napkin with the drinks I ordered.... The bartender looked confused and then tore off a piece of paper towel.... The quicker picker upper kind. So while the majority of the staff was nice (the outside doorman and the barmaid that served me all night were extremely friendly and nice) thats not enough to make me want to go back.
Horrible! I will not be returning to this place. Dirty couches with sheets on them. Look like they havent been clean for a very long time. I wont be surprised if they have bed bugs. Old fashioned decor. No soap or tissue in restrooms. Bouncers are very unprofessional. Its a no hat policy but they choose who gets to wear a hat. If its a rule then it should go for everyone even the workers.
They played a lot of old school music. It would have been nice to see some variation is the genres. Its ok if you here No where else to go.
Stopped by here at 1am to enjoy Hookah and a few drinks. We had to have the hookah downstairs where there was a Diwali style scene. It took about 30mins for the. To bring it to us. When we went upstairs where the mainstream scene was, it was overly crowded. Some of the party-goers upstairs were inappropriately grabby/touchy. The music was decent.
Good ambiance, nice hookah but crowd is really not good. Seems like this place going shady day by day. Entry fees is $10 for man and $15 for women. Too costly.Couches were not so clean, not really comfortable. We went there on Thursday and all the nice, comfortable and best sitting location were reserved. The other corner where couches were not comfortable were available.

My friends and i paid 20 each to get in ... but then i see everyone else paying different entry fees hmmmmm anyway we got in no seats what so ever! LOL so couldn’t do hookah that’s why we went in the first place went out noticed the huge NO REFUND sign should’ve known that was a red flag but my friends and I just got over it and left right away we spent 80$ to just get in all together and left right away definitely not a hookah lounge they should advise the customers before coming

Whoever is wearing the black tshirt with a red car honda which we believe an employee, asked me and my colleagues about “which vallet parking we where working for?” Me and my friends maybe wearing the same colored jacket because we came from our office work and it’s a company jacket. It doesn’t mean that we work on vallet parking just because we wear the same jacket. First of all, NEVER treat a customer like that. Pls tell that LOW LIFE IDIOT employee that we are licensed professionals and not like him whose life depends on the tips given by customers and begs everynight for tips so he can live. He should be thankful that I’m not in the mood to feed him his own teeth. MR. EAST is way better than your employees. Your employees attitude matters most than what your club can offer.
The establishment is nice and very chill, but the womens restroom needs to be updated. The lady I was with said it was dark and scary. They also need a bartender. The only cocktail they knew how to make was a long island iced tea.

Well, last week get there for an event but they freeze us coz the club is full, and then people started coming out and this bouncer was like no one is getting in idc then we look at peoples snap and our event at the top was empty , but since this one bouncer said no and the others dont wanna be disrespectful they couldnt do anything,Two weeks before , i went there and was told to take off my hat so I took it off coz i understood, then we get in and boom like 12 people had hats on so i was confused about that. What is equality if other people get better treatments?The place is nice though ever since the upgrade

I have one star only because I couldn’t not give a star! Party of four wasted about $110 ($75 entrance fee for 3, $10 for one entrance fee 3 drinks ) for a 15 minute visit ...Went here for the second timeFor my birthday for hookah. Apperantly they were having a party upstairs , I only went her one other timeWhen t hey didn’t have a liquor license so I wasn’t aware what was upstairs and what wasn’t. We are in the line I did notice one guy with a cash box and other girl with one I just assume since no one made any announcements it was to speed up the process. They charged me $25 I’m think hmm that’s a bit much for a hookah lounge but whatever... walk in it’s packed with plp dancing so I tried to walk through after two minutes We turned around go back tot he door and ask, “ hey where is the hookah ? The guy said downstairs so we go down there ok great. It was no sections to sit available but a table in the back that said reserved but being that the guy at the door said they weren’t letting anyone in after us I figure “welp the reserve table plp weren’t coming and if they were they can’t get in” so we asked the bartender about it she said no can’t so we waited , finally someone gets up from a table in front of us so we asked for hookah and food for four plp . The bartender said “no that’s for ten plp” so we are like ok now your doors are closed bc it’s filled to capacity and you won’t sit us for hookah we didn’t come here to dance. So we said forget it time to leave after 15 minutes of being there. We get back upstairs the security asked why we wanted to leave we informed him he said let me talk to someone ran downstairs came back up like sorry they are bugging ... as we are leaving I was informed by one of my sisters who came a little after us who said the security at the door informed her she was the last person that could come in that she only paid $10 when she was heading downstairs. So by now I’m furious bc of course it was a “all black event upstairs” and bc I was black the guy with the cash box just assumed I was going to that event and totally ignored me about mentioning Hookah. They need signs on each cash box or have a more vocal person at the door explaining what section is for what bc basically the lounge got $75 (me and my girlfriends) and $10 from my sister...$85 and three drink prices from customers who were there for 15 minutes! Bad customer service! If it’s no hookah downstairs to serve they need to inform the customers at the door especially when they have a HUGE SIGN NO REFUNDS that should have been a red flag right there bc what establishment need to have that sign up if they haven’t been having complaints

Considerably smaller area with really narrow dance floor. A seat right beside the speakers can spoil your night :( Too loud that you cant even scream to your companions. Hookahs here on the otherhand are marvelous. So many varieties to try. Hospitable staff.
