It is peaceful, tranquil and clean, so please lets keep it that way.My husband & I were actually there when a crane flew over the pond and it decided to stay and walk around. This is a little haven with most all people there wearing their protective masks. Thank you everyone! We used to bring our children here when they were young. They are now 30 & 31 years old.Thank you to everyone who has continued to respect this beautiful place and lets keep it for more generations to enjoy.

Nice park with lots of gazebos with big outdoor grills. The hike to the top of Jurupa Mountain and back to your car is about two and a half miles. But lots of steep Rocky incline. Beware for rattlesnakes.

Had a great time at the splash pad area. My kids are 2 and 5 years old. 2 year old loved the splash area. 5 year old loved the slide, she also loved the splash pad once she was done with the slide. They had games on the grass area for the kids who dont wanna get wet anymore. You can take food..not too many chairs but they allow you to bring in umbrellas and chairs so it works out.

Its nice and is very accommodating especially with shade for vehicles, however you see many police through out the day if you visit as they seem to drop buy maybe eat lunch or something but they are never too much i havent come to conflict with our brave public servants. They seem too just hang around, i think to make sure everyone is okay

Great spot to take the kids to cool off. Photo shows the layout of the play area. They have 8 tables that seat 4 or more (most tables are in the shade) as well as a few lounge chairs. Id recommend bringing snacks and waters as well as lounge chairs or towels if you want to sun bathe on the lawn. $5 per adult, $3 per child, seniors are $1.50 for the day. There are two water slides which riders must be 40 tall to ride. Each rider must ride alone. My 4 yr old was tall enough but looking at the entry it intimidated her and she decided not to ride. She still had a blast in the splash zones though. Clean bathrooms and friendly staff, however no snack bar.

I went for a field trip with my sons kindergarten class and we had 2 guides. The man that helped the kids was fun and energetic and kept the kids attention. The lady that took the kids outside for the tour/hike seemed as though she didnt have much of a personality and couldnt keep the kids focus because she was boring for them. They are 5 and 6 year olds. They need someone with more enthusiasm to keep the kids engaged.

Love taking my son here for the splash park. Be aware that children under 5 (or 4...not sure) require a parent with them at all times so be prepared with bathing suit or entrance will be denied. I just think charging parents that arent going to be getting wet is absurd. My husband was the one getting wet, not me, yet I still had to pay. Its not pricey ($5 adults and $3 kids), but Im paying to sit down? Weekends get full, so avoid weekends. Overall, my son had fun so eh.

This park is large and spacious, spread up along the side of a major Hill area in Fontana. Its a good spot for hiking, well covered in grass with mature trees for plenty of shade, plenty of seating to have small outdoor events, the play area is pretty standard but its fairly new and they have a pretty good water slide and pool during the warmer months.

I had no idea this was tucked away in the hills near South Fontana. Its a great spot to come and take in a small bit of nature in our otherwise suburban area. They have a small museum with some native and non native animals on display. They have some very friendly and knowledgeable staff that are eager to help give some info. My daughter loves going by here. There are some hiking trails, and a duck pond that are relaxing to take in. Put down your phone or tablet and grab the kids and go see some nature. They are always looking for volunteers as well.

Didnt stay for long, only checked out the park. They have a ball field, volleyball, horseshoe pit, 7 shelters which you can reserve for a fee. Residents of Fontana is $50 and $100 for non residents. They also have BBQ areas, but no electrical outlets. They have a playground and a hiking trail. They also have one restroom area. Good news is located at the park is a Splash Park which you can also reserve for a fee in case you are having a party. No party in only want to go inside the Splash Park children (3-17) pay $3, adults $5, and seniors 55+ pay $1.50. There are swimwear rules and the park doesnt have pools, but contains waterslides (40+) to ride
