I love this store. Personalized service and lots of art supplies.

Micheal is like a kids playground for me. I always have fun with the goodies I find there and the staff is always super helpful in helping me find what I need. I do get sad when they don’t have what I’m looking for because it forces me to shop online. But at the same time there selection is always incredibly large!

Me and my daughter go here for all our projects needs never disappointed in the staff or services and knowledge of the products being sold nice job guys

Well stocked , including unconventional items for unconventional creations . I may have gone just a bit mad , what with all the things I had not known that I wanted. .. my preset spending limit was unceremoniously left by the wayside without any regrets . I left a much happier though less financially secure person

I came here last night and today both times when I would talk to an employee they were not helpful nor interested in helping me. I placed an order this morning and after 5 hours it still hasn’t been ready for pickup so came in to cancel so I can just grab the stuff myself !

The store was well stocked and all of the employees were extremely nice and helpful.

They have good stuff but they are just so pricey. Just make sure you have your coupons ready.

Organized items. Search your product online then when you go to the store you will find the product exactly on the aisle you Search earlier.

Its a good place for general odds and ends . Entry level hobby supplies but not alot for those deep into their crafts. Shelves tend to be a bit messy and lines can run long .

I asked for something which said was available at the store and the lady didn’t even try to check for my item and said we don’t have that !

Pricy store but if you snoop around long enough you can find some deals. I went for matte board to frame some photos, what they sell on the floor is paper thin, worthless for cutting mattes. I would think a store like this would carry better boards. The staff is very nice and helpful.

They never pick up the phone I called like 6 times and not a single answer it was a horrible experience I had one quick question to ask and didn’t get answered because no one answered!!!!!

The store was unorganized, there were boxes all over the isles and although the site said they had my product in stock they did not. On the positive side all staff was friendly and helpful.

Great clearance prices! I love to shop here after holidays! Their items are great and last a long time. The only issue I have is the number of employees. Ive been there a few times and its really hard to find someone to help look for a specific item. I have to go to the register and ask for help then wait for someone to come. Hence, the reason I have given it 4 starts. Other than that a great place to shop, always clean and they carry so many items!

Its always hard to find someone to help you if you need to ask a question. Then, when I finally did, the young lady was abrupt, rude and completely contradictory to what I tried to show her on the websiteWe did find what I was looking, I knew it was there somewhere, it just would have been nice if I didnt feel that it was such a bother for her.

Always a very special treat for us. Symphony is always GREAT, and Andrea Bocelli and his guest artists were superb!!. Believe it or not, this years performances were significantly greater than last years! WOW ! If you truly love great music then I would recommend not missing it next year (hopefully he will be back ). PS Jamie Fox can SING!!

I found my MUCH needed yarn... 30 miles away from my home but, I found it! I Love Michaels but, the lack of supply is a REAL disappointment and, now that they carry hardly any Happy Planner supplies, too, Im finding myself looking online and NOT expecting the instant gratification I live for

I had a basket full of expensive professional grade oil paints and supplies which were labeled as discounted on the shelf but they would not honor it at the cash register. So I left without purchasing anything. Support your local art supply store. Big boxes dont care about the customer.

I would give four stars but every time I shop there its so hot in the store that its uncomfortable to shop. I cant stay very long. Also they usually have only one person at check out and it takes forever to cash out. The last time I was there I was overcharged on a sale item and it took them a half hour to figure out how to return the item and charge me the correct price. I like Michaels but cant go too often because the store is too hot. Ive been to Michaels in Fontana and Rancho Cucamonga and both stores are way too hot. Even the employee agree the stores are too hot.

They have almost everything that I need. Copic marker selection is scarce so Ill have to go elsewhere for those. I do like that they are close by and open 7 days a week as apposed to Hobby Lobby, who is closed on Sundays.

Michaels is a hobby store very much like Hobby Lobby. You can find most craft things in there and its a nice place just to go and relax viewing some of their specials that they have on display

It was reasonable price selection of yarn. I saved money by buying bargain yarn at 5 for the biggest and 2.99 for the smallest. They had a lot of cashiers checking people out; the sales floor didnt have a lot of staff though.

I love Michaels. I mainly go for their yarn selection and the great door buster deals they have on different items. Also it is a great place to stock up on bakery items. I am able to use a 50% off coupon on non-sale items and get wilton pans for a great price! Definitely recommend downloading app before going.
