Great place for fun times with family and friends. Since the bowling console is computerized you can select from a variety of games other than the standard game if you feel like experimenting. You can get drinks and finger food if youre hungry. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had an issue with a credit card and was helped over the phone. I showed up with my friends and had no issues with my reservation because of the service I recieved. I must share FLB does get busy, its best to make a reservation online to prevent waiting for a lane to open up.

Great place to hold a team party! Fun times!

We have an annual company party here and have been doing so for quite some time. Not once has FLB failed to meet our expectations. They are constantly raising the bar in service and atmosphere. The entire staff is helpful, thoughtful, and attentive. It makes for a stress free event where all we have to worry about is having a good time. A special thanks to the event staff, who really go the extra mile to make sure you are getting exactly what you want and need!

20/1 1st time customer/review (bowling side only):-- Good family atmosphere.-- Plenty of lanes, which include gutter-guards the helpful staff are happy to pull up if asked for your group--even mid-way in.-- Good assortment of bowling balls to choose from.-- Decent rental bowling shoes.-- Pay for an entire lane for an hour versus by the game/people. Each lane set up electronically for up to six people.

Staff was super friendly and we all had a great time bowling. They set up a few tables for our party in front of our lane area which was perfect for while we bowled and ate pizza. We should’ve reserved 4 lanes as opposed to 3 because we had to share the sitting area with another family who just about took that area over and they exceeded the 6 person per lane general rule. That probably should’ve been pointed out when I booked but overall it was a good experience.

Ive been here a number of times over the years and its always a pleasant experience. Customer service is always helpful and friendly, facilities are always clean and the bowling alley always in good shape.That being said Im not a huge fan of the new reservation system. Id rather talk to somebody about setting something up and it seems its just easier to do it online. theres something that makes me feel a little uncomfortable about having to put such a large deposit down without knowing my schedule but, this place is busy so I understand why its in place. Its a small pain though.I also have some concerns about the food handling, however, its easy to see in the kitchen and I dont really know what Im expecting from a bowling alley.

If you want a little bit of everything, this is the place to come. Bowling, bar, dance floor, food, and poker. A little something for everyone. Weekends are popping!

Very nice an neat bowling alley. New furniture, very comfortable. Nice spot for kids, family and beer drinking with friends. For more serious bowlers, lanes were super light oil. Felt like they havent laid down a good pattern is days, maybe longer. Generous to say its a very short cheetah at best. Kinda Pricey at $29 per hour off peak.

We have had company parties, my own birthday and many other events here. Lanes and equipment are very modern. Arcade is small but fun. Bar area is large with patio seating and DJ.

HD my daughters 6thbbirthday party here and they had a blast. Pizzas were good and the staff were really helpful.

6 people to a lane, the spaces are very small, The shoes are really bad, the parking is difficult. 2 redeeming qualities, Food and music.

Always fun at FLB; a clean, family-friendly place. New upgrade to scoring systems is nice but the screens are so tall you cant see the lanes to watch when sitting down. Main concern is its so expensive (paying for the new tech?) we can only go once or twice a year when wed really like to do it more.

My wife and I go here regularly and love it! We just started coming in on Wednesday nights to play in the poker game. It is super chill and there are some cool people to play with. The staff is always exceptional! We have done the Glow Bowling with the kids a couple times now and we all have a blast!

We had a few delays getting this scheduled and FLB was very easy to work with in that regard! Sarah was EXCEPTIONAL!!!! She communicated the prices, worked with me on the menu and details of the event, and made the whole process remarkably enjoyable! We will definitely work with them again to plan our next event!

I love this place. The bowling is super fun with friends. The food was exceptional the loaded fries, the French dip was the best Ive had in Folsom. Came in to check out the pool tournament on Tuesday and it was a blast. Bartenders very friendly, Sherri-Anne has a great personality and sense off humor.

Havent been there in a while. We went to watch football and have some beer. Their beer list has definitely improved and their food has gotten alot better. Not youre typical bar food. Also they fire up their bbq and serve great bbq on football sundays at a reasonable price. Plenty of tvs to watch. Great bartenders also!

Great place to spend family outing time, when its cold outside

I went there Friday for the Unlimited Glow Bowling deal they have, and I was blown away again by how great of a time I had. (Plus its such a good deal after 11pm) And every weekend Im greeted by the same outstanding employee, Chandler! He always has a smile on his face and is eager to help me out with all my questions and problems. Seriously, if youre ever there on a weekend go see this guy for anything you need. He has a ton of knowledge about the place and has clearly been in the customer service industry for a long time. Fridays and Saturdays are always pretty busy, so keep that in mind when trying to get lanes. Bowling alley is clean and Chandler was telling me about their new equipment, so the place is obviously updated. Definitely one of the better bowling alleys imo. Thanks FLB and Chandler for always being consistently a delight!

Fun place to play with family and friends. We held our company Friday afternoon activity here. Everyone enjoyed and we had lots of fun bowling.

As a marshalls associate from folsom, my co-workers and I enjoyed a couple of hours for bowling. I have never seen so much happiness during this time (from my store manager), which I am well pleased to say and we all enjoyed our fun! A nice get away, it is something we must do again!

This place can do it all and is a staple in Folsom. Drinks, bowling, some card games, and dancing. The separate bar area is a good place to meet up or to dance. Bowling is the main attraction for patrons but the bar is just as busy.

We love flb, generally go with a group 4 glow bowling. We love the LOUD music, we love food, we love the girl who comes and serves us drink and brings us food. She remembered us from last time, and thats good service. Thank you, always a good time. open super late.

Place had a great vibe, has an indoor bar and bowling alley. Was crowded. The wait was an hour for the bowling alley so we had a few drinks at the bar while we waited for the buzzer given to us to turn green. The buzzer works only inside the place.

My excursions here have been hit and miss. Theres a poll table in the back, which is nice. Can get busy, and the path in front of the bar is kind of narrow, making it increasingly awkward to move around when its busy. Agree with the other reviewers that the sound system kind of sucks.

TL:DR- the bartender was ABSOLUTELY out of line and wouldve been fired if it was my employee. The management didnt seem too concerned about her actions.Long story:I went to fetch 2 beers. First time in, the bartender played on her phone for 5 minutes, then went into the kitchen. Didnt even notice I was there. So, I left to bowl a frame.Come back a second time. Asked for two beers after finally being noticed. She said ID was needed by both people. Ok, no problem- let me go get him.Third time in we both showed ID and asked for a beer. Stout please I asked.Which one? The one on the left I responded. I dont know which one because its new while mumbling you f****** d**** as she poured it. She rang us up for 19.48. Her unprovoked and unprofessional attitude warranted nothing more for a tip other than the change. I told her to keep it, so she gathered it up AND THREW IT AT ME. Seriously?I asked for a manager over her actions. He seemed to not be too concerned over the situation. Ill review the video tape and look at her body language to which he never came back when we were there there for another hour. Its almost as if he sided with her over this. Being a business owner myself, this would ABSOLUTELY be a termination over the way she acted towards a client if one of my employees did this. Completely unacceptable.Understanding that what I received was completely not my fault, I went back in and told her that whatever issues she has in her personal life is effecting her, to not take it out on other customers...... And she STILL defended what she did as if it was justified.Blown away. Just blown away.

This place has an interesting identity crisis. It is most notable for its bowling alley, but adjacent to it is a seemingly fully stocked bar and carnival-esque play area. These are not bad things, but I usually see them in separate venues rather than within the same complex. Either way, this is a great place to get friends together and drink beers over bowling

While I was in the parking lot two weekends ago, I watched a small party of people leave through the side door. Evidently this is very much against the rules, as a staff member (who claimed to be a manager) began screaming and trying to fight one of the people in the party. After apologizing for leaving through the side door, he was called homosexual slurs, told to kill himself, and then challenged to fight several more times. He was wearing a scarf and the guy was extremely upset about him doing so. At this point, multiple staff members were needed to restrain the manager. Im going to assume the manager was drunk as he was slurring words and became enraged to the point of violence within seconds.Ive been coming to this dumpster fire of a bar for over a decade, usually not by any choice of my own but because friends wanted to go. Ive seen plenty of people and things that shouldnt be allowed in public happen here and Ive never seen anyone who did these things get yelled at or treated the way these people were treated the other night.Do yourself a favor and dont endanger yourself, your friends, or your family, and find somewhere else to go.update: Im now being accused of being an ex-employee or competitor. I specifically signed up for Yelp and started using Google reviews just to make this public, so I find it pretty amazing that you can accuse me of something like that. Not surprising that youd react like this considering the experience I saw a few weeks ago. Theres another person who posted about the exact incident on here so please stop trying to deny that its true. Ive updated my review to include details only about this specific experience and I want to clarify that another reviewer has even been apologized to for this incident. Im not hiding behind a computer screen but there is absolutely no way Ill ever be going anywhere near your dangerous bar again. Your unprofessional and unhinged response here says more than anything ever could.

Funny enough this place has really good food for being a bar, granted they do own a restaurant on the other side of town called Willies.

The bowling alley is fine. The bar has an odd layout and a poor atmosphere. The bartenders tend to be cool though.

Its been awhile since this happened. I just kept fogetting to post. I was with my family and my childrens friends. Were had spent a good anount of money there. My husband ordered a beer, I gave the waitress my card. She came back with the beer and a bill. She then told me I never gave her my card. I spoke to the manager, Kevin. He refused to check the cameras and even threatened to kick us out. I called the police. Kevin ran up to the police car before I had a chance ti speak with them. He then tried to belittle me in front of the policeman and make it appear that I had too much to drink (I was 100% sober) when I was explaining what had happened to the police the waitress came out with my card. She then tried to make it look like it was my fault somehow. Kevin had something nasty to say at the end in front of the police to try to make me look like a beligerant drunkard. Never apologizing. I am disgusted with this establishment. I spent over $200 that night there trying to have fun with my children and their friends and I am forever scarred.

Went on Sunday for some football and beers. Place was packed. Waitress NEVER CAME WITHIN 20 FEET OF MY TABLE. She spent most of her time flirting with the bartender. Left after two full quarters of no food, no drink and will NEVER go back.-- After seeing Dans reply, I feel compelled to mention that my experience is *at least* three years old. Perhaps some weeding has been done in the meantime. (Ill never know; no second chances after something so egregious.)

Honestly this place gave me the creeps. First thing I noticed is how many sketchy people were just sitting in their parked cars in the parking lot... maybe they were waiting for the casino portion of FLB to open? Anyway, it didnt give me a great initial feel. Walked in and was ultimately confused with the setup. This place shares a building with a bar, a casino, a barber shop and a bowling alley, but they all have different hours and there is really no sign or person to help you decipher when each individual place opens or what actual services they offer. I found myself standing in the middle of their establishment with no idea where to turn.The inside is pretty old and drab. You also get a full view of the back of their snack bars kitchen almost as soon as you walk in. There is no barrier, so a young kid could literally just bolt into the kitchen under the nose of the kitchen staff.We walked in to check it out and immediately walked out because of the crappy setup and vibe. I gave it more than one star only because the food did smell good and it looked like the few families that were there were having fun bowling. Still, not my scene or a place I would feel comfortable bringing kids-- but to each his own I guess. I can respect that there may be some people who like the idea of a place like this, Im just not one of them for the reasons listed above.
